As the two people drove towards the Yoo Manor where they had been invited to meet Elder Yoo, there was an awkward silence in the car. Xie Eun could hardly believe that they had already taken that final step in getting together and she had not even confessed to him.She kept staring at his from the corner of her eyes. He looked the same to her but she felt as if he was different. Maybe it was because of the way they had felt ad been with each other since last night..These last few hours were like a dream to her and she still would have had trouble believing it to be the truth if the aches in those places did not remind her of their activities repeatedly. These thoughts brought a small blush to her face and she could not help but look down at her hands. She thought of the little confession cards she had made and regretted not giving those to him today. Her eyes scanned the way, his long fingers held the steering wheel and the way those masterful fingers had held her..she looked away and squirmed in her seat,regretting agreeing to go today. Even if she looked forward to meeting Elder Yoo,she felt too giddy and shy at the moment.

Her shy glances and the light blush were like a siren's call to Yu Seok, who was also hyper aware of the girl beside him. He had been trying to hold back but her shy looks kept goading him,so much so that he wanted to stop the car right there and get close to her. This was the first time he saw her in a kimono and he had suddenly realized the allure of their traditional clothing. Though this version of it was modernized,the belt that tied it together accentuated her shape perfectly and made her look like a little fairy.. Add in the soft redness of her face,her slightly swollen lips(from his kisses) and her repeated looks at him,Yu Seok was finding it really difficult to even breathe let alone concentrate on driving the car.. Finally,seeing her giving him the side glance again,he said,"Eun-a,if you keep looking at me like this,chances are we will not be meeting grandfather tonight.."

This sultry threat,snapped her back to reality and Xie Eun cleared her throat and tried to defend herself,"What are you talking about? Who is looking at you?I was just looking at the car!"

"Uh huh" Yu Seok simply gave her a smile,his eyes calling her a liar. Making a face at him,Xie Eun harrumphed and turned to look outside the widow,even as a silly smile graced her face.

Yu Seok threw a glance in her direction enjoying her silly smile and he accepted that thi was the first time he was truly happy. He had been satisfied when he found a direction in life,he had been indifferent when he achieved success after success and even though he had been happy when he met her and on their wedding day,true happiness for him was this. Seeing her smile because of him and for him..

However,the next moment,the softness in his eyes vanished.Because he had just discovered someone following them.Rather two someones..His eyes narrowed and he slowly increased the speed,keeping an eye on the rear view mirror. The following vehicles increased their speed gradually too,confirming his doubts. Once he was sure, Yu Seok gradually slowed down and then increased the speed again making those behind a bit confused..Xie Eun also noticed the change in mood and turned to look questioningly. However one look at his expression and she was clear of what was wrong. She took out her cell phone,ready to call the police when Yu Seok stopped her. "Let it be for now.." Actually, he did not want to scare her but they had passed various speed o meters at high speed and yet no police car seemed to be chasing them.It could only mean one thing,someone had ordered the police to stay away.

Yu Seok glanced at his wife who sat there calmly and then ordered,"There is a thick blanket under the seat. Take it out and wrap it around yourself. And get the gun in the dashboard.When the time comes,you may need to jump off the car.."

Xie Eun had already bent down to retrieve the blanket when she heard the rest of the instructions. She paused before doing as she was told. Once the gun was secured and the blanket wrapped around her,she looked at her husband and spoke,"If you think I am going to jump out of the car and leave you in danger then you are severely mistaken."

Yu Seok,who already knew his wife's stubbornness did not bother wasting time arguing with her.As long as she was safe,he would push her out of the car,if need be.

With this thought,he speeded up to get onto the wider road..this would be their last chance to deal with these people because after this they would begin their climb into the mountains where the Yoo Villa was situated and it would be too easy for their attackers to push them down the cliffs and winding roads. Yu Seok that even if his sports car was quick,when it came to a truck,it would lose out but he would use the small size of this compact car to the maximum. After all the engine of this car,was much more sophisticated..

Just as the road had widened,he ordered "hold tight" to Xie Eun and the next minute the car took a sharp 180 degree turn and drove head on towards the two incoming speeding vehicles..His high speed and sharp turn had shocked the two assailants and before they could react,Yu Seok had already pulled down his window and two shots rang in the air...
