Chapter 293: A Joke
This lackey’s tone was completely different from his earlier anger.
Dugu Heng, the Yu Family Head, and the rest glanced at each other. They were still unable to react in time for such an incident.
Especially Su Chen. After her expression changed, she frowned and stared straight at Su Huiqing. During the past few days, she had been respected by everyone because of her status as the King of Mercenaries. She didn’t believe that Su Huiqing could really call Apollo over.
Su Chen gritted his teeth. “How can someone who just came to the International Association be associated with Apollo? I think it’s better for you guys to make some plans as soon as possible. Don’t waste your time…”
She glanced sideways at the Yu Family Head beside her, hiding the malice in her heart as she tried to speak in her usual tone.
However, just as she finished speaking, she heard a rumbling sound.
She narrowed her eyes and raised her head. A huge black shadow covered the spotlight on the plaza, and a slender figure jumped down from the sky.
He then landed steadily beside Su Huiqing. Because the distance was too high, when it landed, it created a layer of dust!
Apollo raised his head and looked at Su Huiqing with a smile. “I am not late, am I?”
Above their heads, there were all sorts of fighter jets, and all kinds of advanced weapons could be seen just by looking up.
The Yu Family Head, Dugu Heng, and the rest had complicated expressions on their faces. How could they not recognize Apollo’s face? They had seen Apollo’s face in the video ten minutes ago.
This was Apollo. There was no mistake. In this world, besides Apollo, who else had the ability to mobilize so many weapons?

Apollo already knew that Su Huiqing would interfere in this matter.
At the start, when he hung up the phone, he had already rushed over. He was around but never appeared. Dugu Heng and the rest were all paying attention to the mutant beasts and didn’t notice Apollo at all.
Hence, when Su Huiqing called him, Apollo immediately appeared with his team.
“Master Apollo!” Everyone present had indescribable joy on their faces. Now that Apollo was here, did the chances of them being saved increase greatly?
Those high-ranking family heads echoed.
The Yu Family Head was about to step forward when he suddenly thought of Su Chen beside him. He glanced at Su Chen, and his gaze was indescribable. He paused for a moment before saying, “…Miss Su, I am going to deal with the mutant beasts.”
“Dugu Family Head, your daughter is so familiar with Mr. Apollo. How amazing! With just one sentence, Mr. Apollo will appear immediately!” Someone heaved a sigh of relief and said to Dugu Heng.
She was so agitated that she almost lost Dugu Heng.
Dugu Heng thought that even the King of Mercenaries couldn’t invite Apollo. How did he know that Apollo would really listen to his daughter’s words? He was also feeling strange.
Qingqing’s face was even bigger than that King of Mercenaries. He had a mysterious expression on his face. “How can Qingqing be so shameless? Perhaps it’s because of some other relationship.”
However, just as he finished speaking, Apollo turned to the head of the Yu Family and said, “The nuclear weapons have already been lined up.
“What kind of woman did you guys send to look for me at the start? I almost left the International Association in disgust. If not for Miss Su, I wouldn’t have come here!”

The person beside Dugu Heng sighed. “Alright, Dugu Family Head, don’t hide your modesty. Tell me honestly, Missy didn’t actually grow up in Green City, did she? Not everyone can afford to invite Apollo.”
Dugu Heng: “…”
The others gradually realized Su Chen’s existence. The family heads were fine.
Some guards didn’t know Su Chen’s identity. They only knew that Su Chen had initially announced loudly that she would find Apollo, just like an idiot. It also proved that Su Chen was just like an idiot. She didn’t invite him over and almost let Apollo leave. Luckily, Missy came out.
Su Chen opened his mouth, her expression turning grim. What happened? Apollo was really here?
Didn’t Apollo only listen to the King of Mercenaries?!
She looked at Apollo’s attitude towards Su Huiqing then at the gazes that were directed at her from time to time. Every gaze that was directed at her caused her body to tense up. She felt extremely awkward.
“Master Bai Yi, the mutant beasts have already flown into the territory.” A person hurriedly reported, diluting everyone’s happiness towards Apollo’s arrival.
“Mr. Apollo, what do you think we should do now? We will listen to your commands.” The Yu Family Head no longer put on airs and looked straight at Apollo.
The other family heads instantly turned serious. They acted as though they were obedient towards Apollo.
Apollo stuffed his hands into his pockets. He was still in the mood to look at these people with a smile. “Don’t tell me you think that a weapon maker like me will lead such a huge war?”
The Yu Family Head panicked. They could still command the battle.
However, how could they understand such advanced technology? How were they supposed to command them?!
“Mr. Apollo, don’t joke with us at this time…?”
Apollo pointed at his own face and said in a serious tone, “Do you think I am joking? You guys don’t know high-tech, and I don’t know mutants either.”
Su Chen stood outside the crowd, unable to maintain her expression. Upon hearing this conversation, she thought that it would be best if no one knew how to deal with the mutant beasts!
However, just as she finished her thought.
Su Huiqing had just finished flipping through the information that Bai Yi had given her. She also took a look at the latest photo that Dugu Yusheng had sent her. She took the transceiver that Bai Yi had prepared for her and put it on.
Seeing that Apollo was still in charge, she couldn’t help but kick Apollo. She sneered. “I’ll give you three seconds. Get on the fighter jet!”

I'm not used to being distracted. No one ever walks in my office unless they have my permission. I don't even know how the guardsmen let you in." I wanted to say because unlike you, they recognized who I am. But I kept my mouth shut in fear of aggravating his anger. His voice took a lot gentler tone, I imagined he must've realized how upset I was and felt bad about it.I said nothing. When we're done, I rose up to my feet, couldn't wait to get out of this room. This man was so impolite to me that I couldn't wait to get away from him."I apologize, your highness. I didn't mean to distract you in your private office." I stepped back getting ready to leave when a sliver of sunlight struck highlighting my face. "Wait!" He murmured and I turned back to look at him."You're beautiful." He said breathlessly.I would have blushed, but he was so mean and rude to me that his compliment lost its impact long ago."I need to go," I told him."Wait." A wave of panic rose in the tide of his voice. The prince was afraid to lose me. "What's your name, girl?" He asked quickly. "Jasmine, my name is Jasmine, your highness.""My Jasmine?" He murmured hopeful.
