Asst. Inspector Lu nodded. "The man is 34 years old. He works at a bank and has two kids. A lovely wife. She claims he has always been a gentle man so did his colleagues but we looked into him and apparently he owns an illegal bar at the far end of the city. He has a fetish for young girls within the ages of 17 to 24. It turns out he practically force girls into prostitution."

Lifen interrupted. "Is that possible in this day and age? Did he have anything against them."

"Some of them. He threatens with their nude pictures and some with their close ones."

"And his wife didn't know?" Xiqo Ai asked.

The inspector shook his head. "She was shocked to find out. You must know her. She used to work at Care Medical Centre in the emergency department."

"Realy why did she quit then? What's her name?"

The criminal Psychologist opened his notepad. "Shes a Miss Ling Bai. Shes from the country side and met him when she was working at the government hospital. I did have a talk with her but I think I will like it if you can do same."

Lifem wrote some things down. "Why? Do you suspect anything?"

The psychologist read from his note pad. "When I asked her if she knows anyone who has a grudge with her husband, she said no but it seemed she wanted to say something. There was doubt In her eyes."

"Any physical observations?" Xiao Ai asked.

"She showed none except that her fingers were chapped like she had them in her teeth for too long."

"Could it be she has been very nervous about the death of her husband or something else. " Lifen suggested.

Xiao Ai shook her head. "Its impossible that she doesn't know her husband does dirty work. So she claimed at first that she didnt know, how did she react when you told her about her husbands other work."

The inspector cleared his throat. "She covered her ears and looked pained. I think she was quite shocked when she found out."

"Were you there Psychologist Du? Did you notice anything?"

"I wasn't present but I did ask her again if she knew about his other work. She quickly refused. She made a statement like 'He was a two faced bastard. But death was too much.'

Lifen tapped her on her pad. "What could it possibly mean? Death was too much. It seems like she knows something."

Xiao Ai agreed. "Let us have ber address. We will go see later in the day."

"The first case was of a young man, in his twenties. Exactly 24. He was stabbed in his lower region."

"She didnt aim high." Xiao Ai commented.

"She?" The Asst. Inspector asked.

Xiao Ai sipped on her drink. "I just have a feeling its female. I feel like a man wouldn't commit such crimes. If we look into this, the victims are all males..."

"Except the one that happened a month ago shes a young lady that is in her mid thirties. Can we have information on her."

"Lesbian."

"Intresting!" Xiao Ai and Lifen commented slowly sipping their drinks.

The others:"..." how is it interesting.

"We used to be lesbians." Lifen said.

The inspector looked quite surprised and it made Xiao Ai smile. "We used to date."

The Criminal Psychologist was the first to recover. "Shes a lesbian and runs a restaurant. They did a background check up on her and she seemed fine."

"Which university did she attend?" Lifen asked.

"She didnt go to university."

Xiao Ai rubbed her face. "I dont see any clues yet except for the lady we have to interview. Will you please pass the information on the victims to us? I will go through it and find some clues."

"I didnt send some information to you."

"I looked through them. But we need the background informations on them. We could find something no matter how little."

The inspector agreed. "We will send it to you."

"Shall we end it here. We will go visit Miss Ling Bai."

"I will make the call." Lifen volunteered. Mostly because Xiao Ai wasnt nice when talking to people.

The criminal Psycologist was surprised. "Already? Today?"

Xiao Ai shrugged and took her drink and Lifens. "No time to waste time. We had better hurry. Dont you have a deadline."

The inspectors shoulders slumped. "The chief is giving us till month end. The country event will be taking place early next month."

"And month end is in a week time. So we had better hurry."

Lifen joined them with a sour face. "She is refusing to meet with us."
