Well, most of the players were just staring at it as the information they are hearing may have not sunk in their minds yet.

Ace didn't take too much time as he soon announced that the Excellence would be sent to the Moon to explore it.

He obviously kept the part that he planned to create a Moon Base from it. It can be explained next time.

At the moment, the Excellence was filled with various building materials and builder automatons that would create this base as soon as possible.

Apparently, Wallace has already built two mid-size battleships. The latest battleship was the one he stationed in the sky to intimidate the visitors a little bit.

They know that he was an apprentice of a Grand Arcanist and that may be the reason why he has resources to create all of this, however, the Grand Arcanist himself was stuck in the northern continents for months already. It was impossible for him to help.

It was also impossible for other Grand Arcanist or Grand Sage to help Wallace since the Cloud Hawk Manor isn't that friendly towards their peers.
