Felix stared at Yelena's photos which were released more than an hour ago. He just walked inside his room after a long day of work. He had neglected his work too long and he had so much to do. Even now, it was already 8 p.m.!

He puts down his tablet and takes out his phone to call Yelena. The latter answered the call pretty fast and he settled on the armchair near the fireplace.

"I see your photos. You are the talk of the country now." He instantly mused before Yelena could say anything.

"Is that a compliment or your way of teasing me?" Yelena helplessly sigh and shook her head. "The reporters are crazy." She muttered. She was standing near the glass walls, enjoying the mesmerizing view of the capital.

"Should I come to make it up to you?" Felix promptly asked.

"No. They are still downstairs. I will be able to meet you tomorrow evening. Let's wait for that." Yelena quickly said.

Felix slightly smiled. "Alright, let's do that. I heard that you have an appointment with me tomorrow evening. We can have a good talk after that."

"Yeah. My mother said that it would be good to discuss the project while I'm here. After all, it's a rare chance." Yelena explained.

"Do you already study the project?" Felix mused. It was quite a big one and he knows that she would be busy. That's why he doubts a bit.

"I don't have much time but don't worry. I study briefly and the one who came with me knows everything." Yelena awkwardly responded. With Lt. Gen. Haric, Ella, Colonel Arias and Sergeant Korin to handle, she might have some time but... she could never concentrate!

Felix slightly chuckled. "Alright, I got it. Seems like our perfect Captain is struggling with something."

Yelena instantly frowned at his sarcastic remark. "Will you stop making fun of me? It's not even a month ever since I take over the Group. It's a whole new thing for me who is only good at handling guns and some military strategies."

"Alright." Felix promptly said, trying hard to suppress his laughter. Then he took a deep breath. "It's nice to know that you are just a few kilometers away. Do you know that the hotel where you stayed now is just half an hour drive from the palace? Besides, it's good for you because the conference will be held in that hotel. You won't have to struggle with the reporters."

"It's a relief for me." Yelena slightly smiled and looked at the time. "If you go home just now, that means you still don't have dinner. You should have it before it's too late."

"What about you?"

"Maurice drops by and I already have it with him. He left a few minutes ago."

Felix slightly frowned. "This is unfair. You came here after a long time and I can't even be the first person to dine with you."

Yelena let out a laughter. "Don't be childish and just have dinner now."

Felix sighed in defeat before he said, "Alright." Then he ended the call.

Yelena puts down the phone and glanced at the view of the city filled with lights. The last time she came here, it was so unfamiliar for her. But now, after all those incidents and revelation... she somehow felt a bit closer to this country. After all, this country would soon be her new home. What's more, she might even become the future Queen of this nation if things go as they wish!

However, it still feels strange to her. She never once thought of settling abroad, let alone becoming a citizen of another country. But now, she was the fiancee of the future King of this foreign country. Like always, one could never foresee the future!

The business conference prepared by the Edeladon Branch of Serano Group was a lively one. In the huge hall of the Serano Hotel, everything was well organized. It will be a two-day event and many influential figures who had ties with the Serano Group were attending.

When the events for the first day was done, people didn't just leave and instead they remained in the hall, chatting with each other. Though Yelena was a novice in the business world, TR Group was powerful and influential enough to make many people came to her and strike up a conversation. What's more, everyone admitted that she was the one who draws the most attention. Many pairs of eyes were watching her all the time!

People always said that she was a beauty. She didn't resemble a soldier at all. Even now, it was the same old comments. However, many comments were added this time.

"She is the fiancee of Crown Prince Felix Valestra."

"Does that mean she will soon become the Crown Princess?"

Many other more yet Yelena remained calm. She refused to be fazed by the tremendous attention she received!

"I organized this event but... seems like you outshine me." It was Maurice Serano who approached her with a chuckle. When he stood opposite Yelena, he became less playful. "Are you alright? You always hated this kind of attention."

Yelena slightly smiled and took a sip of the champagne in her hand. "I think I'm slowly getting used to it. Besides, my life will always be this way even in the future."

Maurice narrowed his eyes when he heard her. "Do you love him that much? I mean... is he worth all these?"

Yelena never thought of that. Come to think of it, her life will be more peaceful if she didn't fell for a royal, a future King. However, though she was suddenly asked the question, she didn't need any time to ponder. "Yes. He's worth it. I'm prepared."

Maurice slightly smiled. "That's good then." His smile slipped a bit when a beautiful young woman suddenly appeared next to him, grabbing his arms.

"I search for you everywhere." The young woman said and her eyes twinkled with mirth.

"You said you will stick to your father like glue. Why do you never did as you say?" Maurice frowned a bit but the young woman only smiled wider. Then he turned to Yelena. "This is Sophie Kayes, the daughter of Kayes Group."

Sophie turned to Yelena and a smile never left her eyes. "You're the Acting Chairwoman of TR Group, right? You are the most popular person here in our country!" She exclaimed.

Though Yelena should be feeling quite uncomfortable with such a comment, she didn't feel that way. Maybe because this young woman standing before her seemed to be a pure-hearted one. Her carefree and lively nature was quite remarkable.

"I heard that you are the fiancee of our Crown Prince. Does that mean you will soon be the Crown Princess of our country?!" Sophie exclaimed again. She unconsciously withdrew her hands from Maurice's arm and completely turned to Yelena.

Yelena tried to speak up but...

"His Highness is so lucky. He has a beautiful fiancee like you but... I think he seems cold. How can you like him?" Sophie spoke up once again, interrupting Yelena from speaking. She was leaning a bit towards Yelena and lowered her voice as if she was talking about some secret.

Yelena finally smiled. "He is not cold. He is quite considerate." She calmly said. "But have you ever meet my fiance, Miss Kayes?"

Sophie nodded her head. "My father and His Highness know each other well. Mostly business. Boring." She bluntly said.

"We think the same. I find it boring too." Yelena responded with a light chuckle. Sophie's carefree and frank nature reminded her of Ella. They have so many similarities.

"Really?" Sophie exclaimed with a surprised face. "Other people always said I'm talking nonsense. I finally found someone who thinks the same as me!"

Sophie leaned a bit towards Yelena once again. "I don't have any friends because they always said that I'm problematic. Once you marry His Highness, we can meet often and be friends."

"Sure. I will be lonely and it would be great to have a friend like you." Yelena said with an amusing smile and Sophie grinned.

"Okay. Don't bother Yelena anymore. She is a busy person." Maurice chimed in and pulled back Sophie next to him.

Sophie slightly frowned. "You are always so strict, just like my mother."

Maurice let out a sigh. "You should be glad that she still has the energy to be strict with you. With your father and brother spoiling you, at least your mother can make you behave."

Yelena laughed when she heard Maurice. Then she turned to Sophie. "Don't misunderstand Maurice. He is only worried about you."

Sophie chuckled and grabbed Maurice arm again. "I know but he never admits."

Maurice narrowed his eyes at Sophie and hopelessly sigh. "You - "

"I will leave now. I have another appointment." Yelena chimed in, which made both Maurice and Sophie turned to her.

"Alright. See you tomorrow."

"Let's have a chat again tomorrow. It's fun." Sophie added.

Yelena nodded and turned her back at them. She needs to go to the main building of Royal Group and she was feeling quite nervous.

When she briefly turned around, she saw Maurice chatting and bickering with Sophie. The once calm and quiet Maurice have truly changed! She could feel that and it made her lips curved into a smile.

Along with Jason and Alan, she left the hotel which was still crowded with the reporters.....
