《Dragon Prince Yuan》Chapter 1070 Ancestral Dragon Flesh

“Rely on me?!”
Zhou Yuan stated at Zhuan Zhu suspiciously. From the name, the Battle of the Heavens seemed to be on a terrifying scale and encompassed all nine heavens of Tianyuan World. This was the greatest battle that Zhou Yuan had ever seen.
Moreover, the prize they were competing for had a far-reaching influence and would affect even the strength of universe Genesis Qi within the nine heavens in the next thousand years. An extra share of the ancestral qi born in Guyuan Heaven could greatly impact every Heaven.
Hunyuan Heaven was so powerful because it had nine supreme sovereigns, while the Cangxuan Heaven, where Zhou Yuan was born, only had one supreme sovereign, Cang Xuan, and he had fallen. The Battles of the Heavens didn’t completely cause the gap between the two, but it must have had a significant effect.
Therefore, in Zhou Yuan's view, a competition of that level should concern only Zhuan Zhu, a supreme sovereign, or top Law Domain experts such as Chi Jing, while he, a little Heavenly Sun expert, could only cheer at the sidelines.
“To be precise, we need to depend on you Heavenly Sun experts…
"The scale of the Battle of the Heavens is indeed tremendous, and even we supreme sovereigns will need to enter the battlefield. However, our fight is on another level,” explained Zhuan Zhu when he saw Zhou Yuan’s surprised expression. “The outcome of the Battle of the Heavens is not only determined by us.”
Zhuan Zhu flicked his fingers, and a gush of Genesis Qi gathered in front of him, forming an oval light screen. The oval screen was divided into three distinct layers.
"Guyuan Heaven is extremely mysterious. It transformed into a three-level domain when it was born. The first level is the Law Domain space, the second is the Nascent Source, and the third is the Heavenly Sun space."
Zhou Yuan’s heart trembled as he understood something.
Zhuan Zhu smiled and nodded. “Correct, just as you think, only those who fit the criteria can enter the space. For example, Law Domain experts can’t enter the Nascent Source space and Nascent Source experts can’t enter the Heavenly Sun space.
“Each level of the domain contains 20% of the total ancestral qi born in Guyuan Heaven...and there are nine spatial channels in the depths of each domain level. The nine channels differ in strength, and if one can open up and occupy the strongest channel and then connect it to one’s heaven, that heaven will get the largest share of ancestral qi.”
“I see…"
Zhou Yuan was amazed by Guyuan Heaven’s mysterious ability to create such rules and control each of the three levels to contain 20% of the total ancestral Qi belonging to it. In this way, the Heavenly Sun experts from the various heavens would have the qualifications and reason to participate.

If he could win the huge share of 20%, it would undoubtedly and significantly impact Hunyuan Heaven's future. It was unknown how many heaven prides would be created.
This level of influence usually had nothing to do with experts of the Heavenly Sun stage, but the Battle of the Heavens had given them a golden opportunity.
“Three levels of domain, and each contain 20%…then what about the other 40%?" Zhou Yuan asked curiously.
Zhuan Zhu’s face turned solemn. "The remaining 40% depends on the various Heavens’ supreme sovereigns."
Zhou Yuan narrowed his eyes. As expected, the largest share was dependent on the supreme sovereigns of the various heavens. This was understandable. After all, they were the strongest existences in all heavens.
“The Battle of the Heavens is indeed worthy of its name. From the supreme sovereigns to the Heavenly Sun experts, everyone has a chance to enter the battlefield. I thought it was a duel between heavens.” Zhou Yuan smacked his lips.
Zhuan Zhu chuckled, "You think too much. Although the Blessing Battle of the Heavens is very important, it still can't reach that level. You should know that there aren’t just nine heavens in the former Tianyuan World.”
Zhou Yuan's pupils shrank as he stared at Zhuan Zhu in disbelief. Does he mean that there used to be more than nine heavens in Tianyuan World? What happened to the other heavens? From what he said, it seems they were destroyed in previous great battles.
The protagonists of those battles were obviously the Sacred Race and other races.
Chi Jing also looked at Zhou Yuan and said, “Generally speaking, the Battle of the Heavens is considered a competition, but at a deeper level, it should be divided into two parties. One is the Sacred Race, and the other is the five heavens, which includes the human race.
"To put it simply, if I had no other choice, I would rather let the other four heavens get larger shares to stop the Sacred Race as much as possible.”
Zhou Yuan's face turned solemn. The Sacred Race was the greatest enemy. If the Sacred Race won a greater share of ancestral qi, they would rise even more, and they would have even more powerful experts in the future.
“What a heavy responsibility.” Zhou Yuan sighed and then said helplessly, "However, even if Heavenly Sun experts will participate in the battle, the participants should be top Heavenly Sun experts in Hunyuan Heaven, isn’t that right?”
Although Zhou Yuan had defeated Lu Qing once, Lu Qing was considered nothing among the Heavenly Sun experts in Hunyuan Heaven. At the very least, Qin Lian and Bian Buji from the Tianyuan Region were stronger than him. Not to mention, there were fiercer people ranked higher than Qin Lian on the Hunyuan Heaven’s Heavenly Sun List, and those top experts weren’t easy to deal with.

