Magical Academy: Rise Of The Supreme Magic Craftsman Chapter 193

After a long day together with his classmates, Wallace exhaustedly returned home.
As it was already late, he just asked Avalon to give him some updates about the progress of the beta testers and its study about Veda.
He then sprawled across the bed and listened to Avalon's report. The A.I. has now turned to a floating metal ball with a red light at the center acting as its eye.
[ The Beta Testers spent an average of 8 hours a day playing the adventure mode of the game.
Four players received the blueprint of a Baron Mech Frame.
None of them have acquired all the required materials to build one.
One player gained 1 out of 5 fragments of the Viscount Mech Frame.
Two players received a blueprint of Magic Assault Gear.
They both have the required materials but failing to build one due to inconsistent arrangement of Magic Formation.
Five players managed to trigger a B rank quest, "Starship Infiltration". They failed. ]
"Oh? That quest? That's fast... and only five of them, huh. They should gather more members to finish that. Oops...Continue your report."
[ All players suggested having more NPCs to help them during high difficulty quests.
70% of all the quest given were getting failed marks. Adjustment of the difficulty is recommended.
Players recommend having a portable Freya. ]
"Oh... That's what I'm planning to do..." Wallace muttered after hearing the report.
Currently, the super A.I. Freya within the game can only be accessed within the three remaining strongholds of the Sevens.
It just means that having a portable Freya could help them answer questions and guide them from time to time. This might even help the players pass the quests.
After all, if the game was too difficult, they might get tired of playing the adventure mode and complain a lot to the game creator.
"Mhm... Let's just make a mission for them to acquire a terminal for Freya. I'll work on it tomorrow... How about Veda? Any progress?"
[ The Terminal of Veda possesses powerful energy that blocks any form of probing. There's no other option found aside from acquiring GH Drive to help. ]
"Haah~ We'll go with that. But you know... Even if we can still go back to Araceli Island. How can we bring the spaceship back to here?"

Wallace said helplessly before having an idea.
"Can we disassemble it?"
Assuming that he would have the time to do so, of course, he could. He just has to deal with all members of the Z-Company guarding the spaceship.
Using his current strength, he was confident that Chalice would not be a big challenge anymore. A battle against such a criminal group would not hold him back and he could release everything he has. Though he still has to be careful as he doesn't have some kind of reinforcement if ever he was trapped by some unknown magic.
The existence of Veda proves that the magic within this world isn't as simple as a replacement of energy but a genuine form of mysticism. He had to consider this as the criminal organization must've also increased their defenses this time. After all, the Lucent Force was involved at that time.
They must be prepared to handle a powerful organization just like before.
Wallace had been thinking a lot of things he needed to work on until he went silent as steady and slow breathing was heard within the room. He had fallen asleep.
Avalon had noticed this and stopped making its report. The A.I. sent one Elysium to help Wallace sleep in a comfortable position and covered him by a blanket.
After making sure that Wallace was soundly asleep. It continued its operation. The A.I. can function through the help of electricity, solar power, and though Wallace's effort, a part of the A.I. managed to function through the help of unique form of energy called mana.
Artificial Intelligence doesn't need to sleep or reboot at all and it could function all day as the mainframe used for the A.I. was the latest technology made by the Galactic Federation.
Soon, the Elysium returned to the workshop and continued its study towards the metal ores they have ordered at the Secret Shop.
Apparently, Wallace had tasked them to find the best materials they could use for his future projects.
Unfortunately, the alloys being made by the best Steel Companies weren't good enough. Wallace wanted the same component or even way better components than the corvette-class spaceship they abandoned at the Araceli Islands. But it wasn't that easy.
Although the A.I. possesses an unimaginable number of information about various metals or alloys, most raw materials were affected by the ever-existent Mana in this world making its calculation full of errors.

At the moment, the A.I. doesn't possess a way to determine the amount of Mana in a specific material. Avalon's weakness was the fact that it was not capable of doing such an important task. Mana Detection was extremely necessary but it could only rely on Wallace's Divine Sense.
Although it has a lot of work to do, the A.I. had been trying to find a way to resolve this issue by itself. Of course, it never forgot to continue and accomplish all of Wallace's orders.

On the next morning, Avalon sounded the alarm for Wallace to wake up and go to school.
Before Wallace left, Avalon reminded him about his words last night.
"Ah... That mission... I'll work on it this evening... Urgh, I might be tired again. How about this, can you make the mission to acquire the portable Freya. Make them salvage some unique metals at the Garbage Mountain. If I'm not mistaken, the Dorssian Empire was programmed to dump various waste materials in several mountains every third night, right?"
[ That's correct. ]
"Then that's it. Please make it happen."
[ Affirmative. ]
Soon, Wallace left after eating the breakfast prepared by Avalon.
Then, the A.I. remained working for the Alien Invasion's game adjustments and updates.
As it was made to help the user, it never complained to Wallace's orders and only tried to do it's best to accomplish the instructions given.
Luckily, the user or Wallace wasn't limiting Avalon in many ways. It was given permission to do things that it deemed to be beneficial for the user's life. So it has been trying to do it's best to breakthrough or understand how the magic works. Right now, it was not even capable of analyzing the bank card given to Wallace by Slaine. Not only that, but Avalon was also sincerely asked by Wallace if it could bypass the security system of the bank here but it couldn't do so.
This may be a challenge given by it's user to Avalon reminding the Artificial Intelligence that it was still insignificant on a broader scale.
As it kept working for the game updates, a mail from Yumi was received. The A.I. immediately processed the message and after confirming that there was no virus or the mail itself was safe, it allowed the message to go through Wallace's device.
A few minutes passed and another message came in. This time, it was from the Headmaster Percival. After doing the same scanning process, it allowed the message to be sent to Wallace's device.
After this, a reminder came in and Avalon confirmed that the refrigerator was now nearing empty. It needed to restock its food. As it can't personally shop, it can only order food and ingredients online and make payments online.
Another mail came in but since the originator came from an official of the Golden Trident Group, Avalon decided to handle it as per Wallace's instruction.
Apparently, the security company wanted to start pulling out all the automatons they've scattered around the city. Although they could do this based on their contract, they must also pay for the corresponding termination fee.
Avalon immediately agreed to send out those automatons. It also briefly informed Wallace about the decision it made and provided a long narrative about why it decided to do so.
Avalon immediately received an "OK" from Wallace making the process smooth.
Then, one of the Elysiums cleaned the front yard where Wallace practices the Lightning Break whenever he has some time. It was readying to receive Wallace who was always tired from school.
***
Today, Wallace started the day the same as usual. But during his break time, he was again informed to meet with Miss Chamber at the Tier 2 Training Room.
After meeting the charming lady, they took some time to chat as they discussed some things that lasted for an hour.
The two made a deal.
Miss Chamber will teach Wallace some techniques using the magician's soul while Wallace will help them to create a stronger defense to defend against a powerful probing skill.
"Haaah~ I wonder if this is the right decision. Anyway, it's beneficial for me to learn the Soul Arts."
The young man said before receiving another mission from the Pathfinder. This time, he really had to return to his spaceship at Montego.
