Chu Mu’s speed was not as fast as Dragon Maiden, the direction that meteor was falling towards was none other than New Moon Land.
Fortunately, the guidance meteor from Heaven Palace only told Dragon Maiden the general direction. Dragon Maiden’s Imperial Concubine Dragon stopped at He Border region and did not accurately locate Yu Suo immediately.
Chu Mu passed through He Border and flew straight towards New Moon Land’s Tianxia City.
Holy Stem Flower Holy Region remained in Tianxia City. Chu Mu could only roughly guess Yu Suo set up her Stealing Formation in Tianxia City.
New Moon Land’s citizens had already migrated away. The entire Tianxia City was empty and there were even some wild soul pets roaming around the abandoned streets.
Chu Mu flew into the original Soul Palace’s Holy Palace. Holy Stem Flower Holy Region’s gate and Palm Dawn Holy Region’s gate were still in Tianxia City. These two Holy Regions were also not opened to the public, only New Moon Palace’s internal members could enter.

The Queen's Guard
Friedrich Schreiner is a proud gefreiter of the Queen's Guard, 2nd Company: the finest fighting infantry on the continent (barring the Temple Guard; but please don't bring that up). Service is honourable but, with the Empire on a peacetime footing, terribly boring. Affairs take a dramatic turn for the worse when a mysterious invader uses a forgotten and taboo magical means to breach the capital, plunging the nation into chaos and endangering the royal family. With events spiraling out of control, Friedrich is entrusted with a critical mission. Will hot lead, cold steel, and his determination be enough to see him through? The Queen's Guard is what I'm calling a black powder fantasy story: it's set in a loose equivalent of the early 18th century (plus or minus a few pieces I decided I wanted or didn't want). Magic exists, but not in a spell-slinging sort of way: it's Earth-shaking undertakings or minor enchantments forged in by master craftsmen, the grand working of a secretive cabal or a slight nudge to the course of a blow. I, the eternal optimist, have a full trilogy in mind. The first book is The Prince's Arquebusier, hence the cover and the title disagreeing! This is my shot at 2021's NaNoWriMo and RR Writathon! I've hitherto been terrible at writing long-form fiction, so this is an effort to break out of that by having some accountability in being supposed to post chapters regularly. Here's hoping it works! I have an outline, but not too much detail. I'll do my best to avoid continuity errors, doing anything glaringly stupid, or otherwise fluffing my lines, but I can't make any promises on that. It is less than two weeks after the event known as the Flux Causality, and two days after the Grand Council has put forth the edict demanding the immediate retrieval and deletion of all Stringhoppers. Finding such Travelers, however, is proving more difficult than expected. A young boy and his sister find themselves violently taken from their world to another, and soon thereafter are forcibly separated. Now sold into slavery, the young man must find not only a reason to survive but a purpose to carry him home. The journey has just begun, and the hardest step is always the first one. ~ This is my attempt at both the Xianxia/Wuxia and Portal/Isekai genre of fiction that I love, and the means to provide a story set in such guidelines, while distancing myself from some of the more common tropes. I do hope you enjoy the story I shall endeavor to tell. ~ Average post between 1000 - 3000 words. This is a work in progress, and will be edited and adjusted over time.
