Xiao Ai stood at the foot of a hill and watched as the rock rolled down again. The huge rock stopped right before it hit her and her heart fell once again. Why wont this rock just kill her? She looked to her side to saw the figure sitting on a rock with a stick in his hands. She could not see this face but she could feel the sadistic smile that played on his lips.

And it annoyed her.

It was not the insurmountable task she has been given but his expression and look of disgust. As if she were not up to his level. Truly she was not but he has no right to stare at her in such manner. Xiao Ai had always been a proud person and she knows it. She likes to think she is better than everyone. It's a different thing for a person to have self confidence but what she has was not self confidence but over confidence. She always thinks she can do better than everyone and that everyone was just beneath her shoes. It was because of this that she lost Glasses boy in high school and lost Gu Bojing in Russia. Now they are married and back together she still could not put her ego down and tell him how she really feels.

She did not want to look weak. Even if it was okay to let it out once a while. Her ego will not allow for such.

She glanced at the creature again and heard the sadistic laugh vibrate from it. Angry she moved away from the foot of the hill to rush at him but as always she was not able to get to where he was and would be carried by the wind back to the foot of the hill.

Sighing, she rolled the rock upwards again, panting as she moved up the hill. She did not want to roll this rock but it was almost as if they had programmed her body to move it. No matter how tired and hurt she was, her body would still move the damn rock.

Was this not the Sisyphus myth?

What crime has she committed to deserve this?

The creature watched as she moved up the hill and shook his head. If only this young lady can accept he wrong and amend her ways, would things not be better for her?

What was God thinking to have created such stubborn being? He looked up into the sky and the dullness faded his new face. Is this young lady still being punished for the sins of her past life?

Is the fate and destiny assigned to her for this life not enough punishment? If not even more.

Or does the heaven have a special fate for her?

He watched Xiao Ai roll down to the foot if the hill before watching the rock roll after her.

Sisyphus.

Bolin parked the car in the parking lot and first glanced at Lifen who was still soundly sleeping and hadn't moved an inch from the position he placed her in.

"Is this someone's future wife?" He muttered to himself. Will she behave this way if she were married to someone?

Get drunk in the arms of another man and expect to be taken home.

Lifen wiped her eyes that felt blurry and saw Bolins figure in the drivers seat. She did not look around but she knew they were in her building already.

"Hey...rich man.." her voice was hoarse and dry.

Bolin looked back instantly. "Awake? Good. Get your lazy self up and go to your apartment."

She giggled like a child.. "So some man can carry me into his house and do God knows what to me?"

Bolin face palmed hinslef. "Arent you strong?"

She yawned. "Right now...no."

He got out from the car and opened the back door. "Help us please. Come out." He pleaded but Lifen simply laid there lazily.

She coughed a little before gagging.

"No not in my car. Get out." His dreary expression watched as she gagged again and attempted to raise herself up.

She did this for few minutes but it was a failure. Bolin was getting frustrated already. He has never been in this kind of situation before. Even Miss Ou was more comported when she is drunk. He checked his wrist watch and saw that it was few minutes to seven already. How time flies?

He urged her. "Miss Long please. Only when you get out of this car can I take you to your apartment."

Now, Lifen did not even want to try. "How did you know I live here?" She slurred and then giggled.

Bolin smiled and watched her sleep on her stomach, she placed a hand on her bum and squeezed and he quickly retracted his eyes away.

"What are you doing?" He questioned still not looking in her direction.

Lifen answered in a muffled voice. "My bum seem to be short of blood. it's your fault. You did not place me well."

He rubbed his face and took a deep breath. "Are you done?"

She raised her neck and saw that he was looking in the other direction. How cute.

"I seriously love your manners." She commented.

Bolin turned his body back to the car and saw that her hands were no longer on ber bum this time. "I was brought up well Miss Long."

She smiled and told him. "If you don't call me by my name I wont attempt to lift myself up this seat."

Frustrated Bolin face palmed himself again. " Please don't do this. I still have to go to Xinyi."

A small frown formed on her face.."Is that her name. Ou Xinyi?"

"Yes. My girlfriends name."

"Lucky to be in a relationship with you. Will you buy her things?"

"Of course."

"You will spoil her?"

"Definitely." He then added. "I am sure your boyfriend will spoil you too."

She shook her head. "He will but I dont want him to."

He moved his weight to the other leg. "Why?"

Lifen smiled and felt the sleep coming to her again. "We may be friends but their is a great beef between our families."

Now this was new to Bolin.

"Even Xiao ai does not know about it." She added.."or maybe she does and is not talking about it."

Bolin tried to comfort her. "It will be well. It doesn't stop you two from being together. My biological mother too does not like Miss Ou but I like her and so does my parents. Even brother is supporting us."

"And little Fool?"

"He is my cousin." He stated outrightly.

Lifen smiled and told him.."You know sometimes you can be more cold than your brothers."

He shrugged and bent so he could tap her leg. "Enough talking. Get up."

"Call me by my name first." She insisted.

Bolin struggled internally for a while and checked the time. They had wasted another twenty minutes just standing here and doing nothing.

It was not as if he could call her by her name but he just did not want to. He wanted to maintain the formality between them for as long as he can. Even Bolin could not explain but there was a fear somewhere that made him not want to call her name.

"Bolin..." Lifen whined and he clenched his jaw.

"Dont call me like that."

"Why...?"

"Its not proper. Sounds too seductive."

She giggled again and commended. "You seriously have good manners."

"I was brought up well Lifen. Now get up."

Lifen sucked in a deep breath and sat up, her legs mlnot touching the floor. She raised her arms up indicating for him to carry her up.

"What are you? Duoduo?" He smiled as he lifted her up to a standing position. He made her rest against the trunk and closed the door before locking it. "Can you walk?"

"We did not fuck so yes I can."

"Damn...are you like this with others too?"

She leaned over to him and he placed her hands away to prevent her from touching him. "I am quite free with people once I get close. But no I only want to tease you.? "

"Lifen...dont do this?"

She rolled her hand over to him again and he caught it. "Why?"

"Its mannerless. Move.." he commanded but Lifen remained in the same position. He noticed that she was starting to bend meaning she was feeling sleepy again so he helped her to walk only for them to take a few steps and Lifen almost fell. Frustrated, he hoisted her up onto his shoulders and groaned.

The devil lady giggled and said. "You are quite strong."

Bolin did not reply and instead walked forward. When he got to her apartment, he asked her for her pin but she did not say a word..he asked again but no response.

"Arr you asleep?" He questioned. He could not see her face so he listened to her breath for a while. "Damn she is asleep."

He picked his phone with his other free hand and called his brother. "Hello. Bro do you know her passcode, she just fell asleep." Gu Bojing was packing and ready to leave the office when Bolin called.

"No I dont." He carried Duoduo onto his shoulders and picked his bag. "Ask Yusheng and dont call me again. Leave once you have her safe." He then hung up.

Bolin frowned and adjusted Lifen on his shoulder. Why does his brother sound like he doesnt trust him?

He scrolled and called Yusheng who picked after a ring..

"Passocde." He grumbled into the phone.

Yusheng frowned and grumbled back. "Ask her."
