Age Of Islands: I Can See Through All Things Chapter 8

Jack waved at the Silver Swordsmen and said indifferently, "It's none of your business. I'm just testing my strength."
Hearing Jack's words, everyone could not help but be stunned.
Eugene could not help but ask, "Master, did you break this tree?"
Jack nodded.
He did not know what his current level of strength entailed when compared to the people of this world.
However, the calmer he was, the better. Imagination was the most terrifying weapon.
"Please, excuse me." Eugene could not help but stand up and bow to Jack.
Then, he walked towards the fallen tree.
First, he touched the trunk of the tree. Then, he used his sword to cut open the broken branches. He saw something terrifying.
He did not believe it, so he used his bare hands to pry open all the branches of the big tree. The scene before him completely shocked him.
This was a huge tree that required two adults hugging to surround it.
However, it snapped with a punch!
Eugene carefully examined the broken trunk and could not help but gulp: "Master, did you break this with your bare hands?"
Hearing Eugene's words, the Silver Swordsmen present were also shocked.
Breaking trees was nothing special. They could do it too.
However, breaking a tree with his bare hands was extremely terrifying!
Furthermore, they did not feel any residue of battle aura on Jack.
This meant that Jack did not use his battle aura and only used his own strength to break the tree.
This was extremely terrifying!
He was simply born with divine strength!
Everyone looked at Jack differently.
They only had one question in their minds now, including what had happened earlier with the island: What kind of existence was Jack?
Jack nodded. "Eugene, with your judgment, how strong am I?"
"Your strength?" Eugene was stunned.
He thought to himself: Master was indeed bare-handed!
It was too terrifying.

Eugene thought for a while before he slowly said, "Master, the strength of your punch is at least equivalent to an Intermediate Silver Swordsman."
Intermediate Silver?
Jack frowned at Eugene's words.
He did not use his full strength.
It seemed like he had overestimated the strength of this world!
Then, he pointed at a Silver Swordsman and asked, "What's your name and strength?"
"Master, my name is Arthur. I have Intermediate Silver strength."
"Okay, I'll choose you. Come and spar with me," Jack said.
Being pointed at by Jack, Arthur quickly knelt down and shouted, "Master, I absolutely cannot attack you."
"It's not a fight. It's a spar," Jack said again.
"That doesn't fit your status, Master. Your competition should be between people of the same status as you. We're only protecting you as guards, so we have no right to participate," Eugene chimed in.
"Whose rule is that?" Jack could not help saying.
"It is an unspoken rule among the nobles, Master," Eugene replied.
"Unspoken rule?" Jack's expression darkened, "Here, I am the King. My words are the rules. Come here. Do you want to go against your master?"
Hearing Jack's words, Arthur gritted his teeth.
Not listening to his master was also a capital offense.
For a moment, he did not know what to do!
Eugene suddenly said, "Master's orders are everything, even if he wants you to die. However, you'll still die if you hurt Master. You can replace your sword with a tree branch to not hurt him."
At Eugene's suggestion, Arthur's eyes lit up. He bowed towards the Fox-eared Girl, then walked over to the tree and cut off a branch with his sword.
After cutting it clean, he handed the sword to Jack and said, "Master, I am ready to spar."
Jack nodded but did not take the sword.
"I don't need this." After saying that, the Armament Haki was activated crazily and his hands turned black in an instant. Then, he punched Arthur.

Arthur's expression changed when he sensed Jack's presence. He knew he could not be careless.
Thus, he raised the stick in his hand and struck Jack's arm.
Arthur was very confident in this attack. Even if he could not disarm Jack, he could still make Jack retreat.
But as the two met, Arthur's expression changed.
He felt as though his stick had hit a rock.
The stick bounced away in an instant. Jack's momentum did not diminish as he continued to smash at Arthur's chest.
Although he had never tasted Jack's fist, he knew that this fist had broken a tree.
Arthur did not dare to use his body to resist it.
He had no choice but to retreat. He quickly released all the battle aura in his body and used the stick to block the attack by placing it in front of his chest.
With a loud bang, the stick was broken before it could even resist for a second.
Then, Jack's fist directly passed through the protection of battle aura and landed on Arthur's chest.
With a loud bang, Arthur could not help but fly backward.
He crashed heavily onto the tree.
Arthur's face turned pale. He clutched his chest and spat out a mouthful of blood.
No one had expected this outcome!
They both knew Jack was definitely not weak.
But to be able to defeat Arthur with one punch without using battle aura, his strength was simply terrifying!
Although Arthur did not use his full strength, his strength as an Intermediate Silver Swordsman was not to be underestimated!
His strength was not all attributed to his sword, but also his powerful body!
Beside him, Eugene stood not far from Jack, ready to save him at any moment.
However, he did not expect such an outcome. For a moment, he was caught by surprise as well.
An ordinary person had defeated a Silver Swordsman without using battle aura!
The Silver Swordsmen at the side exclaimed, "Captain Eugene, Master's strength is very terrifying!"
Eugene nodded and said, "Not only that, did you realize that this was purely physical strength? If you add battle aura, I'm afraid even my sword wouldn't be able to block this punch!"
"No way? You're an Advanced Silver Swordsman."
"Hmph, so what? Can my body compare to the giant tree?" Eugene said with a glance.
Then he said to Arthur who was supporting himself against the tree, "Arthur, hurry up and thank Master. If Master had not held back with that punch, I'm afraid you would already be dead."
At Eugene's words, Arthur froze. He could not help but turn his eyes to the tree beside him, showing a look of relief.
He hurriedly ran over and knelt down on one knee, "Thank you for showing mercy, Master."
Jack nodded but said nothing.
Honestly, he was a little disappointed.
The Silver Swordsman was not as powerful as he had imagined.
However, this outcome was within his expectations.
From the story in his previous life, after learning Armament Haki, Luffy could even kill a mountain-like monster!
Let alone these people!
His strength was roughly equivalent to an Advanced Silver Swordsman.
If he added in Conqueror's Haki and Observation Haki, maybe even Eugene would not be his match.
This was no joke.
In a life and death battle, all factors would affect the outcome of the battle.
Especially when Conqueror's Haki and Observation Haki were such powerful techniques.
Of course, he could not use them now.
The only person who could fight him was Eugene, but Eugene would definitely hold back, so there was no point in fighting. He could only wait for the next opportunity!
