Aiden wakes up from his slumber with a light feeling. He no longer feels the dreaded flu that hits him like a train from a broken railway. He sits up from the bed and looks at the empty space beside him.

He tilts his head then frowns before remembering that Drax is probably already at the goes to his office since he has been missing a lot because of his flu. The Omega sighs and thanks the heavens for giving him a caring Alpha like Drax.

"I should get ready for my own work or my boss will fire me."

Aiden stands up from his bed and goes straight to his bathroom as he stares at the mating bite right on his neck. It all happens so suddenly. The first thing he felt it was when Drax drags him from the living room to the corner of the whole lobby.

The Alpha kisses him out of nowhere and grinds on him until the Omega moans as softly and quietly as he can, but knowing how much arousal he feels, he can't helped it. In the end, they book a room from the hotel and fuck like rabbits in heat.

The next thing he knew, Drax had bitten him, triggering his heat and the Alpha's rut and then, his father scolds them like little kids the next morning. Aiden chuckles at the memory and caresses the mating bite before taking a shower.

He knows that he promised his father that he will be married first before getting pregnant or even having a mating bite but the Alpha even points out that promises are meant to be broken, so Master Evon just lets them do whatever they want.

But not entirely true since he asked them for a condition that no one can't say no at. He wants them to have their mating ceremony first, before Aiden gets pregnant. The Alpha promised it, Aiden as well. But then, why the heck Aiden feels heavy right now?

While showering, Aiden had the urge to vomit a non-existing food from his system. He hasn't eaten anything since he just woke up, then how come he wants to vomit shit?

The Omega goes to the toilet and lets the liquid out of his system to prevent any acid reflux that might happen. The liquid tastes icky and disgusting, so Aiden shivers when he tastes it.

With a red face, he stops vomiting and sighs as he dials Drax from his office and clears his throat. His trachea is still sore but he needs to call his future husband before he can die in their bathroom.

Yes, he feels like dying.

"Baby? Hello?"

The Alpha is out with his colleagues, who happen to see him having lunch in front of the office building where he works. They invite him for lunch and soon they are eating when Drax's phone rang.

His ex-girlfriend looks at Drax as the Alpha answers the phone and curious to know who it was. But when she heard the word "baby", she frowns and looks at their other friend, looking for an answer for this bullshit.

Aiden clears his throat as it results to a multiple coughs coming from the Omega. Concerned and ready to walk out to pay his own lunch, Drax stands up from his chair and halts the waiter to wrap his lunch so he can pay immediately.

His former class president holds his arm and looks at him when Drax growls at the Beta until he lets go. The hoarseness from Aiden's voice is what the Alpha is concerned about.

He just came out from his flu and now something else is happening to his Omega. If he needs to hurt his former president and leaves him at the hospital in a come, he will. Just to save his Omega from whatever is happening to him.

The waiter comes back with a brown paper bag and Drax's receipt. He pays for his own food and grabs his things then bids farewell to his former classmates.

None of them ever stops him since they know that the growl that was sent to their former president is not any ordinary growl. That growl is a warning for all of them that if any of them stops him, he won't hesitate to kill.

His ex-girlfriend searches for any news about Daime's lover and is shock to see who it was. Aiden's surname is on her mind as she realizes that there is nothing she can do anymore to seduce the Alpha to come back to her.

The Alpha gets to his car and immediately gas it up to reach his home when he receives a message from his Omega asking him to buy something from the pharmacy. The thing is, Drax's reaction is something that can either be good or bad.

He starts to sweat as he enters the pharmacy and asks for five pregnancy tests. Never in his life would he think that he will be here, standing in front of the pharmacy, asking for pregnancy kit.

The pharmacist smiles to him and offers him five different brands. Since the Alpha doesn't know which one he should pick and Aiden did not give him any specific brand, he just buys all of each brand.

After paying for his purchases, the Alpha drives home with a nervous yet excited heart. He is excited for Aiden's pregnancy, if ever the test shows positive. And nervous because Master Evon might break his neck for another promise that has been broken.

He can't say the same line over and over again until the head master of the Matautias lets the Alpha and Aiden to have a proper mating ceremony. The mating bite was the biggest issue before and now this.

What a dilemma that had just occurred.

He parks the car to their garage and carries all the bags before texting his boss that another emergency happened to his mate. Good thing his boss knows how to understand such emergencies and accepts his request of taking a leave from work, in case his Omega is pregnant.

What worries him now are Aiden's well-being and Master Evon's reaction. Other than that, the Alpha doesn't care anything else.

He enters their house and calls out for his mate but Aiden is not coming over. Worriness and fear plaster to his face as he runs to their bedroom and sees Aiden lying there, looking lifeless and pale.

"Aiden! Baby! What happened?"

The Omega slowly opens his eyes and smiles at him.

"Alpha... I think I am pregnant."