Of course, more importantly, there were Heavenly Sun experts in the mysterious and powerful Sacred Race.
There would be demons of all kinds running wild. Therefore, Zhou Yuan was aware of his own strength. Right now, he had little chance of victory against Qin Lian and the others. But from what Zhuan Zhu said, it seems he wanted Zhou Yuan to participate—Zhuan Zhu had too much faith in him!
Zhuan Zhu stroked his chin and said with a smile, "You don't have to belittle yourself. You have to believe in your potential. This is what our master told me to do.”
"Master Cang Yuan?" Zhou Yuan was taken aback. He didn't expect it to be Cang Yuan’s order.
But, if he were to participate in a battle of that level with the strength of the initial Heavenly Sun stage, it would indeed be difficult, and it wouldn’t be enough to rely solely on the Heavenly Yuan Brush’s Promotion.
"Master told me to pass on the message that there might be something you need there,” said Zhuan Zhu in a nonchalant voice.
“Something I need?" Zhou Yuan was a little puzzled, but then his eyes suddenly flickered. His breathing stopped for a moment. It had to be extremely important if Cang Yuan told Zhuan Zhu to pass the message to Zhou Yuan. In Zhou Yuan's mind, there was only one thing.
The Ancestral Dragon Flesh!
The second object he needed to awaken Yaoyao!
Cang Yuan had previously told him that Yaoyao needed the Ancestral Dragon Lantern and Ancestral Dragon Flesh to awaken. They were close to getting the Ancestral Dragon Lantern, but the Ancestral Dragon Flesh was still a mystery to him.
In the few years that Zhou Yuan spent in Hunyuan Heaven, he had done everything he could to search for the Ancestral Dragon Flesh but to no avail.
Zhou Yuan felt despair about this, but who would have thought that this clue would be in the so-called Battle of the Heavens!
Zhou Yuan’s breathing became hurried.
But he suddenly frowned again because he had thought of the Ancestral Dragon Lantern. He had clearly helped the Tianyuan Region win first place in the nine regions tournament, but the Wanzu Region had used every reason to refuse to hand over the Ancestral Dragon Lantern.
“That damn supreme sovereign Wan Zu,” Zhou Yuan uttered resentfully.
“Don't curse…” Zhuan Zhu chuckled, as though he knew what Zhou Yuan was thinking. He stretched out one finger and drew it across the air. Space suddenly tore open, and then, a simple and primitive lantern slowly floated out from the tear, shocking Zhou Yuan.
As the lantern appeared, it released a terrifying pressure that crumbled space. Even Chi Jing and sect master Xuan Kun couldn’t help drawing back a few steps. Zhou Yuan was much worse. His body stiffened, and his flesh trembled incessantly, showing signs of disintegration.
Chi Jing patted Zhou Yuan's shoulder lightly, and a force shrouded him. The force helped him break free from the terrifying pressure, and he reeled back in shock.
“That’s…?” He stared intently at the lantern covered with ancient scales, his voice trembling.
“That's the Ancestral Dragon Lantern.” Zhuan Zhu smiled. “I personally went to the Wanzu Region, and supreme sovereign Wan Zu had no reason to refuse to hand it over. Otherwise, he would violate the sacred agreement.”
Zhou Yuan’s face was skewed with emotions. It’s indeed the Ancestral Dragon Lantern!
He had worked painstakingly hard ever since coming to Hunyuan Heaven and had finally achieved his goal!
However, Zhou Yuan also understood that he should thank Zhuan Zhu for retrieving the lantern. If he hadn't entered the Saint stage, supreme sovereign Wan Zu wouldn’t have easily handed over the Ancestral Dragon Lantern and the Tianyuan Region wouldn’t have the qualification to show up at their door and retrieve it.
So ultimately, strength was king.
"Thank you, senior brother,” Zhou Yuan earnestly said to Zhuan Zhu after taking a deep breath.
Zhuan Zhu said with a smile, "Do you want to participate in the Battle of the Heavens now?”
Zhou Yuan grinned, eyes blazing with battle intent.
Now that the Ancestral Dragon Lantern was in his hand, he was missing the Ancestral Dragon Flesh. He must fight for it no matter what!
Zhuan Zhu put away the Ancestral Dragon Lantern and said indifferently, "But you were right before. Given your current strength, you will be beaten in the Battle of the Heavens if you go…"
Zhou Yuan's smile suddenly stiffened. He glared at Zhuan Zhu. If that’s the case, why tell me so much!? Why did he give him so much encouragement!
Zhuan Zhu grinned mischievously and then stretched his back, got up and patted Zhou Yuan on the shoulder.
"Little junior brother, to prevent you from being beaten by the Heavenly Sun monsters from the other heavens, I, your senior brother, will train you. You have to be prepared."
Hearing Zhuan Zhu's seemingly malicious voice, Zhou Yuan shuddered, and a chill surged into his heart.
