Hannah did not want to nag in grandfathers presence that even she was kept in the dark about the matter so she simply took the scolding with a neutral face. She knew she had wronged Xiao Ai by being cruel to her sometimes but the idiot cant deny that she knew she was only doing that for show. Deep down she would always love the bastard no matter how shameless and stupid and embarrassing she might be to her and the family.

"Little Ai...are you feleing okay?" Grandfather asked.

Mo Ai who was already planning on how to scam money off someone acted even more pitiful. "Grandfather I think I will be fine. Sigh..I feel like I wasnt fed for days but as long as I get enough money to maintain myself for now, I should feel alright." She picked her phone and checked dsonething then let out a deep sigh again. "Sigh. I should borrow from Lifen. My salary wont arrive anytime soon."

Her mother was the only one who fell for the tactic as she quickly moved closer to her duaghter and held her hand. "Why will you have to borrow when your family has more than enough. Oh..I did not treat you well. Mom is sorry mom will send you money right now."

In her mind Xiao ai was doing the happy dance until her grandfather spoke. "Why will you send the grown up money? She can take care of herslef besides the little Ai we know is an independent young lady. She shouldnt take money from family."

Xiao AI.. :-_-" Grandfather are you doing this on purpose?

Since Grandfather had spoke chairwoman Mo was resistant about sending her money now so she had to use some other means.

She began in a slow voice while staring at the Donoughts. "For days I went missing and my body feels like rock. I think I worked to much. Well...as an independent young lady I should really take care of myself. And now I have a little one to care for. Sigh.. " she got up from her seat and streched as she picked a Donought. "I should go find some labouring work now. Thank goodness I am strong."

Hannah shook her head and signalled to Gu Bojing. Just where did he get this kind of wife from? Although he was already aware of his shameless his wife can be she never ceased to amaze him with her words sometimes. How can one have the intention to dupe family?

Just where did he see this wife from truly?

Grandfather hit his stick to the floor when Xiao ai took a step. "You punk! How dare you? A whole daughter of the Mo house doing labouring work? Does your family lack money? Does your husband lack money? If you want to beg for money then say so. Stop using foolish tactics."

Since grandfather had completely seen through her lies she threw the remaining Donoughts in her mouth and drank water then she turned to her mom and said. "I am broke. Give me money. I have begged. Are you feeling good now?" She asked grandfather.

He sighs and rest more into the chair. "Asking money from family isnt begging littel idiot. It's just your stupidity that wont let you see the right and wrong."

Xiao ai pouts and looks at the ground. "I want money."

Gu Bojing smirks at this and pats her back. "Its fine. We all know you are broke."

Hannah too added. "Its okay. It's too obvious that your bank account is crying. Why else will you be looking so shabby. Sister will send you some money okay?"

Xiao AI shrugged the two off and placed her hands on her waist. "Are you two making fun of me right now?"

Hannah shook her head. " we are simply stating facts dear."

The door bell rang again and Gu Bojing who was near went to get it. Seeing the person at the door he wanted to signal that he should leave but Dongai had already spoken in his loud tone.

"What is going on with today? First it was you and Xiao Ai..now Even Lifen and Yusheng are trying to patch their relationship. Do you have food? I am starving." He was trying to take off this shoes when he said this so when he looked at Gu Bojings awkward expression, he questioned. "is something wrong?"

Hannah was the first to dash to the scene. "You.. you...oh my God...you..." she stuttered.

Dongia gave an awkward smile before standing and whispering to Gu Bojing. "I came at the wrong time right?"

He nods while giving him a frown.

Chairwoman Mo too wanted to check what was going on but Grandfather stopped her and asked to be taken along. Neither of them wantd to wait for the person who owned the voice at the door. They wanted to see him with their two eyes.

Mo Ai just tagged along behind the duo still battling with another Donought. Weather or not they would be surprised seemed to be none of her business. she really does take things with levity.

When they saw Dongai...none spoke for a while until Grandfather opened his mouth to speak.

"Oh...you...you.." he could not complete his words when he placed a hand to his chest and felt his chest constricting. They quickly gathered around him before he fell to the ground but it didnt stop the old man from being unconscious.

Xiao ai complained as she grabbed the car key. "Its you fault. Why do you have to show up so suddenly."

Dongai replied as he helped them get grandfather into the car. "Should you idiot have not texted me that the family is around?"

She thought about this and pushed the blame on her hubby as she started the car. "That will be on hubby. He should have texted. It is all his fault."

Gu Bojing who was about to get into Hannahs car and drive replied. "How is this my fault. It was you who made mouth and let big sister in law come over. Infact its her fault. "

Hannah was still surprised that she could see Dongai. "What do you mean it's my fault. Just how many things are you guys hiding?"

Xiao Ai with the wide mouth still had the guts to respond. "Nothing much. Perhaps a few heads and arms in our closet."

Chairwoman Mo who was sitting with grandfather in the back seat asked Dongai in horror. "You are hiding such thing?"

He rolled his eye. "Dont tell me you are believing the words of this idiot? "

After hearing this she finally understood that Xiao ai was just joking.

Xiao ai wanted to break traffic rule if Chairwoman Mo had not stopped her and spoken to the officers that they had an emergency.

"You could have lost your driver's license back there."

She wore a smug look. "Nah...it isnt my car. It's my husbands car."

Chairwoman Mo and Dongai:"..-_-.." so you dont care if your hubby gets a yellow card?

On getting to Care medical centre, Xiao Ai first performed first aid on her grandfather before Surgeon Jina took over.

She nagged at the nurse. "Shouldnt doctor from general surgery or emergency take care of this? Why is she always the one?"

Surgeon Jina who wa scrolling the old man along with the other nurses to a room replied her. "Because I am very capable and mostly available. I get work done quickly and perfectly."

Xiao ai rolls her eyes at the pride in her. "Where is Yusheng by the way?"

The nurse replied. "He is taking a month off. According to the professor. " she then added to avoid further questions from Xiao ai.

Surprised she looked at Dongia who shook his head and said.

"Long story. Let's just say Lifen by mistake broke his heart."

"Oh...I definitely saw that coming."

How would two best friends like Yusheng and Lifen sudenly go into a relationship without having thoughts about it. She was sure Lifen didnt even love Ysuehng the way he loved her. Should they not have had a conversation and be sure where the direction of their life would be? Whatever it was that happened to those two would be absolutely none of her business.

About an hour later, Surgeon Jina cane out of the room and explained to them that it isnt anything serious.

"He was just in shock and too stressed. Please..." she turned to Xiao Ai. "Stop bothering the old man. Let him have some peace of mind. He should not think too much or stress himself too much. Neither should you let him be in shock. Psychologist Mo...please be warned."

Surprised Xiao Ai claps her hand together before talking. "Why are you directing those words at me? In your eyes do you think I am the only one capable of making someone going into shock? What of my twin brother here? Hubby? Hannah? Even mom? Why do you all think I am heartless?"

Surgeon Jina shrugs and walks off but not without repeating. "Mo ai...dont stress your family."

Xiao ia stomps her leg to the floor and complained. "This tiny surgeon. What does she take me for? Why does everyone think I am always stressing people."

Hannah replied. "Because it's what you do. Remember you are completely shameless."
