《Everlasting》Chapter 1283 Returning to the Celestial Longevity Plane

Unexpectedly, it has this function as well. Looks like I will be able to steal the secrets of the Heavenly Plot in the future without having to utilize the Heaven-hoaxing Technique anymore. Chen Feng smiled.
It made sense. The Heavensdao Seal represented the peerless might of the Heavenly dao. By making it his own, he would have an easy time hiding from the Heavenly dao.
After he was done dealing with the Heavensdao Seal, Chen Feng’s spirits lifted. At present, his strength had risen greatly. As for the exhausted soul flame, he could figure out some plans to cultivate them back up. Just worrying about it was pointless.
After ending his cultivation session, Chen Feng calculated the time and became secretly shocked.
Surprisingly, 30 years had passed.
“Cultivation is truly something without the concept of time!” Chen Feng sighed. Following the increase in his cultivation base, it became increasingly hard to keep an eye on the passage of time.
The reason for that was his life span. Having reached a certain cultivation level, one’s life span would extend to a great length.
In the beginning stages of cultivation, many people chose to cultivate, increasing their cultivation base to increase their life span. However, once their life span went beyond a hundred million years, their view of the world would begin to change.
Maybe I should return to the Celestial Longevity Plane.
The thought suddenly appeared within Chen Feng’s mind. After it appeared, though, it grew uncontrollably.
Looks like the time has indeed come for me to return. A pity, I still cannot make contact with the Longevity Tower. It’d be great if I can return with the Longevity Tower. Chen Feng shook his head. Since Tower was unwilling to appear, he would not force it.
Given his current level of strength, even the average Gold Immortal would die instantly to him. Due to that, the thought of returning kept growing stronger.
I had been gone for so long. When considering the long history of the Celestial Longevity Plane, this period of time is nothing. But for me, it is possible that while things remain the same, the people have changed, Chen Feng thought.
…
“You want to head to the Celestial Longevity Plane?”
Upon hearing Chen Feng’s plan, Magiris was first surprised. However, he quickly understood.
“Yes. Given your current level of combat power, you can indeed return already. If you can take control of an army corps. Heh! You will be able to help change the Dark Plane’s situation,” Magiris said with a smile.
Chen Feng nodded before saying, “It will not be that easy. The Immortal Court has been developing too quickly. It is already strong enough to seriously threaten the Celestial Planes. None of the Celestial Planes are willing to take the lead in starting a war with the Immortal Plane. Our Celestial Longevity Plane will definitely be unwilling to do so as well. As for me, I am not the Planar Lord.
“The Dark Plane, Demon Plane, Nether Plane, Ghost Plane and Blood Plane. By working together, they should be able to endure for some time. Who knows? They might even be able to turn the tables on the Immortal Court’s invasion. After seeing the might of the Immortal Court, I’ve come to realize that the fights between our Celestial Planes are just minor quarrels.”

“That’s not it. By properly developing our forces, we can hammer a nail deep into the Immortal Plane. Remember, not even the East Extreme Immortal Palace could conquer our Six Daos Alliance back then,” Magiris said with a smile.
“That’s true. With some more time, even if our forces cannot take the Immortal Court head on, we will still be strong enough to keep ourselves safe.” Chen Feng nodded.
“Lately, the Dark Plane seems to have quieted down quite a bit and I’m starting to feel bored. I think I’ll head to the Celestial Longevity Plane as well to play for a bit,” Magiris suddenly said.
“Not an issue. However, I fear there will be danger.” Chen Feng nodded.
“Have we not been facing dangers all this time?”
“That’s true.”
After saying goodbye to the Dark Kirin, Chen Feng and Magiris quickly returned to the Immortal Plane.
Before heading back to the Celestial Longevity Plane, Chen Feng wanted to make some more arrangements for his forces in the Immortal Plane.
The two of them had only left for a few decades and nothing much had changed with the Immortal Plane’s situation. The Six Daos Alliance was also having a very peaceful time. Although it did not obey the summons from the Immortal Court, it did not come under attack from the Immortal Court. On the contrary, due to the Immortal Court’s actions of recruiting soldiers, the Six Daos Alliance was able to make use of the opportunity to expand its territory.
Staying in the Six Daos Alliance for a while, Chen Feng also took care of some affairs there. Regarding the conflicts his side had with the other Celestial Planes, he took action to beat up some fellows and shocked them all. Only then did he finally leave.
Magiris aside, Chen Feng also brought Heng Ri and the space-time extra-terrestrial creature along with him.
In addition to those three Gold Immortals, Tun Ri’s group and 200 other selected members of the Longevity Clan would also be following him.
It was not that Chen Feng did not want to bring more men with him. However, the Six Daos Alliance needed the men more. That said, these 200 cultivators from the Longevity Clan were all characters that he had carefully handpicked. They were the elites amongst the many members of the clan. Moreover, while they had been staying in the Immortal Plane all this time, they had been specifically nurtured by Chen Feng. Thus, every single one of them was able to challenge a higher-levelled opponent.
These 200 cultivators were composed of half-step Gold Immortals and high-level Heavenly Immortals. They could already be considered as the top elites of the Six Daos Alliance.
“Ha ha ha ha ha! Young Master, we will finally be returning to the Celestial Longevity Plane! I believe that many people will be shocked!” Tun Ri laughed loudly.
“You’re wrong. It’s not many, but the entire Celestial Longevity Plane will be shaken,” Da Feng then said.
“That’s right! I was wrong. Young Master is the most talented cultivator in the entire Celestial Longevity Plane. Tsk, tsk. In the future, he will become the Planar Lord and rule over the Celestial Longevity Plane,” Tun Ri was quick to say.
There was a faint smile on Chen Feng’s face but he did not pay attention to their words and what they mean. There was, instead, a somewhat entangled look on his face. At the same time, there was also a thoughtful look.

