Danger Zone Chapter 107

Aiden parks at the nearby parking lot next to a hopia store in China town since it is the only parking lot available at that time.

The shop for the decors is still a mile away but parking lots are not available. So Aiden doesn't have a choice but to call out a cab that can pass through the area but doesn't have to park.

He sighs as he sets the car in "park" before putting his head on the steering wheel. Thinking what is Daime and Primo doing right now, is making him smile.

He had never seen them go to a market together but he knows that it will be fun and stressful since he will be a mother hen to his giant chicks.

He looks beside him as he grabs the only paper that is left after Daime and Primo pulls everything from the envelope.

He looks at it and reads it contents and frowns.

"Looks like I need to go to this place first. I should text Daime first before texting Primo since I know that the older guy will be doing the negotiation and not Daime."

Aiden sighs for the second time before turning the A/C, music and the whole engine off and steps out of the car.

He wears his mask and glasses on before taking his phone out to search for the address.

After searching for almost five minutes, Aiden finds the address and smiles when he remembers the place.

"They changed the location but not the name of the coffee shop."

Remembering the logo hits a wave of nostalgic feelings towards Aiden as a smile appears on his face while looking at the picture of the coffee shop.

"I wonder how is there little boy is doing. I miss him so much!"

He puts his phone on the pocket of his jacket before walking to the familiar streets of Geneva.

Down to the busy street of the old town, Aiden smiles when he sees the familiar figure that he haven't seen for a while.

He had been walking for almost an hour in search of the place and is exhausted from it. The location is harder to find versus when he is just looking at it by his phone.

Even with his heavy and numb legs and feet, Aiden runs towards the lady and engulfs her with a warm hug.

"Crystal! I missed you so much! Where is Arch? And your dreadful husband that is also a bored cousin of mine."

The woman, who hugged Aiden back, smiles at him as she hugs her back and ruffles his unruly hair.

"Oh, you damn brat! When will you fix this bird nest?! Arch is sleeping and my dreadful husband is at the back wiping some counters since we are about to open."

Aiden only giggles as Crystal gives him a warm smile. She holds his arm and drags him away from the old town's streets and to the much modern streets of Switzerland.

"I missed you so much, big sis! You don't know what I have been through when I am in the Philippines. My sister is not a big help at all! Don't dare to tell her that!"

Aiden frowns at her and fakes his sobs but Crystal knows better. She had been in so much contact with Jasmine before the attack at the mansion that leads them to flee underground and she knows that Aiden is living the greatest in the Philippines.

"Oh, really? That's so sad, Aiden! I heard that you are having such a terrible life in the Philippines."

Crystal's voice is filled with sarcasm making Aiden frown and pout at what he heard from Crystal.

"You are the same as Cassie! I hate you now!"

Aiden looks at her as she changes her emotion from being concerned to being a tease. He looks away from her and continues stomping the cold pavement of near September.

Crystals only chuckles at his childish acts as she walks faster to match Aiden's stomping pace.

"Slow down, kid! You might bump into someone!"

And there goes another incident of Aiden bumping into someone. Aiden yelps in response as he stumbles back before Crystal supports him.

She is about to yell to the man who didn't even say sorry to Aiden, even if it's the bitch's fault, when she realizes who it is.

After years of fighting, running, and getting married in secret, Crystal finally found him. The only treasure that her parents gave her before moving away from the family she once known as home.

"Sylvystre? Is that you, mother fucker?"

Daime is carrying Primo's shopping bags as the older man is arguing with the vendor lady about certain white wings that are needed for the wedding day.

"What kind of a wedding is this that needed some white wings? Is the bride an angel or something?!"

Primo furiously looks at the lady as he heaves a heavy sigh from his diaphragm and fights back to the lady who doesn't want to give it in a cheaper price even after knowing that they will buy a three dozens of white wings.

"I told you that we need three dozens for a price of only two dozens and yes, it is a biblical and heavenly type of wedding so give the price already."

Primo even lied for her or she won't give him his negotiation a chance and Primo is having a second thought already but answering back the lady is making him more proficient about his negotiation.

Primo doesn't want to yell because the lady reminds him the old lady that he knew back in Russia. She has a white hair, a face filled with wrinkles and a missing tooth.

The vendor lady actually looks like her in Primo's memory but she doesn't sounds like her. This lady is more fierce than the lady he met in Russia.

This lady sounds more of a drastic woman who is having drastic movements and to push even further, Primo is pressuring her to hold out drastic decisions to give him the price that he wants.

Daime is only outside waiting for Aiden to come by but after seeing Aiden's text, the younger Santoro frowns and curious of what Aiden will be doing, he sighs.

"Oh, this brat! Fine! Three dozens for the price of two, now pay up! Smart-ass!"

Primo smiles about what he heard. He didn't know that it will be this easy to ask for a cheaper price in Switzerland. Especially from a Chinese lady who sells wings for a living.

He wonders if why Aiden hasn't arrived as he looks back at Daime but the latter is not looking at him. He pays off the last decorations that they need to buy before messaging Aiden where they are to pick them up, hoping that he is okay.

After reaching the waiting shed where Aiden can pick them up, Primo receives a text from Aiden to meet them up at a coffee shop that he never knew existed.

Sending the location to them, Daime suddenly bumps into a person but before he could even say anything, he stares at those longing eyes of green that made him flinch away and stumbles to the ground.

"C-C-Crystal?"

Crystal jumps to Daime's arms and cries upon seeing her brother for such a long time. Even after Kieffer died, Crystal became more of a distant family to Daime.

He hugs her tightly as the lady sobs in his arms.

"You stupid ass, motherfucker! You should've told me that you are back in Switzerland!"

Daime is baffled at the sudden outburst as he pushes her away with a sulking expression.

"Why is it my fault?! You're the one who moves out of the mansion with no contact information! How will I contact you?!"

Primo looks at Aiden as he rolls his eyes and leans forward to whisper about their relationship.

"That's his sister. Who he had never seen for such a long time after she got married and left the mansion."

Aiden widens his eyes because he is certain that he knows why Crystal left the mansion. It is like a sudden flash of memory when Aiden first time met Crystal together with his cousin, already announcing their marriage.

Standing tall and proud in front of the Matautia mansion with a small bump on her belly, Crystal announces their marriage to the family. She even told Master Evon that she left the Santoro mansion for Aiden's cousin.

Now seeing Crystal hugging Daime, Aiden doesn't know how to tell Crystal about their relationship. The woman will kill her if she finds out. But there is nothing he can do but tell her because he knows that Daime will tell her eventually.

"Can the two of you standup, please? People are looking at us now."

Crystal pouts and kicks Primo on the legs as soon as she stands up and dusts off the dirt on her clothes while Daime stands up on his own. He immediately walks towards Aiden and kisses him, making the latter widens his eyes and Crystal gasping loudly.

"OH MY GOODNESS! AIDEN, YOU NAUGHTY RASCAL!"
