While Others Cultivate, I Use My Unique RPG Leveling System to Cultivate Smut Romance With Their Girlfriends! Chapter 406

Allowing just a single hit to land on my body, I pushed Elea's body aside, moving so that the envoy's fist would hit me straight in the chest. Taking a few steps as if the attack had any real chance of even making me flinch, I internally smiled.
"HAPTARIAN SCOUT IN DANGER!"
Shouting from the bottom of my lungs, I held back the shame of once again coming up with some bullshit at the same time as I turned the entire mansion into a starry sky, where the moon was a mansion, and the innumerable stars were pictured with my fireballs!
Crash.
Letting go of all the spells, a normal banging sound of something exploding with a powerful force didn't come at all, replaced with the noise of the space itself cracking! With how all of the fireballs were pointed outwards from the mansion, no harm came to me or the girls I wanted to save, at the same time locking me with everyone else who already was in the mansion with a wall of fire from the rest of the city.
With that done, my focus returned to the events surrounding my body. Since both Elea and Katia had yet to escape from the range of my aggression, I couldn't go all the way, creating a very clear target for my first move!
Bending my legs a bit, I straightened them in one, swift move, knocking my body forward. Before the envoy could react, my palm already approached its neck, snapping it in one go. Even without my weapon, killing such a small fries like him, wouldn't take more than a single move of mine! On the other hand, having any troubles with disposing of those weaklings would put me to shame!
"Let's go."
With the only obstacle that would stop me from leading Elea away, gone, there was no point to waste even a single moment longer in this rotten place. Pulling the girl up, I realised that I treated her a bit too roughly before, to the point she was not only unable to walk now, but it was apparently challenging for her to understand what the hell was going on!
Lacking any other option, I ended up carrying her away while trying to ignore her silly attempts to latch even closer to me. In just a few steps, we met with Katia, who obediently followed my orders and evacuated from the chambers as soon as the commotion started.

"Hold on tightly."
While I initially wanted for the girls to just wrap around me and hold on to each other, but with the current state of Elea mind and body alike, there was no way I could leave such responsibility on her relaxed shoulders. With no other option, I told Katia to climb on my back, and entangle her hands around my chest. Considering what I was about to do, if she were to drop away from me and die in the raging flames outside, she would only have herself to blame!
BooM!
Casting all three of us high into the air with shockwave planted right at my feet, I reached the altitude necessary to look over the city and locate the desired destination where I would drop the girls off. With the sound of another shockwave already losing with the roars of the flames combined with the crashing of buildings falling apart and people screaming with all their might as the fire consumed the bodies of those who didn't manage to escape in time, the three of us were sent towards the port, where Overlod's ship awaited with its crew.
What a lucky shot!
To be perfectly honest, I was prepared to force the ship on the sea, and think about picking the girls from it after the onslaught would be over, but with local people all ready to depart at any given moment, it would be a sin to not bank on this fact!
"Everyone!"
Shouting out to get the attention of the crew, I let Katia off my back and pushed the responsibility of Elea on her shoulders.
"Overlord ordered you to bring his family away, while we will all fight the invaders! They are way stronger than we expected!"
With a sudden idea flashing in my head, I decided to extend my bullshit a bit further than necessary to make them sail away. With the current chaos, anyone who would give them orders with the confident attitude speaking he was entitled to do so, would be enough to move the ship out of the port, especially with no special procedures in place.
But there was simply no way those people would have any formalities set, with how only the Overlord was allowed to use the boat! Procedures were created in order to streamline something, not just for the sake of doing so - even if many bureaucrats from the modern times of earth would disagree with me on this point.

"By the way, in what general direction is the island of our allies? If we won't be able to hold them back, I need to know where to at least try to escape."
In the end, the population of this island was limited, and most of its inhabitants were too weak to provide any reasonable amount of experience points for me. According to my rough estimates, I would be forced to invade Overlord's allies after clearing the place out of everything still alive!
"Direct south from here, sir!"
With the only information I wanted successfully acquired, I climbed to the heights of my kindness and even gave the ship a push with all the strength that my insane body could muster to help them get out of the island even faster. For a few moments when I could still see everyone on the ship, I caught Katia's longing look, before sailors rushing to their tasks broke the line of sight I had on her, prompting me to turn around and look at the burning city.
By the time I was finally done with only one task remaining, the number of notifications from the system already crossed the point it reached when I was slaughtering Overlord's expedition force.
With the ship already in the safe distance, I used yet another shockwave to propel myself into the air, before correcting my path from vertical into a horizontal one, gliding through the air, back to the mansion. If I wanted to be efficient about my slaughter, I would prefer holding to my own weapon that I dropped back in the Overlord's chamber!
Landing down only about twenty meters away from the now barricaded doors, I simply walked through the everpresent fire while gazing with amazement at the flames from behind my shield before destroying the barricade with just a simple kick.
Just as I was about to step through what used to be doors, I felt a powerful force coursing through the air in my direction!
With all the alarms going off in my head, I cursed at my stupidity to leave my weapon despite knowing that the fight would soon ensue while coating myself with as many shields as I could without putting my fighting ability later on at jeopardy!
"KILL!"
As if I returned to the cultivation focused part of the world, an elder dressed in light, blue robes crashed in my direction, as if he dropped from the sky. With his fist extended towards my face and his bear swinging around under the intense pressure of the air, he most likely thought of himself as a majestic fist of justice, while in my eyes, he was no different to a kid in the worst phase of his middle-school fantasies illness.
But there was no denying that the force that this elder somehow managed to create with his attack was as real as it could get. Not willing to just enter a contest of strength between his skill and my shield, I simply stepped aside, allowing his fist to brush through the border of my barrier instead of facing it head-on…
But it was still not enough!
With my shields shattering, I felt a strange, familiar yet long gone sensation on my cheek. With the elder crashing into the ground a few steps away from me and rolling away in order to kill his momentum.
"What?"
After raising my hand towards my cheek while raising yet another set of barriers around me, I looked at my fingers and saw a traces of my own damned blood on them!
While the most one could say about my injury would be calling it a scratch… The fact that someone somehow managed to make me bleed, meant that if they really tried, they could defeat me!
I even remembered the fan theory about one set of the insanely popular movie franchise, with one villain once claiming that if people could make God bleed, they would cease to believe him. And surprise surprise, in the culmination of the entire franchise, the main cast managed to make their main enemy shed a drop of blood, only to defeat him at the very end!
With the bad premonition born from this connection of a simple movie with my current reality, I couldn't care less anymore.
Bonger, your hardships are over now. Hit me with it!
"Blop!"
"System will no longer shoulder the influence of the evolved predator's mindset."

NEWDIE STEADSLAW Part I
NEWDIE STEADSLAW is a randomized array of Chekhov's red herrings, non sequitors ex machina, run-on sentences, and em dashes—so many em dashes. It's like if the Bible and Shakespeare had a baby that they surrendered to foster care, then it got adopted by Alice in Wonderland and Dr. Seuss—the books, not the people—and then the baby fell down the stairs. In this metaphor, the stairs wrote the story. Part I is the tale of the adventures of Traycup and Roby as they try to hold down a job inside the hollow Earth—a place made possible thanks to the secret science of embargoed relativity—and they get distracted by dancing foxes, a giant's record collection, and something with a train, I think. It's a work of fiction—although to call it work seems insulting to, y'know, actual work—but the fiction label is apt, so, y'know, that's a win. Half the words are made up, and the other half are embarrassed to be seen with them. Part I is complete.