There was a number of things going through his mind.
He had imagined the many scenarios of him returning to the Celestial Longevity Plane before. But now that it was time to return, he found himself unable to stay calm.
Was this a fear of bringing trouble back to his home? No, he did not believe so.
Speaking of which, the time he spent in the Celestial Longevity Plane was not very long. Rather, for Chen Feng, Eternal World felt more like his home.
That said, Chen Feng was also aware that, regardless of what he thought about it, the Celestial Longevity Plane was his roots. That was where he was born. That was where his loved ones resided. Naturally, that was also where those who regarded him an enemy and someone that had to die resided.
Everyone there could sense Chen Feng’s emotions and they all fell silent.
After some time, Chen Feng recollected himself and the look in his eyes became more profound.
“This trip back home will surely be an eventful one. Even if the other party do not come after me, I still have some accounts to settle with some of them,” Chen Feng said coolly. Next, his gaze swept past the 200 cultivators there.
Sensing the meaning behind Chen Feng’s words, some of them grew uneasy.
“Come. Let’s return home.”
Chen Feng revealed an atmosphere of dauntlessness and waved his hand to blast open a passageway leading to the Celestial Longevity Plane.
Following that, he took the lead to enter while the Gold Immortal trio, Magiris, Heng Ri and the space-time extra-terrestrial creature, followed behind him. After them were Tun Ri’s group and the 200 cultivators.
Somewhere in the depths of the universe, the Longevity Tower was still – from time to time – jumping through space. When Chen Feng stepped into the passageway, Tower’s voice could be heard within the Longevity Tower.
“This brat! He’s finally going back to the Celestial Longevity Plane. Tsk, tsk. This is much earlier than I had anticipated. Humph! My choice back then was unquestionably the right one. Whether or not I can advance further in the future will depend on this kid.
“Still, even though his combat power has reached the Gold Immortal stage, the Celestial Longevity Plane is still a Celestial Plane, after all. There are some old monsters there. In order to avoid any mishaps, I should go check it out.” After that, the Longevity Tower began increasing the rate at which it was jumping through space. While it did not appear particularly fast, every jump would bring it through countless layers of space.
The instant Chen Feng entered the Celestial Longevity Plane, almost every single one of the Gold Immortals there found out about his return.
It was followed by a series of tempestuous reactions. After the wave of tempest, however, everything quickly quieted down. But Chen Feng could sense the undercurrents surging in the dark. These undercurrents could end up surging towards him at any moment to land a formidable blow upon him.
“I am back!”
Chen Feng abruptly howled skywards, his voice surging outwards to meld with space. Wave after wave of his voice – containing ageless power – swept outwards. Should no power be used to stop it, his voice would spread through the entire Celestial Longevity Plane.
Observing the view there and sensing the aura of the place, Chen Feng’s heart stirred excitedly. There was likely nothing else in the world that could bring him more feelings of excitement.
This, this is my home!
The emotions within that shout were something that Chen Feng had been holding back for far too long. Should he choose to not release it, he would likely end up suffering from inner injuries.
After shouting out, Chen Feng felt his whole body becoming open. The longevity-type primary energy coursed out and Chen Feng began to synchronize and fuse with his surroundings, with the Celestial Longevity Plane.
Suddenly, he turned around. His gaze swept forward and the corners of his lips curled into a faint smile.
“There’s no need for you fellows to worry. There is also no need to secretly make a report. All the high-level members of the Longevity Clan found out about my return the moment I stepped into the Celestial Longevity Plane,” Chen Feng said, a flat look on his face. And yet, it brought with it an even stronger atmosphere of oppression.
Plop! Plop! Plop!
Three of the cultivators’ faces sank and they fell to their knees. Although they did not say anything, everyone there knew what this was about.
“You fellows!”
Tun Ri was infuriated and he moved forward to take action.
“Hold it!”
Chen Feng stopped Tun Ri.
“I don’t blame you fellows. These things are very common. I will also not punish you fellows, because you fellows did make contributions while you were following me back in the Immortal Plane. However, I will no longer accept you fellows. You may leave now,” Chen Feng said.
There was an entangled look on their faces. It was the truth. The three of them were spies that other forces had inserted into the Boundless Corps. It was as Chen Feng said earlier. This was a very common occurrence. The Boundless Corps would also send spies into other forces. But at that very moment, having their identities exposed by Chen Feng left them feeling very guilty.
Although they did make some contributions back in the Immortal Plane, by following Chen Feng, they had managed to enjoy a treatment that they never did in the past. That was especially true for two of them, who managed to advance to the next level. The cultivation resources that Chen Feng provided them was a major reason for that.
“Young Master, please give us another chance!” one of them clenched his teeth and shouted.
“I will not take back what I said,” Chen Feng said coolly. After that, he strode forward, leaving them kneeling on the ground. Tun Ri and the others hastily followed suit.
One of the three was a half-step Gold Immortal while the other two were high-level Heavenly Immortals. Their cultivation talents were quite good. As he was making this decision, Chen Feng did find himself wavering somewhat. In the end, however, he quickly resolved himself to follow through with this decision.
“Sigh! If only I’d known, I would have preferred to stay in the Six Daos Alliance,” the half-step Gold Immortal said.
“Should we sneak back?” one of the two Heavenly Immortals suggested.
“Forget it. Since the Young Master has decided, we have no way of defying. We can only blame the fact that we did not follow the Young Master right from the start.” The half-step Gold Immortal sighed.
