Wang Guofeng found an excuse to send away Ling Yu before he closed the door and privately conversed with Huo Kun.

“Is this an act? Holy shit, I was actually beaten up to this state!” Huo Kun vented his indignance.

Wang Guofeng understood what Huo Kun was feeling right now, which he immediately soothed, “I’ve already warned you that you have to take a risk. If we didn’t make it realistic, how could we deal with Su Tao? If your injuries weren’t serious, how would your uncle help you?”

“Will that matter be affected?” Huo Kun asked after a brief hesitation.

The ‘old man’ took the ticket without any hesitation then took a sip of tea and cautiously looked around. “I can’t stay here any longer. It was a good cooperation, I’ll take my leave first!”

The ‘old man’ visited the washroom, and Wang Guofeng never saw him again.

Wang Guofeng knew that the ‘old man’ had changed into another disguise as a passerby and left without him noticing.

“I never expected that my first visitor would be the princess of the Ye Family!” Su Tao waved the cuffs in his hands and sighed as he shook his head with a bitter smile.

Shaking his head, Su Tao smiled, “If you really want to frame a good man, then you can fabricate the evidence needed. But I believe that the innocent will be proven, and time will prove everything.”
