Young detective Harrison Slyde works alongside three trusted allies, fighting for the good people of Karabone City. But they don’t know that they’ve already lost him way before a criminal from his past catches up to him.

At the same time, high schooler Andrew Lakes wounds up in an incident, resulting in some extraordinary ‘gifts’. He’s not sure how to use them, however.

These two separate individuals, though they know each other on the surface, work differently in the shadows, masked by their newly-formed alter egos.

There’s a third player, too. One whom Harrison detests so much it drives him to do all he’s done, till the end. With him dabbling in morally ambiguous grounds, and Andrew uncertain of his own purpose, will they find out what they’re really here for?
