"You can leave the mansion and then drop them near their houses.. " Max said as he looked at Mr. Cool.

"What am I? A taxi driver?'' Mr. Cool gave him an unwilling look.

"Don't give me that...what will I do if you suddenly drop them around here…" Max said with a frown.

Now that everything was sorted out, they had to get them out.

"Did you get them as your followers?" Bahamut asked.

"You will get another update at the 5th layer….I should be able to do it soon…" Max replied.

"If they don't have boyfriends, I don't mind taking them in…" Mr. Cool said with a smile.

Max looked at Bahamut asking him to do it, there was no way he was going let this narcissist have them.

Namen with Mr. Cool would be a bad choice, he wanted to use her on Tyler. Why would he let her follow this prick?

As for Janet, he wouldn't be able to face his Uncle and Aunt who took care of Lilly if he sent her to this prick..

"I would like to refuse as I have different plans….but I don't think I can..do I.." Bahamut said with a troubled face.

He didn't want to focus on younger people. He had plans to spread his people all around and someone without much of a responsibility of his own and willing to follow his command.

Obviously, these people couldn't be his ideal choice. They had family attachments and responsibilities. Not to mention they couldn't move freely and carry his order and they were weak as hell...

Still, Bahamut knew that it wasn't like he could do anything in the situation.

Janet and Namen looked at Bahamut when the situation was explained.

"Can't we just do that with you?'' Both of them simultaneously looked at Max.

Bahamut's face twitched. But he held himself back from screaming, 'Like in hell, I want you two!!!'

Max didn't mind suddenly being popular but still he could only shake his head.

Soon, the two girls were staring at the screen in front of them with a surprised look. The words written on it werea bit irritating…

They shot the kid a look and couldn't help but smile.

Bahamut felt veins popping out on his neck seeing their smile. They were looking down on him.

But it was only the start, the next thing which happened made his face turn dark….

"What's wrong?" Max asked sensing something was wrong.

"Hmph! Why don't you two ask them?" Bahamut said as he shot them an angry look.

"What's wrong? I clicked on «Accept» for sure…." Janet said with a confused look.

"How could it be possible when you are looking down on me in your heart?" Bahamut said with a frown. "It failed…"

"Wait? It can even fail? I thought it works as long as one accepts…." Max asked, he hadn't failed even once.

"Tsk...I failed three times before Uncle Giant finally became my follower. It took a lot of time to convince him..." Bahamut said with a troubled look, "They can't just accept the fact of me being so young… even if it isn't intentional, they are instinctual... "

"As for you….all your people are the one you know and had a bond with...or have gone through life and death to gain their trust….that's the reason you didn't fail…" Bahamut said as he looked at him begrudgingly.

"Let him do it…I doubt he would be able to gain anyone's trust though…" Bahamut said as he mocked Mr. Cool.

"Huh? How could anyone resist my charm?' Mr. Cool said as he confidently walked in front of them.

He looked at the two girls and suddenly turned his head to look towards Max and Bahamut, "How do I do it?"

Right! This guy still hadn't reached the Third layer and unlocked the System….

"Don't worry, I will teach you how to do it…." Bahamut said as he took his club out.

"Teach him properly….he needs to learn it quickly…" Max said as he looked at Bahamut who just nodded at Max.

It was really a dire need for this guy to reach the third layer and Bahamut who has already passed it could obviously help him.

"Excuse me?" Mr. Cool said as he looked at them nervously. "Isn't this the wrong method to teach?"

"No...its the fastest one…" Bahmut said as he rushed in on him.

Mr. Cool reacted and immediately retreated. Soon the two had already disappeared into the forest.

"What will we do now?" Namen asked as she looked at Max.

"Let's just say, I will trust you for now...you know what's good for you…" Max said as there was nothing he could do now.

It turned out it wasn't easy to make followers, it was true that one had to be recognised by their people to be truly called a ruler...

"It's time to leave...I see.."

Max looked at the old spirit who had suddenly appeared by his side.

"Here with some words of wisdom?" Max asked with a wry smile.

"Hahaha!!! Indeed…." The old spirit laughed as he finally spoke, "Don't take it too seriously kid…life won't be any fun otherwise…."

Max was taken back by his words. Now that wasn't something he had expected to hear.

"Obviously, don't take it too lightly as well…" the old spirit's face with a dark look on his face as he looked at Mr. Cool in the distance still dodging Bahamut.

"Yeah one more thing…"

Max looked at him and the old spirit revealed a meaningful smile, "That succubus….I see that you are quite fond of her…"

"What if I do?" Max asked with a smile.

"Your love life will be a messed one….you have my condolences…."

"Excuse me?" Max looked at him, this fellow wasn't being serious, right?

"Just make sure to treat everyone of your lovers equally or it will give you a headache..." The old spirit said as he patted Max.

"What kind of guy have you taken me for?I will be committed to only one person..." Max said as he thump his chest in the declaration.

"Ho? Interesting…." The old spirit revealed a mysterious smile which Max made frown a bit.

"What? You don't believe me?"

"Well, I see six women in your life…" the old spirit said with a smile.

Max's eyes went wide. He was about to say something when the old man suddenly laughed.

"Just joking…"

"You almost gave me a heart attack….I knew I was not that much of a scum…." Max sighed in relief. He was almost going to doubt his own existence until a second ago.

"Don't joke around like that old man…." Max said as he looked at him.

"Let's say it's the truth then...I only lied because you were going to have a heart attack," the old man replied with a smile.

"Say whatever you wanna say? I know myself well..." Max gave him a cold look.

But the old man just smiled.

A few minutes later, Max and others who were supposed to be at Edwinson House were sent out…

The old man saw Max leaving and couldn't help but mutter...

"Stay strong kid….I hope you don't break…otherwise it would be just too tragic of a tale to tell…"

"What are you mumbling about, old man?" Mr. Cool asked as he looked at the old spirit.

"Gear up kid, if you keep taking it too lightly….a day of regret will surely come for you…." The old spirit said as he looked at the guy.

"Yeah, I will keep it in mind…." Mr. Cool as he walked away stretching his hands out.

The old spirit could only sigh.

On the other side….

Everyone arrived back in the room.

Elly and Aria were still a bit depressed and were quiet.

"Where is Lisa?" Janet asked as she looked at Max.

"Oh! I almost forgot about her…." Max said as he closed his eyes.

She was in the spirit world with Sera and her gang....

Max, "..."

…...and Andriel…

Max immediately entered the spirit world. But the scene in front of him froze him.

He immediately turned his head towards Andrie with a troubled look, "What did you do to her?"
