He knows that he was ROBed (Random Omnisian Being) and given a task that he must do. To make it sure he does it, he does not have the ability to refuse this task.

His first task is to chose a body/power/race that he can accomplish his job forced upon him. He then tink about his favorite space cockroaches, the zerg form starcraft.
