He smiled and sat up, bringing her into his embrace. "We have had several conversations before. You just seem to always forget me." He turned her face so she looked into his eyes. Her high bridged nose almost matching his. He had to say, his wife sure had a well proportioned nose. "Why do you never remember? Look at me. Do I look like I can be forgotten easily?"

She smirked and patted his thigh. "No you don't. When else did we have a conversation?" She asked getting more interested.

The duo were intentionally trying to forget about the dream they had even if it was for a while. Right now, talking about simple things and the past made them feel so relaxed and like normal people that they did not feel like they have any burden or things to be worried about.

She raised herself up so she could sit across his lap, straddling him.

Xiao Ai didnt know what to say and could only stare into his eyes expecting the man to kiss her which he did. He went slow at first, teasing her lower lips before roughly kissing her, entwining their tongues and doing things that made her mind blank. Like when he teased the roof of her mouth with his tongue.

When they pulled apart. Gu Bojing said. "I haven't given Mrs Gu a ring and she does not seem bothered. What will people say?"

She calmed herself before taking a glance at his lips that were moist. "That you were shameless enough to marry a woman who proposed to you drunk?"

She nodded, smiling before realising what he meant. "Idiot! I will get you a ring, you will get me mine. Deal.." she streched out her hand which was a bit short due to the position they were in.

"Deal." He agreed before making a face and saying. "Just to get this right, Mrs Gu you cant buy me a ring from my money okay...?"

Xiao Ais face almost feel but she held it well. "What do you mean..? Of course not." Before bowing her head and turning her face slightly to the side.

With a frown, she complained.
