Age Of Islands: I Can See Through All Things Chapter 23

Jack had Alice, who was beside him, rush to inform Eugene and call Butler Steve as well as Regiment Commander Enger.
Alice did not know what was happening, but she chose to follow orders.
Soon, a few people rushed over.
Enger and Eugene were fine. They were young, after all.
Steve, on the other hand, was panting and flushed.
Seeing this scene, Jack could not help but shake his head. It seemed that it was time to prepare transportation methods!
If they ran like this, not only would it be inefficient, it would also test their physical fitness!
However, there was nothing he could do now. He could only find an opportunity later.
When everyone had caught their breath, Jack looked at Steve and asked, "Steve, you really don't know about the ceremonial guards?"
"The ceremonial guards?" Steve started.
"Are they soldiers?" Enger could not help but interrupt.
Jack nodded. "This is a different type of soldier, they don't fight. Instead, they specialize in portraying the image of the country."
Hearing Jack's words, everyone present could not help but be stunned.
They did not know what he was saying.
"Are you talking about the royal guards?" Steve spoke up, "The soldiers responsible for the King's or guest's travel and safety."
"I've seen such soldiers before. It's time to increase the safety of the castle." Enger rubbed his hands together.
Hearing their words, Jack roughly understood that they did not know that the ceremonial guards existed.
This was even better!
On one hand, it would take a lot of time to train qualified ceremonial guards. What they lacked now was time.
On the other hand, the ceremonial guards indeed did not have much combat power. Simply put, they were just for show. But to those who did not know, the ceremonial guards were a divine weapon!

Thinking of this, Jack said, "The ceremonial guards are soldiers for parades. They have uniform movements, are dressed in uniforms, and have uniform height. Their main role is to show off the image of the country."
Hearing Jack's words, everyone present could not help but be stunned.
Steve, as the Earl's butler, quickly reacted. He stroked his beard and said, "Does the President mean to arrange for the ceremonial guards to enter the cargo ship?"
Jack nodded.
He could not help but exclaim in admiration. As expected of a knowledgeable person, he immediately reacted.
Gasp!
Steve's hand that was stroking his beard froze. He took a deep breath and said, "This is a good idea. It's a good disguise for our current strength!"
"What are you talking about?" Regiment Commander Enger did not understand.
After all, he had led troops into battle.
They could not do anything at all. How could a soldier call himself a soldier when he did not have any combat ability?
Furthermore, they had to arrange these people on the cargo ships. Wouldn't that be a waste of space?
If they encountered an uncontrollable disaster, wouldn't their losses be greater?
Steve coughed and explained to clear his confusion. "Do you think it's safe for us to trade goods elsewhere, Enger?"
"Err~" Enger paused for a moment before saying, "We can send more people."
"So how many can you send?" Steve asked again, "We're going to someone else's territory, after all. How many people do you think would be appropriate to send?"
"Uh…" Enger felt stunned, this was out of his depth.
Although he was a soldier, there were no wars on the Noah Continent.
The so-called troops were meant to deter the local nobles.
Therefore, the symbolic meaning was greater than the actual meaning.
As a result, other than learning how to lead troops into battle in school, these generals had no idea what actual combat was like.

