With this Talent, it was equivalent to having a 10% chance of hitting a golden critical attack coefficient, and there was even a chance to hit a supreme five times damage . If it were not for the fact that this Talent was only effective against monsters of Commander-Grade and below, it would have possibly even been an S-Grade Talent!
