Danger Zone Chapter 83

Marshall Angus is one of the successful rags to riches businessman in Switzerland. His story is one of the most talked stories in the country.
An author even dedicated one bibliographic novel to him because of his growth in the business industry.
A leader with a machete, a soldier with a machine gun, climbing the top with his confidence at taking risk and intelligent mind; that's what they call him—The Genius of Millennia.
Marshall is entering his office when he is being surrounded by paparazzi—flashing their cameras to his face while asking bunch of questions about his daughter and her death, easy to say that Mr. Marshall is shocked.
The building doors are closed down when he realizes what they meant. It is impossible for his daughter to be dead because two days ago, he just talked to her about marrying a rich heir in Switzerland.
She even disagrees with him, saying that she already has someone. Marshall remembers being excited to meet the guy and would want to know when the wedding is.
"It's impossible. Silica is not dead."
He rushes to his office to call his wife when he sees a familiar figure by the door. He gulps to himself and walks towards the person.
When he is near with him, that's when he concludes that the male belongs to the Matautia group. He feels a sigh of relief that it is not from the Santoros or it will be his head.
"Greetings, Master Evon."
Mr. Angus greets with a smile. Master Evon faces him with a serious face before breaking into a smile.
"Good morning to you too, Marshall. Would you please invite me to your office? We have a matter to discuss."
Marshall only nods at him and opens his office to the head of the Matautia group. They are their prime investors, without the Matautias, his company will drown down the ocean with no hope of reviving.

Master Evon calmly enters the office and stands in front of Mr. Angus, just like any other employee who is about to tell him a report about their sales marketing.
"Sit down, Sir."
Master Evon shakes his head as he puts his hands together behind him and straightens his back, looking at him with dead eyes.
Marshall Angus knows this posture. He begins to tremble and slowly stands from his chair and moves away from it, gesturing to Master Evon to sit down.
Master Evon shakes his head again and gestures to sit down instead. With trembling hands, Mr. Angus sits down back and tries to calm his nerves down.
"I think you already heard from the paparazzi downstairs about the death of your daughter."
Mr. Angus—who does still not believe that everything is real—tries to retort in which the head of the Matautia group stops.
"I am not finish."
Mr. Angus nods his head and waits for the old Matautia to finish his statements.
"I know you want to know who killed your daughter. I know you would ask every connection you can get to know his killer. But I want you to stop right there and forget about your daughter."
Mr. Angus is shocked to say the least. He never knew that Master Evon can do such a thing. He thought that he will help him unless he knows who killed his daughter.
"Your daughter—Silica—messed up with the Santoros, leading to her death."
Mr. Angus is more shocked now. He didn't know that his daughter will go to that extent. He shakes his head and still not accepting the news about his daughter.
"That is not my daughter, Master Evon. Silica will never mess with anyone in the Santoro family."
Master Evon chuckles as he goes for the door and opens it. Black long hair and silver eyes enter the room, making Mr. Angus more curious than ever.

In front of him is an unknown man. He never knew that Master Evon has another son other than his hidden gem.
"Who is he?"
The man dressed in pure black walks in front of him with a smile plastered on his face.
"Nice to meet you, Sir. I am Sylvystre Santoro. The one who killed your daughter."
To everything that the man can say that belongs to the English dictionary, Mr. Angus wonders why he even thought of saying that.
Mr. Angus angrily stands up and slams his hands on the table, making his butler flinches away from the shock.
He stares furious at the man before looking at Master Evon. The old man just nods at him as a response and he sighs.
"Why did you kill my daughter?"
He asked dejectedly. He knew he had nothing against the two of them especially Master Evon being one of his shareholders. Without his guidance, his company would fall into the depths of the sea.
The boy just looked at Silica's father and sighed.
"She flirted with one of my cousins that turns out to be Master Evon's son's lover. Out of anger, Master Evon's son kidnapped her and talked to her about my cousin.
But it turns out; your daughter's sole purpose of doing that is to bait Master Evon's son and marry him to make your family one of the richest family in Switzerland."
Mr. Angus does not believe everything that he is saying since everyone knows that Master Evon's only son is gay. The family even announced it to the public.
But they never showed his face, so no one knows what he looks like at all.
Silica's father shakes his head again as he slumps back to his chair and releases a frustrated sigh.
"Where did you bury my daughter?"
The man with silver eyes shows him a smile before grabbing something from his bag.
"She is in here, Sir."
Mr. Angus widens his eyes when he sees a large porcelain jar. He looks at the man and reaches out to him with his trembling hands.
"I burned her to the ground since that's what she asked me to do."
Mr. Angus can only nods at the man as he hugs the jar tightly, tears are not coming out no matter what he does.
He looks at the two of them with a smile and chuckles.
"I promised that I will never mess with of your family. What Silica did is a breach to that promise and as a punishment to her; I will be removing her from my family's registry."
