"By the way girls, I would like you to meet, Jessy my daughter," Sarah said, introducing Jessy to the two ladies.
Aunt Ruth and Aunt Ruby looked at each other while smiling at Adam.
"Wow, you had a pretty daughter, Sarah!" Ruth commented.
"She looks as pretty as her mother," Ruby said.
"Hello, Aunt Ruby and Aunt Ruth, nice meeting you all!" Jessy greeted her mother's friends with a broad smile on her face.
"And who is this young man with you?" Sarah asked, her brows knitted together, the way her daughter looked at the young man seemed like they have known each other for a long time.
"Ah, this one...he is Gavin Sanders, a good friend of ours," explained Ruth.
Sarah pulled Ruth beside her and whispered in her ears. "Can this guy be trusted with our secret?"
"Yes, of course. He is Adam the Royal couple's resurrected son, your daughter's childhood sweetheart, but please keep it a secret, the rest of the vampires don't know yet," Ruth said.
Sarah was shocked.
The last time he saw Prince Adam he was the ugliest vampire that she had ever seen in her whole life.
Sarah glanced at her daughter...she saw Jessy was locking eyes with Gavin.
Ah, young love...
Ruby walked to their side. "Let's start girls..."
"Okay," Ruth and Sarah replied in unison.
"Good evening everyone! Welcome to your new home, these condominium resort residences are called~ The Habitat~ you will be well-taken care here. Everything you need rest assured these residences can provide you anything," Ruby said.
A projector was now playing directed into the whiteboard, showing the interior of every residence...the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms are fully furnished. The small presentation was being shown so that the new occupants already have an idea of how their new home will look like. Then the resort amenities were also being highlighted, the one-kilometer forest park, the stunning swimming pools, the basketball and tennis court, the rooftop garden, the canteen, the grocery store, the library room, children's playroom, a mini-clinic with a pharmacy and there's also a clothing store. A stunning aerial view of the whole condominium townhouse and the neighboring forest appeared on the screen.

Then Ruth began speaking on the sound system. "The canteen offers breakfast starting from 5 to 9 in the morning, then lunch will be served at 11 up to 2 in the afternoon, then dinner will start at 6 up to 9 in the evening. You can choose to take out the foods and bring them to your condo unit or eat right there in the canteen. As for the basic needs, the grocery store is open starting at 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening. Adjacent the grocery store is the management's office, you can write your complaints and suggestion there, all your opinions are welcome, please don't hesitate to voice out your concerns and ideas. This place is built to offer you ultimate comfort. Have a nice stay everyone, nice meeting you all, you can call me Ruth," she smiled at the people in front of her.
Ruth steps down on the podium and it's now Ruby's turn to speak.
"Hello everyone, my name is Ruby...we are sisters," she pointed at Ruth. "It's my great pleasure to speak in front of you all and able to meet everyone here tonight. We are the managing team behind this condo residences. We hope you will like your new home, we make every condo unit as comfortable as possible and well suited to everyone's taste. All the condo units had uniformed interior design...same appliances and same floor area. We do have a strict rule here that we implemented, no one can get out of the townhouse, everyone must remain inside the building's perimeters day and night, this is to make sure everyone is safe. Please follow the rules. Thank you very much for your cooperation. Now we will start giving numbers to the people sitting on the front...the numbers will start at 1 to 150. Those who got the numbers from 1 to 50...will go with Ruby. The number from 51 to 100 will go with me and the number from 101 to 150 will go with Sarah here. After we already settled the first 150 in their new home we will come back for the next batch, now please stand up those who had a number starting from 1 to 50...let's keep moving...hold your kids and wife's hands. Thank you!"

Ruby steps out in the podium and a few minutes later the mortals lined up according to their numbers.
The first 50 families were out...
Then the next 50 follow suit...
The last 50 of the first batch were already out of the function room.
The first batch was already settled into their new home.
Jessy and Adam were distributing numbers for the next batch. Since they can't talk to each other because hundred of eyeballs were staring at them, they just have to sneak glances at each other. They would give each other a knowing smile then a smirk will curl up in their lips.
They can't wait to be alone together.
Fifteen minutes later...
Ruby, Ruth, and Sarah returned and time for the second batch.
One hour later...
Time for the third batch...
It's already near midnight when the whole event was finished.
As soon as the last batch was out of the door...
Jessy catapulted into Adam's waiting arm. "I miss you so much!" she murmured in his ears.
"Me too!" Adam replied and hugged Jessy tightly.
They were about to lock lips when the trio returned.
Ruth, Ruby, and Sarah come back to the function room with a tired expression on their faces, yet they were also sporting a happy and satisfied expression after everything went well according to plan.
"I'm tired but hungry!" Ruby said, she sat on the chair yawning.
"Me too!" Sarah agreed, she sat beside Ruby.
Ruth fished out her phone from her shoulder bag and called the officer-in-charge of the canteen and requested a snack delivery into the function room.
Fifteen minutes later...the delivery arrived.
French fries, cheeseburger and soft drinks with one bucket of fried chicken were delivered into the function room.
They began eating the foods with appetite.
"How about the occupants, Mom? They don't have dinner yet," Jessy said while munching at the crispy fried chicken she was holding in her right hand.
"Don't worry about them, the canteen already provided a packed dinner for each condo unit as a welcome gift to the occupants one hour before they arrived here. I bet some of them are already eating their dinner right now," Sarah answered.
"Ah, okay, that's good," Jessy replied.
Adam was busy munching at his french fries, while his feet and Jessy's feet were having a wrestling match below the table.
One hour later, all the foods have been consumed, they looked at each other with a satisfied grin on their faces.
"Oh my...I'm so full!" Ruth said.
"I'm feeling so sleepy after eating lots of foods tonight," Ruby yawned.
Ruth stood up. "Sarah, we were going to the guest room now to retire for the night."
"Goodnight Sarah and Jessy," Ruby said.
"Goodnight girls and Prince Adam," Sarah said.
Adam smiled at his mother-in-law. "Good night Ma'am...goodnight Jess!" he winked at his girlfriend.
Ruby, Ruth, and Adam exited the function room.

Overgrowth
I never thought I'd be killed by butterflies. But here I am... Edmon Valli was a smuggler, before a freak storm threw him off course and stranded him on a desert island smack in the middle of an uncharted monster zone. Trying his best to survive, or possibly even escape, he stumbles across the find of a lifetime: an unclaimed dungeon crystal. This is a dungeon-ish story, but without reincarnation or transmigration. I started it as a whim for NaNoWriMo so I may drop it any time after that... or I might not. My current plan is to write until I can reach some sort of conclusion and call it 'volume one'. I hope someone enjoys reading it for now! All comments, corrections, and criticism welcome.
