Ten minutes later, the bathroom door opened and Adam made an exit. He went to Jessy's side.
"Jess, what is your plan for the General?" he asked curiously.
"I will take him back to his house and put him to sleep for a few months, in short I will put him in a coma. Then I will wake him up when the landscape is no longer in his favor, this way, he has no other choice but to spend more time bonding with his grandchildren and take his life easy since he was no longer in public service during that time," concluded Jessy.
"You want me to come with you?" he offered. "I have nothing else to do here but wait for you," he added.
Jessy shook her head. "Nah, no need. I can do it alone. Just wait for me here. I'll be back in the morning," she answered.
"Okay, as you say so," he smiled and planted a kiss on her forehead. "Take care of yourself," he said softly.
She awarded him a quick kiss on the lips. "Yes, I will. See you tomorrow!" she said.
Jessy went to the general's side and holds his arm, then she initiated the teleportation process.
A minute later, they landed inside the general's bedroom. She settled the general comfortably in his bed, placed her hand on his head, and erase one month's worth of his recent memories leading to the events last night. She cut his memories during the same time when he was lying in his bed preparing to sleep so that the last thoughts on his mind were to sleep soundly throughout the night.
She unfreezes the general, while she remained invisible.
She wants to make sure that nothing can go wrong the whole night. She settled comfortably on the sofa located in the corner of the room near the window and began dozing off.

She was awakened at 4:00 am when the general woke up and entered the bathroom to relieve himself... then he went back to bed and continue sleeping unaware that someone was lying on the sofa watching over him.
Sunday morning comes.
The general exited his bedroom and went downstairs to have his breakfast held in the garden, his favorite spot in the house.
A few minutes later, the general was now having his breakfast in the beautiful garden surrounded by blooming flowers while a housemaid was on standby a few feet away from him.
After thirty minutes, the general was done eating breakfast...
The housemaid starts cleaning the table...then all of a sudden the general was clutching his chest. He looks like he was having a hard time breathing. His face contorted in pain.
"Helppppp! The general is having a heart attack! Call 911, call the ambulance!" the housemaid shouted at the garden boy watering plants a few meters away.
The boy went inside the house to inform the other house staff what happened in the garden. The staff called 911 immediately.
Jessy watched as everyone gathered around the general trying to stabilize his condition, their expressions were panicking...
A few minutes later, the ambulance arrived and the ambulance staff hurriedly entered the house and located the garden guided by the housemaid. They placed the general in the stretcher and loaded him inside the van, initiating first aid on him. The ambulance driver rushed to the nearest hospital in the area.
Jessy hovered in the air following the ambulance until they arrived at the hospital and the general was rushed into the emergency room by the hospital staff.
Jessy watched outside the ER as the doctors were trying to stabilize the general's condition.
Done watching... Jessy teleported back into the mansion.

She landed in Adam's bedroom which is currently empty.
She exited the bedroom and went downstairs and went straight to the kitchen. She saw Nana Aida busy preparing breakfast dishes.
She smiled. "Good morning, Nana Aida! You need help?" she asked.
Nana Aida smiled brightly. "Yes, come here, child. One more dish left to cook and we can finally eat our breakfast," she replied.
Jessy helped Nana Aida in the kitchen, while Adam and Grandpa Waldo were having a lively conversation in the vegetable garden.
One hour later.
They gathered around the dining table to eat breakfast together and have a good conversation.
"The lovers are back, where have you been guys?" Grandpa Waldo asked the couple.
Adam and Jessy looked at each other.
"Secret Grandpa!" Jessy answered.
"We're having our honeymoon abroad, Grandpa!" Adam winked at Jessy.
Grandpa Waldo smiled. "Nice to know that, so, when is the real wedding will take place?" he joked.
"Soon, Grandpa!" Adam smiled happily while watching his lady love.
Jessy and Nana Aida giggled with the mention of a wedding.
"Alright, let's continue eating, or else the food will get cold," Grandpa Waldo said to his companions.
"Bon Appetit everyone!" Adam smiled.
They all shared merry laughter and delicious food that morning that goes on until lunchtime.
That afternoon...
The couple cuddled lovingly in the bed.
Thirty minutes later, Jessy rose from the bed. "I'll be back later. I just have to check on the general's health. He was admitted to the hospital this morning due to difficultly breathing," she explained.
"Okay, I will wait for you here," Adam spoke.
Jessy transformed into her invisible self and then teleported back into the hospital.
She finally found the room where they relocated the general, he was breathing with the help of a breathing machine. She entered the room, Jessy placed her hands on the general's head putting him into a comatose stage.
Done.
She teleported back into the mansion to rejoin with Adam.
"Wow, that was fast! What did you do to him?" he asked curiously.
"I just put him in a coma for a while. One day I will wake him up," Jessy answered.
"Alright. Now that we have some moments together. What is your plan for our future?" he asked.
Jessy climbs the bed and lays her head on Adam's stomach. "Part of the clemency agreement is for me to finish transforming the vampires into humans, so I will fulfill my part. But then you have to take over my job in the government while I continue to do blood transfusion daily. Then after that...we'll get married and have children of our own!" she chatted excitedly and giggled.
"Sounds a fantastic plan, I agree to it!" Adam replied and bury his mouth on her neck to nuzzle her erogenous skin.

Demon Hunters
Far in the future, the last two viable cities in the western hemisphere – Technoburbia and New Baravia – struggle for control over a vast and largely desolate land. Officially they are at war. In practice, the war has been a stalemate for a generation, the disputed frontier between the two city-states never moving. In the city of New Baravia itself, a vast circular concrete wall keeps its inhabitants in, and its refugees out. For its citizens, life is monotonous and unequal, with enormous wealth in the hands of nobles, criminal gangs, and entertainment bosses. It is the last of these that control the hit entertainment show, “Demon Hunters”. A chance, perhaps, for the ordinary man or woman to rise up, and change their fate... This LitRPG novella is based around a futuristic battle-royale situation, partly set in VR, and partly in a post-apocalyptic city. The story features combat and action, some strong language, and lots of great characters that will stick with you! [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
