He first made sure they were out of sight before turning to his sister. Releasing her hand he gave her a wide smile. "what was that?"

"What was what?" She questioned rubbing the nape of her neck, hoping to reduce her blush. Because when Hannah blushes, it would always cover her neck.

Dongai glanced at her neck and continued. "That stare..."

"I dont know what you are talking about." She denied and walked forward.

He smiled and went after her, holding her hand again. "You surly like him. Is he your taste?"

She made a disgusted expression and rejected."Ewww...no"

He shook his head as if he understood and said."Someone was staring at his tighs when his pants rode up. Surly there must be a good and vivid imagination in someones mind."

Hannah snatched her hand away from her vulgar brother and frowned at him. The blush on her face had increased and her neck was even more red. "No. I did not."

He wore an innocent expression. "Did I say it was you? I also like him. What conscience is worrying you? Your whole face and neck is red." He placed his hand on her neck and she shrinked away.

"Dont touch me you idiot and vulgar man."

Dongai laughed at her when she took large strides away and he quickly walked forward to catch up with her. "You dont have to be feeling so down. He likes you too. And I am sure he will want to see you again. Alone."

When she heard this a glint appeared in her eyes but she dared not look at him. "Whatever." She only hopes her blush will come down before her mom or Mo ai arrives. She will hate to be teased by those two the most. They were the worst.

Xiao ai sat at the rooftop with her hands between her legs. Although it was slightly cold she refused to go back down. She knew she had said something wrong or maybe it was something she shouldnt have said but to her it was simply the truth. And no matter how Gu Bojing may take it, she knew he wouldn't blame her. The man was in love and she hates for him to think that she is being disrespectful because she knows he is in love with her.

Few minutes later he appeared with some drinks and snacks and sat next to her without saying a word. He brought a cup of warm milk and placed it in her hand, using both her hands to hold the cup. He then took a scarf and wrapped it around her neck without saying a word. This caused her insides to warm up even more. And she felt extremely guilty.

He took another cup of milk shake and brought it to her lips. Since her hands were to be kept warm by the cup of milk, he now wanted to feed her the cup of milkshake. She looked at him and into his bright eyes before opening her mouth to sip the milkshake. The sweet taste filled her mouth and she gave a faint smile. Next came the burger. Knowing Xiao ai cared about how her looks when she eats, he divided the burger into two and fed her a of it part first, so she is able to take a bite without opening her mouth too wide. She smiled at this gesture and he stared at her side view.

Xiao ai felt uncomfortable under this stare and stared at the milk cup. She doubts if it will go cold any any moment.

Gu Bojing too had a sip of his drinks and ate his bruger before feeding her again. This happend like thrice before Xiao Ai decided to speak first.

"Hubby..about what I said...."

He stopped her from talking by forcing the burger into her mouth. She frowned at him and he shruggs his shoulder.

"I know you emam it." He replied before biting into his own burger.

"Actually..." he brought the milkshake to her lips. She also glared slightly at him before sipping her drink then continued. "Actually.. I did not really mean it like that."

"You meant what you said and you siad what you meant young lady. Dont make me feel more sad by giving me false hope."

She kept quiet then and chewed her burger properly.

Gu Bojing stared at the milkshake and touched the back of her palm. Seeing that it was starting to get cold. He advised.

"We should move down before you catch a cold here."

She nods her head and they throw the milk in a bin before walking down. But Xiao Ai only stops at the stairs and sits. Since she was sitting he had no choice but to join her.

Xiao Ai just wanted to have some alone time with him and have him say things to her that he would not normally say. It wasnt that they didnt have alone time together, but she just felt now that Duoduo was here, they would spend less alone time together. Wasnt that how parenting worked?

"So you have high school reunion?" He started and she glanced at him then bent to pick her drink and burger from the packet.

"Yes."

"Will you be attending?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

She stares at him as if he was joking with her and smiles. "Why else? It's a high school reunion. Everyone gets to meet each other."

"Hmm..hm.." was his response as he bit into his burger. "Anyone you are excited to meet?"

She rolls her eyes before answering. "You know the guy you talked to while I was talking to him this morning?" He nods. "Yes. He."

"Why? Has he offended you?"

"No. I have offended him. Why are you asking such questions?"

"Cuorisity."

She smiles as she places her cup on the stairs and swallows. "Then can I ask one too? Out of curiosity?"

"We are married. I am sure I didnt take permission before asking you questions." He first replied. "unless what you want to ask about is something that makes you feel guilty."

She bats her eyes lids as she looked down at the dirt and picks it up again. she could feel her face becoming hot and didnt want him to see. "Fine." She replied holing the cup in her hand. "Do you have a first love?"

Funny thing was, she hoped he would say yes because she also has a first love and wanted to feel better about herself. But she also wished he would say no since she didnt want to think that he had loved some other woman like he was loving her currently. The thought riled her up and made her feel angry. But she still wanted his reply anyways.

Gu Bojing first gave a faint smile which he turned to her. "Do you want the truth?"

"Of course." She insisted.

"Yes. I have a first love."

Surprised she didnt know what to say at first and only nods as she sips her drink while curling her toes in her shoes. Who is the girl?

"Oh..that is nice. Did you ehmm....love her so much?"

A natural happy smile appears on his face. And she knew he was thinking of the girl. "Yes. Very much."

Annoyed, she hid it but continued to ask. "Exactly how much did you love her then?"

He turned to her with a slight frown. "Then ? I still lkve her now."

Xiao is did not act angry about this even though she was and only continue to sip her drink. The burger was finished so there was nothing for her to take out her anger on .

"Enough to close my eyes and die for her without giving it a thought."

When she heard this she stood up abruptly and threw the milkshake to the floor seeing it roll down the stairs with the contents spilling. Gu Bojing surprised at her sudden reaction stares at the milkshake and then at her. She looks down at him before bending to pick his drink and throwing it down the stairs as well.

"Xiao ai..." he called.

"How dare you? I am your wife and you still talk about some other lady in such manner. If you so much love her then why didnt you marry her? Why are you with me? Why did you say you love me? You scam!"

He didnt even know what to say about this and stood up to match her gaze. "Are you mad?"

She took a deep breath in and released it. "Is that a question? Is it? Go and meet your stunning one of all times. Go to your beautiful lady. Go to her who who makes your heart beat faster. Go..." she pointed towards the stairs and Gu Bojing smiles. "Go to the one who makes you feel so right."

He calms himself before replying. "You are not in the right position to get mad." He reminded.

"Sure. I am not. Afterall I am not the beautiful lady who stole heart at first sight." she stomped a few steps down the stairs and stopped. "I wont talk to you again?! Ever! Go and talk to the stunning lady of yours."

He watched as she stomped down the stairs grumbling as she went.

Gu Bojing first picked the remains of the cups she threw away and placed them in the bin before walking down to look for his jealous wife.

He saw Hannah and Dongai talking animatedly at the door and asked. "Have you seen Mrs Gu?"

Hannah replied. "You fought? She is in, crying to mom and grandfather who just woke."

He shook his head and walked in. Xiao ai looked in his direction and hissed when she saw it was him.

"Mrs Gu...you are both the one who makes my heart beat faster and the one who makes everything feel so right."
