While Others Cultivate, I Use My Unique RPG Leveling System to Cultivate Smut Romance With Their Girlfriends! Chapter 443

"What, did you think that you were traversing outside of this fake, three-dimensional chart? I think you are failing to understand one thing. While there was a lot of chaos, or rather, negative energy that almost killed you back there, it actually doesn't matter how much of it would appear and leak to this world. It's not even possible to mix those two energies in the first place."
The more I talked with Bonger, the more confused I got. Since I couldn't make a heads or tails of what he was speaking about, I simply decided to focus back on reality. With the city now a fair distance away from my current position, I finished my flight spell and broke the loop of its eternal casting, instantly plummeting down to the ground. Even though it could raise a fair bit of noise, with how many magical beasts were told to roam the forest surrounding the entire city, I could safely hope that the guards would push the blame for the commotion on some territorial fight between those animals.
While Bonger was still in its lecture mode, it didn't fail to put an indicator on top of my vision, guiding me perfectly to the place where my former guide orderly dropped the seed of the portal.
"Let's start from the main rule that so far applied to you… At least, before the upgrade of the system. What do you think would happen if you were to enter the chaos plane? Like, really, not mentally like you attempted to do back then."
Focused on finding the seed now rather than listening to Bonger's gibberish, I only dressed my face up with an expression of curiosity, before mutely asking "what?".
"In short words, nothing. Do you remember how you managed to obtain your spirituality? How did you manage to turn your consciousness into a semi-corporeal thing?"

Most likely noticing how absent-minded I was, Bonger turned to a new level, stopping his lecture and forcing me to engage in a conversation with him.
*Yeah, through my cultivation…*
Apparently, his idea was successful. Answering his question made me realise one thing. My body was created by this world, through its natural rules, yet my improved soul was an effect of enriching my consciousness with positive energy during my cultivation!
If that was the case, simply by looking into the abyss, I was extending my perception - a part of my soul - inside a chaotic plane, asking for the clash of those energies by myself, as if not caring about my consciousness being obliterated in the process! But still, if my body was capable of surviving the onslaught of chaos for whatever reason, how come I never experienced the chaotic dimension myself, instead instantly moving between the points in the positive energy plane?
"You know, I would prefer it if you actually directed those questions to me, rather than thinking them to yourself… But well, the chaotic plane simply rejected you. But don't even get me started about adding physical energies to the topic of magical energy! In short words, you can imagine yourself as entering the negative energy plane at a certain place and certain angle, but your body would instantly accelerate to an inconceivable speed through it, while still unable to interact with anything made out of negative energy. Do you see where I'm heading to?"
Thinking about this, my idea of applying the normal rules of natural physic I knew from the earth, was not on the point when speaking about damned magic! But while I could already see how the gates worked like a kind of cannon that shoot me from one side of the negative plane to another, yet it wasn't still clear how could I move between the space that separated those planes in the first place!

*Bonger?*
"Eh, you can't even humour me with such a simple thing… But yeah, that question leads us to the last important thing that actually implies something far greater than what you could expect from the beginning of this conversation. Space… or something between those two cones of negative and positive planes… Does not reject you. You are simply unable to interact with it in any imaginable way, nor am I capable of doing so in your place. But there is one event, that already happened a few times when that elusive space would open up and interact with this… let's call it a lower plane. To be frank, it happened two times so far. Any guesses?"
At first, annoyed by Bonger's constant attempts to pull me inside his boring lecture, when I realised the meaning behind his words, not even the sight of the seed lying freely on the ground as indicated by the Marker that Bonger kindly placed for me was capable of shifting my attention from the instant rush of thoughts that appeared in my mind when I realised what his words implied.
*Don't you tell me you meant system upgrades?!*
If my guess was true, then this elusive space between the negative and positive realms would mean only one place. The real of damned Gods!
Now it made sense why the protectors attempted to keep anyone not strong enough from learning the secrets beyond their knowledge. With my mind picturing the shapes of both planes in a way that reminded me of the short videos in the net that spoke about possible shapes of the earth own universe, exactly the same way in which the possible God's realm would take yet another shape of the insanely big universe for itself…
"Yeah. Do you remember the state of the surroundings when you went through the first system upgrade? You might've ignored it, just like you ignored the faint rumours I heard as you were passing above the almost empty streets of that city. Both then and now, there were signs of insanely powerful discharge of energy in the surroundings. While I didn't pay it any mind as I was kinda unconscious during the upgrades… I don't recall you possessing enough strength to cause such an event in neither of those occasions!"