"What do we need these soldiers for?" Enger was still confused.
After all, this was knowledge from another world.
It was a form of psychological battle for the public made possible after technological advancement.
It was normal for people of this era to not understand.
"Are you stupid!" Alice pouted and said, "It's our image. Even if we don't show our strength, as long as we are professional, would they dare to attack us without knowing our actual strength?"
Alice proudly told him what Jack had told her.
"I see!" Enger was enlightened.
He was originally from a military academy, so he was definitely not a fool to be sent here as a provincial official. He quickly understood the meaning of this.
He could not help but shake his head. "Mr. President, how did you come up with this idea? It's too amazing!"
Steve nodded and stroked his beard, "He is indeed a genius. This method is indeed beneficial to showcase our country's image and help the subsequent negotiations!"
"That's right. Our President is the best," Alice could not help saying.
Alice was indeed a troublemaker.
The entire atmosphere was thrown into chaos!
Jack shook his head helplessly and looked at Steve on the side, "I'll arrange for someone else to nurture the ceremonial guards. Your job is to make the cargo look grand, noble, and identical."
Steve nodded.
Then, Jack looked at Regiment Commander Enger and said, "I will give you the blueprint later. Follow the blueprint to make the prototype of the clothes. Remember, the clothes must be identical."
Enger stood quickly, rubbing his hands together in agreement.
Then, Jack looked at Eugene and said, "Deploy a few more Silver Swordsmen to support the instructors at the castle gate, and also bring a capable instructor to me."
Eugene raised his sword and patted it on his chest, acknowledging the order.
Then, Jack handed the blueprint that he had prepared to Enger and sent them to make arrangements.
After everyone had left, Alice hung on to Jack's neck and said coquettishly, "Brother Jack, Alice has completed all the things you asked."
With her hanging on his neck, Jack inadvertently looked down.
It was unknown where Alice had learned this knowledge from, but she was wearing such revealing clothes!
Half of her originally huge chest was exposed now!
Her white and tender breasts were like the most beautiful thing in the world. They swayed in front of Jack's eyes, full of temptation. Jack's heart surged as he looked at them. He wished he could go to bed with Alice on the spot right now!
But now was not the time. Jack could only suppress the restlessness in his heart and forcefully divert his attention!
But Jack was wailing in his heart!
God knew how hard he had endured!
When Alice felt that thing harden below her, she smiled shyly. Then she seemed to think of something. She held back her shyness and slid herself gently over Jack's lower body.
Feeling Alice's small action, Jack's lower body became even harder as if he had been injected with Viagra!
It was as if it wanted to break through the restrictions of his pants and dive into the depths of gentleness!
"Ahem, Alice, Alice, look at where we are now!"
Jack could not help himself but say.
This girl was getting more and more overboard!
He had to teach her a lesson someday!
"Hmph! Brother Jack, shouldn't you reward me for completing the mission?" Alice pouted.
With that, she kissed Jack on the lips.

The Sorcerer
This is a fanfiction based on Harry Potter, written by JK Rowling. BEFORE YOU LEAVE, as fan fiction isn't what royal road is known for unless your book is called Borne of Caution, hear me out. This is based 200 years into the future. Hogwarts will be very different, and besides some references, we will follow no characters from the book. In my opinion, this is more of a new, mature, and more realistic version of that universe. If we want to put an analogy to it, I'm borrowing the house, but it's my furniture and things on the inside. Synopsis - 200 years since the battle of Hogwarts. The muggles know - magic is no longer a secret. Wizards and witches show their magical traits much later in life now, their powers weaker than previous generations... and to make matters worse, there is a steady decline in the wizarding population. Follow along as Lux, a muggle-born, shows the world what one determined young wizard can do. Forced Immortality
Guy dies, transmigrates and then dies some more. Contrary to what you might think, this is actually a story about an OP protagonist. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Things to keep in mind before reading: - I have never written a story before so this will most likely end up being pretty bad. - I have done zero planning for this story. - This is mostly something i wanted to try out in my freetime so updates are going to be sporadic at best. - Chapter length will fluctuate until i figure out this whole writing thing. - I have no idea if there will be romance. Might add it in the future if this story somehow doesn't end up as a failure. - There will be some stuff from the Star Wars Universe but this is NOT a Star Wars fanfiction. - The story will be pretty explicit in the gore department so if your squeamish, beware. - This story will be a slow burn. - If any of the above changes, i'll update the synopsis and i might make a seperate chapter just detailing these points. - Last point, English isn't my native language so have some mercy on my poor soul, ok? If none of the above has scared you away then i invite you to join me on this catastrophic ride. It'll probably be kinda fun.....hopefully... This story is also on Scribblehub and Webnovel.
