Weeks had passed since Primo received the result from the sperm doctor and he hasn't been talking to his mate, making Nigel think that they were both incapable of producing pups.

It was okay for the Omega since they still had the option to adopt a child but even knowing that fact, the Omega knew that the Alpha wanted a child of their own; from their own DNA.

Nigel sighed as he peel the carrots that he would put on his soup for later. His Alpha was watching TV while tying his own hair that had been long since he got out of the hospital.

And if that was not weird enough, the Omega could feel this creepy presence coming from the Alpha. He couldn't understand what the Alpha was planning to do but he knew that he was up to no good.

In the end, Nigel just shrugged that thought until he looked up to see the Alpha looking back at him. Piercing ocean blue eyes staring right through his soul, making the Omega shriek and run towards their room.

Primo chased behind him and gripped the door before it slammed against its frame. The Omega looked behind his back and gulped. The scary looked from the Alpha's eyes were no longer funny.

"A-Alpha? Wha—I'm sorry—I—Please…"

But Primo wasn't listening. His stare was still focused towards his Omega as he slammed the door open and breathed out, showing his anger with every breath he took.

Nigel tried to shake himself up to wake up but his mind won't budge. What was happening? He don't know as well. But in this scenario, the Alpha in front of him constantly changes from being the best Alpha to the weirdest one.

Suddenly, the room started to shake as the Alpha started to fade. Nigel called out to him but no answer came, finally, the Omega opened his eyes to see him again.

"Baby? Are you okay? I heard you screaming and asking for forgiveness. Jesus, you are sweating."

Primo grabs the towel from the cabinet and wipes Nigel's sweat. The Omega is confused for a moment then he realizes that he was just dreaming and sighs in relief.

"Thank God, it was just a dream."

The Alpha looks at him with wonder but shrugs and continues to check if the AC is working or not. He also checks the windows if they are open before sighing in relief after knowing that the Omega is just dreaming.

Nigel can see the worry plastered on his face and realizes that, yes… This is the Alpha he knows and not the one from his dream. The best Alpha that he can ask for is now right in front of him.

"Alpha? I am okay. You don't have to worry about me. It's just a dream."

Primo looks at the Omega before shaking his head. He grabs the blanket and slips pass through it, putting his arm under Nigel's head and settles in beside him. Nigel blinks away when he realizes that the Alpha will sleep with him.

"W-Wait! A-A-Alpha! We-We talked about this!"

Primo hums in response but he did not budged. Nigel sighs in defeat as he snuggles closer to his mate. Uh-huh, he misses this. It has been days since they talked when he can snuggles to his Alpha without the fear of getting out of hand and impregnate him on the spot.

After knowing the result from the Alpha's sperm count, they had a talk about not sleeping beside each other for a while to prevent such an occurrences.

Morning comes in and Nigel opens his eyes as he frowns after dreaming about dragons. Not just any dragons that fly across the sky and breaths fire, but two dragons that enters a house and wears clothes.

He sits up from the bed and grabs his phone as he starts searching for its meaning. In the end, he gets the information he needs but it gives him more questions than answers.

According to the information, if a pregnant Omega dreams about two dragons entering a house or even wearing identical clothes, it just means that they will be having twins.

In which, it correlates with the fact that in the Alpha's sperm result, there is a big chance that they will be having twins during Nigel's pregnancy.

The Omega in panic, consults with his OB-GYNE to ask if his body is not really ready to carry twins.

"You can but in utmost care, of course. Your forty already, my dear friend. Everything will be hard for you, I swear. But if you really want to carry your pups, I will let you under one condition."

Nigel listens carefully as the door suddenly flings open, revealing his topless mate eating from a tub of ice cream that he bought from last night. The Omega smiles upon seeing him before going back to trying to listen to his doctor friend.

Primo walks over and sits on the edge of the bed and listens quietly on the conversation. The Omega sees this and puts the phone in speaker mode so Primo can heard properly.

"Okay, the condition is… your Alpha should be with you all the time. If he is working an office, ask him if he can work from home instead. Your body is not used to being pregnant so you need a ton of help from him.

Next, your cravings. They will be weird as fuck, and I am not kidding about it. For Omegas that will be pregnant for the first have the weirdest cravings that will make your Alpha crazy just by looking for them.

Third, your diet. It will mostly consists of dairy products, legumes, sweet potatoes, salmon, eggs, lean meat, leafy green veggies, berries, whole grains, and others that are rich in protein, fiber, complex carbo, vitamins and minerals and healthy fats. Lastly, daily check ups. You can't miss one or you will be putting danger to your baby."

Primo listens at every word that the doctor is saying until a question pops up to his mind. Without a warning, he leans towards the phone and asks her, making Nigel widens his eyes and face palms himself.

"Question. Is home-cooking better for pregnant Omegas or takeaways will do the trick?"

The doctor gasps at the low voice that came though the phone and shrieks. Nigel, who doesn't have time to warn his friend, laughs beside Primo as the Alpha waits for the doctor's answer.

A few minutes had passed and the doctor clears her throat and answers the Alpha's question.

"Uhm… Yes… Uh… Home cooking is better for pregnant Omegas than takeaways, but if the Omega asks for something specific like takeaways, you should just provide it."

"Okay. Thank you."

Primo nods his head as Nigel thanks the doctor for her time and shoves his phone underneath his pillow. The Omega feels the presence of Primo's gazing towards him and looks to the direction where the Alpha is standing.

Primo just shakes his head as he gives the tub of ice cream to his mate and lets Nigel eats from it, while wondering whether Nigel dreamed about being pregnant or he is indeed pregnant.

But the Alpha doesn't want to force him into sex, knowing his body condition. Later in the evening, Primo prepares a healthy for his mate. The unsuspected mate does not know what the Alpha is planning and deliciously eats the meal without second thought.
