In the morning, the two elders exchanged gazes as they watched Shen Zhining and Sheng Jiaoyang come down for breakfast with their arms interlinked. They could see the smile in each other's gaze.

"Have you both reconciled?" Grandfather Shen asked the pair.

"Were we quarreling?" Shen Zhining asked in return as he turned to look at Sheng Jiaoyang.

Sheng Jiaoyang immediately shook her head firmly.

Grandfather Shen pursed his lips, "Next time, don't get your grandmother to help mediate your troubles. It was already so late last night, and yet she still had to go through so much trouble to help you all."

Shen Zhining pretended as though he didn't hear anything. He helped Sheng Jiaoyang pull the chair out, and sat down next to her after she was seated.

After breakfast, everyone went their separate ways to focus on their things. Shen Zhining went to settle his work, while Sheng Jiaoyang learned about jewelry design from Fu Lailin. After a few peaceful days in Aureate Manor, the couple embarked on their journey back to China.
