Xiao AI slowly placed her riased head back down. She stared at her nails and could not find a word to say. In his heart, he must have really thought they have no hope or reciprocating each others love. How was she to answer and not sound like she didnt care about others people. How was she to reply and not sound cruel?

Gu Bojing rubbed her shoulders to grab her attention and she looked into the mirror, not daring to look him in the eye. "You dont have to think about it too much. I was only curious."

She opened her mouth to talk but he patted her shoulders again. Actually he did not want to hear what she would have to say because he already knew the answer. He didnt want to hear it directly from her again. His heart isnt hurt resistant.

"Back then, why did you like me?" She finnaly asked.

"How can I not like you?" He asked back a smile starting to bloom on his face.

"I dont know." She shrugged and touched the drawers for no reason. "I am not that likeable and I know it. I know I am cruel and I very good at not caring about people."

"Selfish and very good at hurting peoples feelings."

This hurt Xiao ai a bit but she smiled it off because it is true. She was really good at hurting peoples feelings. "I must have hurt your feelings a lot of time."

He nods his head. He too knew they were diverting from planning to make love to talking about the past but he didnt mind. Even though, little guy was already standing at attention, he wanted to know what was running in her mind. Hardly will Xiao ai talk about such things with people an she was glad he brought up the topic. Perhaps the evil woman will see how cruel she is.

"You do it well."

Interested she asked. "For example..." when she saw his amused expression she quickly clarified. "Not that I think it's good.. I just want to know the things I do that people dont like so I can like you know change it." He still didnt drop the amused expression so she was forced to continue to rant. "Because you know. Sometimes I am just being my usual self and people might think I am being cruel. Everyone thinks I am shameless and I dont mind asking people for things but the truth is that is just me. It's not acting or anything like that. If I ask you and you don't want to give it, you can always say no. No is always an option."

"And for Bolin...?"

She smiled when she heard his name. "Okay we have to both agree that Bolin looks too cute to not be teased."

Even Gu Bojing agreed to this. "Why did you pretend you didnt know me from Russia?"

She took a deep breath and he patted her shoulder again. "I was hoping we could start all over again without you thinking about his bad I was back then."

He smiled. "I still liked you even back then. A lot of people still likes you."

She shakes her head. "You all are weird."

"We see the good in you. Tough woman tough woman but you send all your money to the orphanage and even have a camp where you take care of abandoned kids. You have good in you but..."

She smirked at him through the mirror. "But I chose to let the bad manifest right?"

They both laughed it off." You remember that time you will enter a store and pick whatever you want and not pay."

She quickly refuted that. "I always paid for everything I bought." He raised a brow and she gave in. "Yes it might take a while but..." he have her a playful glint. " Fine it might take months but i will always pay back."

"Why do you even do that?"

"Because I can." She arrogantly replied.

"You never thought those store owners would have to pay the money for what yu took in order to balance their account?"

She frowned. "They have to balance account?"

He shook his head. "You seriously didnt know?"

"They own the shop. I thought they could do as they like."

"Oh.no...you are an hoodlum." He commented and walked to the bed.

Xiao Ai followed, her hair almost reaching her waist now. "I will have to cut my hair. Its getting too long. I will do it after the party. How am I an hoodlums? I did not even know they have to balance account."

He held her when she wanted to lie on her side of the bed and drew he rto himslef. So that she was sitting in between his legs, head on his chest. "They have to Mrs Gu." He replied slowly rubbing her lower tommy.

Xiao AI swallowed and aksed. "When I came back, why were you mad at me? Was it because I hugged others first?"

He shakes his head. "You still dont know. I was worried about you when you vanished like that and then you come back and you dont even seem to care about whether or not I was anxious about your disappearance or worried. It's not you hugging everyone else first, it's you always ignoring my feelings for you." His hands that was rubbing her lower tommy was stil doing its work.

Xiao ai didnt know how to reply and could only say. "I am sorry. I didn't think about it like that."

"I know."

"Tell me why you like me."

He smiled. "I dont know how it started."

"Do you know me from somewhere before?"

"No..why?"

"I dont know. Back then it kind of seemed like you followed me to Russia cause for one, you werent even studying there and would just come and go. The only thing that interests you is me."

"Truly. Only you interests me. But I really dont know how it started."

He really didnt know. He knew he had loved her since high school even when all she saw in him was an errand boy. But that didnt stop his feelings from growing. It could have been the time she kissed him after everyone asked her to. But then to him, that kiss almost felt like it was coming from a boy even though his heart continued to flutter through out the day.

Or was it when she packed him on the cheek one morning. He was not in school for about four days since they had to go visit his moms mother in Taiwan. When he came back, she was the first person he saw after entering the schools main building. She was walking like a boy as usual but alone and was shaking her head to a spring that was blasting off her head set. He was the first to notice her but she still had her eyes on her phone and was yet to notice him. He watched as she moved he legs and waist to the beat, before turning he rhead up. He thought she caught him staring so he wanted to look away but she bloomed a smile at him.

"Glasses boy..." she draws and ran towards him to attack him with a tight hug. Releasing him, what came next was a peck on his cheek. "Oh..I really missed you. Welcome back to work. It's been difficult doing things on my own."

His body was frozen and he felt the heat on his cheeks. He stared at her and she stared back with a smile. It was at that time he felt she was truly a girl.

"Is your face frozen from the cold?"

"No..thank you. I am good. I will like to submit my homework now." He wanted to escape from her and find a quiet place to drown in his thoughts and control his fluttering heart.

But Xiao Ai being Xiao Ai stopped him from going. "Homework? You werent given any homework."

"We...we arent in the same class. Our class has summer assignment."

Her frown got even deeper and she gave him a knock on his head. "Fool. It's not even summer yet. Why will you be given summer assignment. You just want to escape from me so I wont bother you."

He vigorously nods his head.

"Fine. Since you are just returning, I will spare you. Go and dont look back."

Once she said this he rushed to the nearest male toilet and locked himself in one of the cubicle, trying to calm his heart.

Maybe it was that time or the other times. He could not really say. All he knew was that it got to a stage, he started looking forward to seeing her in school even when he knew nothing good would come out of it. And he got more excited to helping her with errands and looking after her. It was at that time he knew there was no going back. Xiao Ai had hooked him.

He decided to ask her. "That boy you phoned...who is he to you?"

"Some boy I need to apologise to. I really bothered him a lot in high school."

"You look like the type who will be a bother truly. You have never felt like you liked someone so much? So much that you won't get tired of staring at them from afar?"

She shifted a little and he warned her. "Do not lie."

"I wont. I have. It was this one guy. I even chnaged seats in class so I could see him whenever he passed by the window side. It was annoying that I liked looking at him so I forced myself to stop but he came back and things got to things and eveything just went back to how it was because we didnt fit."

"Or you couldnt work things out?"

"Probably because girls were my spec at that point of my life."

"Why do you even like girls"

"Because of breast."
