Chapter 592: 592
In Godland, at the Godly Realm, the Demon-God Emperor stood upon the mountaintop, surveying the land.
He had personally made this place back then, exhausting endless effort so that every God cultivating here would have an easy time improving their cultivation and gaining enlightenment, which was why he did not abandon it.
In fact, every God Saint and Demon Saint had worked together to rebuild the gods’ city out of the dirt.
Even the devastated scenery was restored to its original state by the God Saints and Demon Saints.
Though repairing Godland and the landscape around it was simple for a Saint, seventy percent of all living beings in the Godly Realm were killed—every last Demi-Saint ended up dead and just a dozen Grand Luo were left while eighty-five percent of Golden Immortals were killed. Though their Heavenly Immortals and True Immortals were too weak, the shockwave from Jiang He’s Demi-Saints doing battle wiped out ninety-nine percent without deliberately targeting them.
Of course, the cultivation systems the Gods used differed from the Three Realms, and that was not how they named the respective tiers.
“Patriarch!”
Lord Swelling Sky landed behind the Demon-God Emperor and kneeled in salute before reporting the losses in Godland and the progress of reconstruction.
“Every resource in Godland has been plundered. Only eighteen out of a hundred and twenty-eight levitation pool work as intended, while the rest are taken away for repairs, estimated for completion around three years.”
There were 108 divine cities in Godland, with each having a levitation pool.
The beings in God Realm would weather a divine trial when their cultivation reached a certain level, and fly up to Godland.
After reaching they place, they would be baptized in the Levitation Pool, drawn by the power of Authorities. They would tap into their divine bloodline as their bodies are reforged, and only that to they count as a Sky God.
“Hurry the repairs along. You should go help as well.”

“There’s no need to worry about resources either, since there are still some collections in my personal vault, and you could take some. Godland is special, and those resources would return in less than ten thousand years.”
“I will weaken the realm’s rules so that beings of our lower echelon have an easier time to cultivate, and the rate of whose who would survive the trials…”
“Moreover, the rest of you must spreading your teachings between fixed periods, and select disciples for grooming to develop a new batch of elites.”
It was not difficult for the Demon-God emperor to groom elites if he spared no expenses.
As long as the resources could keep up, several God Saints spreading their teachings, and a time acceleration array that accelerates time over a hundred years while one day passed outside, they would soon have a large group of Golden Immortals, even Grand Luo.
As for the Demi-Saints… that’s not something time and resources could develop.
Still, the Demon-God Emperor had his ideas.
“Patriarch!”
This time, it was a Demon Saint that flew toward him.
Kneeling, he asked, “The patriarch of the Machines has left the territory of his race and seemed to be heading toward the depths of Chaos.”
“Oh?”
The Demon-God Emperor’s gaze changed as he mused to himself, “That’s interesting. That Machine geezer’s origins are unknown, and I never saw him before creation appeared upon Chaos.”
“Patriarch, should I follow?” The Demon Saint asked then.
“It’s fine.”
“I’ve taught you your stealth technique, but it would never fool that geezer despite how formidable it is,” the Demon-God Emperor said flatly. “His kind base their growth on technology, and their ways are enigmatic—many of their abilities are more bizarre than various godly techniques, and you could be found if you keep tracking him.”
He looked towards the Chaos then, an icy look flashing across his eyes as he chuckled. “He must have saved some backup measures in the Chaos… and now that the Realms Proper is utter Chaos, the Machines would probably try to take advantage. Still, we are now working together, so there’s no need to expose certain matters.”

Just then, the Demonic Saint’s face twitched as he took out a jade charm. With a sweeping glance, he growled, “Patriarch, the Machines have sent word that Jiang He left the Celestial Battlefield. ”
“Eh?”
The Demon-God emperor’s gaze darkened, murderous intent flashing in his eyes.
“Is that confirmed?” he growled. “Are the True Lord of Morality and Nothingness following him in secret?”
The Demon Saint talked through his jade charm again just then, and soon replied, “No Three Realms Saint is following him.”
“Have the Machines continue keeping an eye on him.”
The Demon-God Emperor closed his eyes to resist his impulse to kill right then, saying, “Ignore him if he is just wandering around the Celestial Battlefield. Report right away if he left the constellations around it.”
There was no chance of killing Jiang He nearby the Celestial Battlefield, since the Saints of the Three Realms would back him up immediately.
However, should Jiang He drift too far, the Demon-God Emperor shall personally attack him with both the Demons and Gods, holding Jiang He at bay.
The Demon Saint backed away just then and continued to speak through his jade charm, so he could receive updates on Jiang He anytime, anywhere.
Half a day later, news arrived.
“Jiang He infiltrated the Insectoid’s Realm and fought the Nine-Headed Insectoid Saint, destroying three of its nine heads before leaving…”
And another half a day later…
“Jiang He returned to the Insectoids’ domain, but was pincered by both Insectoid Saints this time, fighting even as he retreated with composure.”
The next day soon arrived with word that Jiang He had attacked the Insectoid’s domain again…
The Demon-God Emperor’s mouth was twitching at the information, his first reaction being to laugh…
Aren’t the Insectoids simply tragic?
However, he soon perished the thought, and considered the matter in their position… wouldn’t he be frustrated to death if Jiang He did that to the Gods and Demons too?
Of course, their races’ power was not to be mentioned in equal measure to theirs. Would Jiang He ever dare to cause trouble here?
“The Insectoids’ domain is too close to the Celestial Battlefield for us to attack. Maintain contact with the machines and continue monitoring Jiang He’s movements. Contact the other Saints and have them remain on standby as well,” the Demon-God Emperor ordered at that.
Despite his calm tone, however, the killing intent in his eyes was burning.
There was no news come the next day. Puzzled, the Demon-God Emperor sought out that Demon Saint and asked about it.
The Demon Saint shook his head and said, “I’ve contacted the Machines, but there’s no response.”
“Keep contacting them!” Having received his orders, the Demon Saint left.
However, there was no response no matter how he tried to reach out to the Machine’s Saints. Even as vague unease crept in his heart, he kept sending a message once every two hours… for fourteen hours, until his jade charm finally flashed.
The Demon Saint’s gaze twitched, and he promptly whipped out the jade charm, using his spirit to sense it.
A panicked voice from the Machine Saint could be heard then, “Oh, no! Jiang He is coming toward our territory!”
The Demon Saint promptly relayed the information to the Demon-God Emperor, who rose to his feet and barked, “Notify all Saints to be ready to depart!”
The distance between the God Realm and the Machines’ realm was basically half the Proper Realm and hence extremely far, with untold masses of constellations and planetary systems in between. Even the Demon-God Emperor would need four hours to reach it!
Likewise, the Machine Realm was also extremely far from the Celestial Battlefield, which is why the True Lord of Morality and Nothingness would need a lot of time to made it across as well.
