He stared at the voice recorder, hesitating slightly before reaching out to grab it .

This voice recorder seemed rather worn out, it was probably bought a while ago .

There was a buzzing sound before a clear voice came through, about ten seconds later, Lu Jinnian heard a familiar voice calling a familiar name . “Qiao Qiao, what did you say?”

It was Xu Jiamu’s voice, it was deep and soulful, pleasing to the ears .
