Ying Lan wasn't surprised that Bai Luochu was paying him a visit. In fact, he was wondering what took his mistress so long to come.

Ying Lan could feel the jealousy in Bai Luochu’s voice. It was a pity that his mistress didn’t realize that Pei Qingfeng was treating her differently from other young ladies. The worst part was her acting oblivious to her feelings for him.

The guard remained silent and simply nodded his head.
