"Stop right there!" the stable master shouted at the girl with loud deep voice that echoed off the entirety of the place.

"Huh?" Xhemin confused, halted the stallion in a second and froze at the horseback. ​​

She met the Stable master's gaze and his was like a consuming fire ready to devour her. What did she do to make him this angry—like very, madly, and hell kind of angry?

"It's you again! You little goddamn trouble maker!" the stable master pointed a finger right through Xhemin when he recognized the girl. His teeth were pressing against each other hard and his black hat shook from his rising fury.

"Stable master, I brought the horse as you have ordered so" Xhemin said in response to the stable master's reproached.

The old man's frown lines deepened "You did what?"

" I.. I.. said…" still in puzzle, Xhemin was unable to repeat what she just said. What was going on?

"Stable master! It's my fault!" Piper Xu shouted from nearby in a hurry. She immediately mounted down her horse and approached the stable master.

"This is Dr. Cyan's assistant. Please forgive her, she was just a little hard-headed girl" She tallied further that brought Xhemin's eyebrows to a notch.

'What's with Dr. Piper's drama?'

Also, what was she talking about? Even calling her a hard-headed girl.

"I already told Dr. Cyan beforehand that this girl will only cause trouble, but he didn't heed my concern and just hire this girl without my consent when I was still in charge" She explained further displaying so much acting all over her face.

Hearing Dr. Piper Xu's words, Xhemin somehow had a gasped of the situation.

So, Piper Xu lied and sold her off.

Done.

How could she ever forget that Piper Xu was a bitch. She shouldn't have trusted her even a bit. But seriously, she never thought her determination to ruin Dr. Cyan was through this cheap shameless act.

And shame also on herself— she fell into it!

Xhemin just let out a breath of dismay and thought how much trouble it would cost her this time.

"Tell me what this girl did!" the stable master asked the female doctor who came in in Xhemin's rescue in fake acting.

"Well the girl wanted a race and she challenged me. I told her I had to go attend onto some errands but then she threatened me that she will ride the Lagdameo horse if won't heed her request…"

"...I thought she was just kidding and that she doesn't really have access to the Lagdameo horse because she is just an assistant, but it seemed that Dr. Cyan carelessly gave her the job of attending to the Young master's horse and so the girl was playing with it…" The doctor lied.

"… she rode of the horse to pissed me off and I followed her knowing what she was doing will cause a serious trouble. Everyone knew how the Lagdameo heir didn't want anyone to touch or ride his horse…"

"…I don't want to cast doubt on Dr. Cyan's capabilities especially now that he had just gotten a promotion from a seatback, but I already knew from the beginning Dr. Cyan has trouble hiring competent employees and was prune to hiring troublemakers." She added continually.

Xhemin gasped in awe at Dr. Piper's made up story.

'What a big heartless liar!' Xhemin thought. But there was nothing she could do at the moment but watched the evil witch with her peerless drama.

"Seriously Dr. Piper?" Xhemin called unto her with sarcasm.

"Hush now Little girl. Can't you see I'm saving you from a deep mess. You should at least be grateful" She barked at her as if hurt by her sarcasm. Of course, the female doctor was faking it. She was a great actress after all.

Xhemin withdraw her gaze from Dr. Piper and the stable master to look at the entirety of the equestrian field. She could see a lot of employees and riders down throughout and all was looking at her in awe and worry.

In awe because Xhemin's show off with the horse was a blast, but they were also worried knowing she made a terrible mistake. No one should go against the stable master, and worst, no one is to touch a Lagdameo horse.

Xhemin thought how big of a trouble she went into and how vast was her audience was.

Unfortunately, they were now witnessing Xhemin being scold at just right after her wondrous fence jump.

"You! naughty bitch!" called the stable master to Xhemin. "Come and mount down the horse now!"

Knowing how angry he was, Xhemin kind of hesitated to mount down the horseback. She thought of fighting against the stable master and leave, but wouldn't that put Dr. Cyan in serious trouble?

Oh dear! Maybe she should just receive her punishment and be careful not to cause trouble next time.

How does that sound? What's her punishment by the way? Will she get beaten off this time?

"Mount down now!" The stable master shouted at her this time when he noticed she was lost in her thoughts.

He grabbed the lasso on his shoulder and smash hard on the ground to frighten the girl, but Xhemin remained passive on his act.

Everyone who was in the field stepped one step back in fear and they turned their eyes away from the innocent girl knowing they will not be able to take the view of her getting hurt heavily. She was too fragile for the stable master's strength. Just one slap and it will be bloody.

"What's going on here?" Dr. Cyan came in puzzled as the stable master was ready to make a slash toward the girl who was unwilling to step down the horse. As soon as he had a good view, she noticed Xhemin riding the Lagdameo horse and fear covered his face.

"Little Mis—little girl what did you do?"

"Dr Cyan…I —" Xhemin attempted to explain but failed.

"I already told you before she will cause us trouble, but you were too proud to listen to me" Piper Xu said shaking her head "Now look what mess she did. If the Young master will know this, we will be in trouble"

"This is my concern Piper, stay out of it" he said as he turned toward the stable master but much to his dismay the man already made his way fast toward the girl and was ready to drag her purposely down the ground!

"Stable master please she's only a girl!" Dr. Cyan shouted as he tried to run fast in order stop the man from hurting the girl, but their distance already rendered his attempt useless. The stable master was fast and was in an unforgiving mood.

The man was one step away from the Lagdameo horse and his temperament had blurred his senses deeply that no consideration gleamed from his eyes. He doesn't care anymore if Xhemin was a girl. He had enough of her the last time and today was the final straw!

He made one last move to grab the girl but then a strange familiar sound came in just in time before he could do anything.

"One more step and I'll have you fired"
