While I still felt a bit conflicted about inviting someone else into our love nest, I can't say it didn't feel good to have one additional person tending to our needs.

While I'm far more informed about all the intricacies of the system, the most important point for our relationship is that as soon as I break through, Eve will be able to do the same. That means that just by breaking through, I will have to invest a sizeable amount of my points in my wisdom stat only to make sure that our cultivation won't stray on the wrong path.

With her head shifting to the side to rest on her own shoulder, I couldn't believe how cute this simple action of hers could be. But what was far more important was the point that she brought. Wait, since when did Bonger got so generous with the information that I asked for? Well, it's not like I could upgrade it earlier with all the events that were taking place, but still! I think I lost at least a year of my lifespan worrying about this matter!

"I think you are right. For some reason, I just got it to explain the process of breaking through to me… Can you hug me? I will be unconscious for the next two hours."

With nothing else to worry about, I swiftly make my decision. There is no one in the whole sect that can threaten us for now. As long as outsiders won't come knocking on the sect doors, there is nothing to worry about! In case something bad happens during the time that I won't be able to use my system, we can still have Leila to protect us, not to speak about Stella!
