Thirty minutes before midnight.

The blood transfusion has ended fifteen minutes ago. Jessy went back to her room and donned her black ensemble. Time to visit Virgie in her home, she will teleport herself into the small house at the back of the apartment, that was where she had last seen Virgie and her family.

She put the sling bag around her shoulder containing some money. She will buy a present for her mother tonight. She transformed herself into her invisible form and teleported into the back of the apartment.

She finally landed in front of the house.

The house was quiet and dark, she can't see any light from the inside, it seemed the occupants were already sleeping. She just wants to see Virgie and her family for the last time, she will enter the house and checked them after seeing that everything is alright, she will proceed to the city and find a store where she can buy her mother's request.

She entered the house.

To her surprised its empty!

No one was sleeping in the tiny living room. She went inside the room, there's no one there as well.

Hmm...where could they be?

Maybe they were back in the apartment upstairs? Or they already transferred to another home or relocated somewhere?

She transformed to her visible self and left the house, she walked towards the entrance of the apartment, she was lucky to see two teenagers sitting on the stairs near the entrance, they were talking to each other animatedly.

"Hi guys, can I ask you something?"

"Yes, what is it?" replied one of the guys.

"Um...the family living in the house at the back of this apartment, I can no longer see them, I just want to know where are they living now?" she asked.

"Ah, it's Virgie's family, they left one week ago, relocating to her ex-husband's house in the city, that's what she had told my mother before she and her parents left along with the kids," the boy who wore a baseball cap on his head explained.

"Thank you, kids!" Jessy fished out a one thousand dollar bill from her sling bag and gave it to the boy. "Don't spend it on drugs, okay? Guys, please, used the money for something important!" she said and left the area.

"Thank you, Miss!" the boys said in unison delighted with the money.

Jessy hides in one of the dark alleys and transformed into her invisible form. She was curious about how the boys will spend the money. She hovered close to them and listened to their conversation.

"Dude, we will divide this money, you will get the half of it," said the first boy wearing the hat on his head.

"Okay, so what will you buy with your $500?" the second boy asked.

"I'm not going to buy anything for myself, I will give the money to my father because he was coughing hard lately...to buy medicine," said the first boy.

"Ah okay, just keep the whole money then. You don't have to give me half of it. Much better if you can bring your father to a doctor so that you can get a proper diagnosis of his coughing that has been going on for several months. Worst he can get severe asthma for his coughing," the second boy said.

"Thank you bro!" said the first boy.

"Don't thank me, it's not my money in the first place, it's given by that generous lady," said the second boy.

"Okay, let's go home now bro, I'm going back upstairs and give the money to my father. See you tomorrow!" said the first boy.

"Bye!" replied the second boy.

The boys parted.

The first boy climbs the stairs of the apartment. While his friend walked away.

Jessy hovered in the air following the first boy, then when she saw that no one is around near the vicinity, she freezes the boy and inserted a five thousand dollar on the pocket of his pants, then she unfreezes him and he continues his way as if nothing happens.

Jessy exited the apartment and looked for the other boy.

She saw him entering a dilapidated house in the dark alley a few yards away from the apartment. She went inside, she saw a middle-aged couple and a small child lying on the mattress on the floor.

Jessy freezes the entire family, then inserted five thousand dollars into the pocket of the boy's jeans, then she unfreezes them and left the house.

The next destination is Virgie's ex-husband's house, she teleported into that address that she already knew.

A minute later, she landed outside the house.

The light in the living room was still on, but the curtains were drawn and the windows were closed.

Passing through the wall of the house, she went inside.

The first thing she saw in the living room was chaos...upturn chairs and table. Then she saw blood on the floor...not only one drop but many droplets of blood scattered in the living room.

She followed the trail of blood it ended at the door of one of the rooms, she passed through the wall and she was horrified to see Virgie and her ex-husband in the bed, their mouth was covered with duct tape and their hands were bound tightly by a rope behind their back.

Virgie's ex-husband has a stab wound on his arms and blood was oozing from it and seeping onto the bed. Virgie also got a stab wound on her right leg as well, but they were both conscious.

Two figures wearing dark clothing and a black mask on their faces were talking in a low voice.

The bloody scene shocked and angered Jessy at the same time!

'Who are these people? Is this robbery?

Then one of the figures spoke. "Let's finish them! You will go to the next room and kill the kids and the grandparents. After we kill them all, let's burn this house down!" said the voice of a man.

"Okay, I will go there now," said the voice of the woman holding a knife in her right hand.

Jessy instantly recognized the voice of the woman. It's Peter's new partner!

Damn!

This murderous woman and her cohort don't need to live another day! They were a cold-blooded murderer and if she allows them to live another day they might continue to kill.

Waving her hand, she instantly freeze them on the spot including Virgie and her ex-husband.

She immediately went to the next room feeling worried about Martina, Rudy, and the kids! When she arrived on the next room, huge relief washed over her, she saw the old couple and the two children in the bed, they got the same duct tape covering their mouth and their hands were tied behind their back, even the poor kids have duct tape on their mouth, they were not spared by the bastards!

There was no blood around the bed, Jessy breathed in relief, which means they were not physically harmed yet.

Good!

She went back to the room where the ex-couple and the intruder were being frozen.

Jessy grabs the intruders' arms and teleported them into the nearest ocean.

She chose the farthest area of the ocean away from the land. Then she dropped the murderers into the ocean, then unfreeze them...

The look on their eyes was priceless after they discovered where they are.

"WTF!? Where are we!?" blurted the guy in confusion.

"OMG! We are in the ocean! This is ridiculous! How did we come into this ocean? were supposed to be in Peter's house about to kill him and his family!" exclaimed the woman in a horrified tone.

"This is fucking insane! Why are we here in the middle of the ocean?" the guy yelled in despair, bafflement and was panicking.

"There is no use asking who brought us here! Let's just swim towards the shore and come back to that house and finished them all before they can call the police!" said the woman.

They began swimming swiftly towards the shore.

Up in the air, Jessy was observing them like a hawk looking at his prey, hmm, looks like they won't be easily drowned by the sea because they are an expert swimmer.

How about if she will seal their nose and mouth so that they can no longer breath?

It sounds a great idea!

She instantly freezes the couple and sealed their mouths and nose and unfreeze them again.

The couple looked at each other in horror...

'Oh no! I can't breathe!' the woman said to herself.

'Me too! I can breathe!' the guy was trying to communicate with the woman and was gasping for air, the air can't enter his nose and mouth.

They were trashing...and jerking trying so hard to breathe... but failed... until their movement become slow...their arms went limp...the light was fading from their eyes and their bodies became lifeless, fifteen minutes later, their bodies floated above the water.

Jessy glared at them.

Good riddance!

Jessy teleported back into the house and unbound the rope from Martina and Rudy's hands.

Then she unfreezes them, the moment their consciousness returns Rudy run outside the room and darted into the living room... speeding out of the house screaming for help.

A few minutes later, the neighbors were now swarming into the house and saw Virgie and her ex-husband their hands bound by a rope and their mouth covered with duct tape.

Somebody called 911 on their phones.

Five minutes later, an ambulance and cops arrived and loaded the wounded into the ambulance to be taken into the nearest hospital.

The cops began investigating the old couple on what exactly happened...

Jessy hovered above the house looking at the scene below her.

She's done here!

Time to go back to the Facility.

After what she witnessed today, she was no longer in the mood to buy the ice cream and the nachos that her mother has requested.

Well...there will always be another day...her beloved mother will surely understand.
