The spectators shared the same reaction upon seeing the character that Sofia selected. They somehow felt weird by this choice and end up being curious.

This character was deemed useless by the first players and pro gamers of the game. According to them, the skill of the summoner was not average but it was boring. Thus, no one wanted to play in this character.

Somehow, the spectators could not related to this character.

Since most of the pro players had given bad comments about this character for lack of enjoyment when playing, they never bothered to learn and use this character too.

They had completely no idea of the dynamics of playing the summoner.

But, they were still eager to see the potential of it given that Sofia was playing it.

On the other side, the player Krista19 was also bewildered by this choice. She was sitting on her gaming chair while both her elbows were propped to both sides of the armchair.

This lady is wearing a revealing outfit that accentuated her cleavage. However, because the custom battle room 777 disabled her camera, she was not mindful of her actions at all.

Krista19's sitting position was so unladylike in her chair as she was confident that no one would be able to watch her as long as she would be inside the battle room.

"Why is this CEO UNRIVALED picking a mage - support role? I thought she will be playing a tank. And of all characters, she actually chose this weird summoner?!" A deep scowl appeared on her face as she expected her opponent to use a tank role.

The timer countdown continued to move while she stared at her mobile screen. Then, she went to the chat and started to compose her message.

Krista19: Yo! So you won't be using a tank? Hehehe... Summoner... really?

She could not help but type her confusion in the chat upon seeing Sofia's pick.

CEO UNRIVALED: Summoner, yes.

Sofia's response was brief and lack of explanation. Her opponent wanted to know why she was picking this character but now, their chat conversation turned into a dead end.

"Then, I'll use the same role and play this summoner too!" Krista19 muttered feeling extremely optimistic about the role.

Although she could pick whatever character she wanted to use in their play, it was only right for a one on one fight to use the same character so that she could prove to their spectators that her skills were far better than Sofia's.

Her thumb swiftly clicked the image of the summoner for her pick and locked the character.

As soon as the two players picked their characters, the screen of their mobile phone quickly displayed a progress bar. A loud gong sounded to indicate that their battle would commence.

Both of their screens quickly showed 77%, the percentage loading before their characters would be completely transported on the battlefield.

Sofia looked pleased after knowing that her opponent had adjusted her role and character too.

It was her first time using this character in the game. But she had already read the details of the character as well as familiarize its item build.

Such an experience would contribute to her learning.

To say, Sofia did not set up their battle for a competition. Rather, she was using her opponent to her advantage. More like she aimed for a contribution from Krista19.

The summoner could focus from either mage or support. When the character reached level 3, the player could choose which role they would focus on.

For a mage role focus, the game would activate four skills apart from its passive attacks. However, if the player would choose the support role, the game would activate 5 skills apart from passive.

These two split roles would create confusion for each skill set effects were totally different.

If the player focused on the mage role, the summoner character would transform into an earth mage appearance.

Its first skill would increase its mobility for 5 seconds with 15 seconds cool down.

The second skill would allow the earth mage to drop a single seed on the ground and make this seed a portal. But this skill would decay and won't be available if not used in the span of 6 seconds. The cool down of this skill is 20 seconds.

For instance, if the player casts the second skill and runs far from the area of the seed, within six seconds, the player can click the second skill again so that the character would go back to the location of where the seed was dropped.

But if the player dropped the seed and failed to press the second skill again within six seconds span, the seed would vanish from the ground and the cool down of the skill would start to count.

The third skill is a vine-like root that would stun the enemy once hit by the skill. It was a similar effect that all mages had. The stun effect to the enemy is only 2 seconds while the cool down of the skill is 15 seconds.

For its ultimate, the character could summon a giant seed bomb. It was an AoE attack. Once the giant seed reached the ground, it would automatically explode creating tremendous magic damage. The cool down of the skill is 150 seconds.

These skills were pretty decent and overpowered yet, gamers still called the summoner character boring to be played. Why? It's because the cool down of this character is fixed. Even if the player would buy an item for cool down reduction, this character is immune from it. It would be useless.

Mages usually had a long cool down in the game. It was expected especially that their skills were insanely strong once the items of the game were combined.

But, most of the players would bargain their boost of damage for a cool down reduction in order for them to use the skill proactively. Taking control of the battlefield was one thing that gamers want in their gameplay.

Unfortunately, with the special condition that was set in the summoner character, players found it hard to take control of their overall gameplay on the battlefield as they had to wait for a long cool down of the skills first before they could attack.

No one wanted to wait. To play this character, a gamer must exert too much patient, and it's one thing that hinders them to enjoy their play. Especially during the clash, if the skill is not available to cast, the character would totally be useless.

After the two players were transported to the battlefield, the spectators started to observe the movements of both sides.

Sofia went to the middle lane, while Krista19 went to the top lane. Both sides won't be able to roam in the jungle for their character was not too strong enough to kill the monsters yet.

Since both players were still on level one, they could only clear their creeps to level up. The routine was too basic that some spectators could only yawn from their sits.

Sofia had already planned to focus on the mage role after she reached level three. As for Krista19, she was constantly checking the skills panel on her side.

Her confidence was somewhat faltered when she reached level 3 and the game prompted her to choose which role to focus on.

"What the f*ck is this?!" Krista19 frowned while reading the prompt message that had appeared on her screen. She had not anticipated that there would be a role focus for the character.

Those spectators who had never seen this type of feature were also baffled. The mindset that they had in this character was only limited to the comments from other gamers that they had heard before. Hence, they had no idea that it would also require the player to focus on one role after level 3.

"What a weird character! So this is called heavenly summon role. In the game, it says that after the player reached level 3, it can summon the character to become an earth mage or earth healer hermit. Wow!" one of the spectators went to search the feature and was impressed by what he discovered. Such a feature was unique from all the characters of the game!

This spectator was actually the one of the members of the group of tech students that Sofia had met on the intersection road.

They followed Sofia on their social media accounts. The moment they saw Sofia's post about the custom battle room, they quickly entered the room. But, only two members of the group were able to enter the battle room before the capacity became full.

"Oh, CEO UNRIVALED is choosing the mage role, earth mage. Haha, her appearance transformed like a head of a tree, with the leaves as hair. The streamer Krista19 is not moving. But she is already in level 3 too," the other tech member stated.

Because of the sudden pause that Krista19 made, Sofia had a good chance to clear the creeps on the bottom lane.

She did not waste her time and activated her mobility skills and sprinted towards the bottom lane. Yet, in the middle of the jungle, just a few meters away from the creeps of the bottom lane, she dropped a seed from her second skill.

The seed stumbled near the jungle monster but did not create any ruckus.

Sofia's earth mage did not stop. She cast her third skill and attack the creeps. Just in time that the five-second time span would display on her second skill, she clicked this skill again.

In an instant, her character appeared to the location of the seed, leaving the bottom lane in a blink of an eye.

"W-what?!!!"

"CEO UNRIVALED changed place?! HAA!!!"

"AWESOME! That skill is to unexpected!"

All the spectators eyes were widened in shock. At that point, they had not realized the special condition of the character's skill cool down yet.

Hence, they were all amazed by the unforeseen teleportation of Sofia's character from one area to another.
