Loriel was happy when he found out that their first consummation apparently resulted in a pregnancy. This made the king feel proud of his sexual prowess.

Not only he was good in bed, but he also could impregnate his wife immediately. He knew it because they didn't have sex after the first time because Loriel suddenly had to go to the battlefield and wipe out the rebellion, started by his third brother-in-law's family.

They had worked together with three of their colonies and tried to sneak attack his army in the west. To teach them a lesson, Loriel went to the battlefield in person.

He was a great warrior and war commander. The last war with Draec, another empire from the continent across the ocean, showed his unmatched leadership and battle strategy.

He could confidently say that Summeria would have won the war had they continued. However, both parties finally came to a peace agreement and decided to never bother each other again.

But everyone knew not to mess with Loriel. Well… everyone but his stupid and power-hungry brother-in-law.

That morning, the news of his brother-in-law's attack broke when Loriel was still in bed with Elise.

Loriel opened his eyes to a really nice scent from beside him and felt the soft body in his arms. The man batted his eyes and adjusted his vision.

When he could see better, he lowered his gaze and looked at the beautiful woman who was sleeping soundly in his embrace.

She was still naked and her body gave out a natural scent that made him feel dazed. The memories of what happened last night were replayed in Loriel's mind.

He still remembered every single detail of their lovemaking and every inch of her skin. Thinking about it made him hard instantly. He rubbed her hair and kissed her forehead.

The kiss woke her up and Elise fluttered her long lashes before she opened her eyes. Loriel's eyes and hers locked.

"Good morning," said the young king with a smile. Elise looked dazed when she realized she was still naked and was lying down in his embrace.

The memories of last night came to Elise and, immediately, her cheeks flushed red.

They finally consummated their marriage!

She looked him in the eye, trying to see any flash of regrets in his silver irises. There was none.

She remembered they drank wine before they did the deed. So, she was a bit worried that Loriel was not himself when he initiated sex and now he would regret it.

But, it looked like, there was no regret. So, did this mean, they're good? Were they now really husband and wife?

Would they do it again? Would Loriel move into her chamber tonight or would he still opt for separate chambers like usual?

Gah... so many questions!

"G-good morning," Elise replied with a low voice. She was so embarrassed because she couldn't keep her eyes off of him. His silver eyes were so mesmerizing.

"Did you sleep well?" Loriel asked her.

Elise could only nod. She could feel his breath slowly turned faster and his body temperature rose.

And... there was something hard and hot poking her down there.

"So, you have rested?" Loriel asked again as if trying to confirm that she had nourished her energy after their vigorous lovemaking the night before.

Loriel remembered he ended their session even though he still desired her because he noticed she was already tired. Now, his manhood was erect and demanded a reward for being so patient last night.

He had been so nice and ended it after just two rounds when he could go so many more times. So, now that she had properly rested and regained her strength, shouldn't they be doing it again?

Elise was not dumb. She knew where his question was heading to. She was overjoyed to think that her husband wanted her again. After he ravished her last night, he wanted more of her.

She smiled and nodded again.

Loriel smirked and tilted his head to claim her luscious lips. He had kissed countless women, but these lips were the softest and most delicious he had ever tasted.

He thought he had started getting addicted to them.

A soft moan immediately left Elise's lips. She was feeling euphoric by his deep kiss. His nimble tongue immediately explored her mouth and took hers for a dance, while his hands groped her sensitive spots, initially slowly... and then without mercy.

Soon, he was already on top of her and pressed on her body as he slowly entered her. It was sweet lovemaking, perfect to start their new day as true husband and wife.

Secretly, Elise was thinking she would ask their butler to redecorate her chamber so Loriel would feel more comfortable spending time here more than he already had. She hoped he would decide to move in with her and share this chamber together.

9. Their marriage life for the first two years, pregnancy and miscarriage, and then the straw that broke the camel's back, as Elise finally left.

10. What happened to Loriel after Elise left and how he reached the holy mount of Cretea to get the immortality potion.

11. How Loriel lived his life with guilt and regret and finally met his wife again after 15 centuries.

12. What really happened to their child and several other mysteries.

I also haven't introduced so many characters in the story. The other 'gods' or immortals that are like Loriel, who are still roaming the earth, and of course the Time Master himself.

So, as you can see, the story has many flashbacks but only in the first half of the story as it is set in the modern time, but once it reaches the peak, we will restart the story from the beginning and all the pieces of flashback from the past will be shown as a completed puzzle.

Things are not always what they seem, so we will have so much fun with twists and turns that you might never expect.

I am confident with giving you my planned storyline above because I still have so much to present. There are so many mysteries and feelings left to uncover as you read along.

What you read from Elise's or Loriel's perspective, might not be the whole truth, they are just one-sided representation. We will know everything once we get to the second part of the book.
