"You...you..."

Xiao ai clears her throat stopping their conversation. "What were you two whispering about again? Gossiping about me?" She intentionally bashes her eye lids and twirls around.

"We were just talking about how it is too obvious that dad loves you too much."

Duoduo had already spoken before Gu bojing could even cover her mouth. "What? Kid what are you spouting now?"

Xiao AI places the items in her hands on the chair and stares at Gu Bojing. "What? I mean why would yu sudenly talk about that?"

"No reason." Duoduo replies and adjusts her dress. "It is just too obvious that dad loves you too much and you mom...oh..I dont want to interfere in the matters of the elders."

Xiao ais cheeks surly begins to warm up and turns red. "I...I.. I dont know what to say."

Gu Bojing checks her expression and notices that her cheeks are red. "Do you have a cold? You cheeks are red."

Xiao Ai quickly clears her throat. "No no I dont. Look at me. Is this dress nice or should I change into another?" She quickly shifts the topic.

Gu Bojing stares at her again this time Xiao ai was giving him a charming smile with one of her brows raised. He blinks severally and comments. "Oh well...well..I mean.."

"Dont drool dad. I dont want to see my parents drooling over each other." Duoduo comments.

Gu Bojing nudges his daughter. "What are you saying? You are too young to be saying that. Mrs Gu looks dashing as always although the V neck of the dress." He stares at the V neck again and frowns his face a little.

Xiao AI adjusts her breast and the back of the dress. "What is wrong with it? Is it not good?"

It was quite rational of a dress for a lady but Gu Bojing was feeling uncomfortable because he knew that Xiao ai is already a goddess as it is. Exposing a little of her cleavage like that, it made him feel unsafe.

"Isnt the V neck too wide. Dont you think? Do you feel uncomfortable?"

Xioa ai walks to the wall mirror in the living room. "It is not too deep. And I dont feel uncomfortable since no boobs is showing. So...do you like it?"

Gu Bojing has no choice nut to agree. "Sure sure. I should go pick a tie to match. The styling crew is the the waiting room. Be good." he pats her shoulder and walks up the stairs with Duoduo tagging along.

Gu Bojing opens the tie drawer and brings out tie that matches with Xiao ai and Duoduos dress. "Which should daddy wear?"

Duoduo shakes her head. "Should you not change shirts too? You look like you are mourning."

Gu Bojing places his hands on his waist and prepares to scold the girl. "Little kid, there are some things you shouldn't say. I get that you are a bit wise but..."

Duoduo raises her hand and stands on a stool. "No no..not just a bit wise. I have an high IQ."

He looks through the ties again and asks. "Who told you that?"

"Seductress. We did an IQ test and mine was the highest. I tell you this because you are my dad but when I was in Russia, i help the other babysitters wuth their love advice." She boasted.

The tie Gu Bojing was holding drops to the floor. Duoduo gets off the stool to picks it for him. "You do what? Love advice? What do you know?"

Duoduo hands him the tie and adjusts her hair. Her doe eyes lit up when she replied him. "Nothing. But I have an high IQ and it's easy for me to read peoples emotions. You should really chnage shirts."

"Why? To what?" He complained. He suddenly felt like he now has two wives. Even Xiao ai doesn't nag at him this much. Why is she acting like his mom when he is the adult and the dad

"Because our family theme is pink. Mom is wearing pink too. Why will you wear an all black outfit and then use a pink tie? Does it make sense? Are you trying to defy fashion?"

"It will look good if I wear it that way too." Gu Bojing mumbled before he began to check through his shirts.

"See you cant even say it out loud. Let me see the shirts you will pick. I have great fashion sense since I have an high IQ."

Gu Bojing had a feeling he would be hearing the words 'high IQ'for a while tonight.

Duoduo checks the dress shirts Gu Bojing brought and picks a fairly faint pink one. "This one matches with our colours. You can then use a neutral tie and for the cufflinks." She stands on the stool to check the cufflinks. "This one. I like the flower design."

Gu Bojing checks the cufflinks and smiles. "I was saving this. Your mom got them for me."

"I could already guess judging by the dreamy look on your face."

Gu Bojing lowered his head a little to talk to her. "Duoduo I am just saying this because I am your dad but.. I am older than you are. You know..."

She nods. "I know."

"So why do you keep talking to me like you are the older one here?"

"Was I? I just felt that apart from the fact that you are my dad, we are good friends too besides you are now my client. You are taking love advice form me."

"Really?" Gu Bojing stares at the cufflinks.

"Yes plus, I have an IQ for my age."

Gu Bojing shows he rthe cufflinks. "Then..do you know what this flower is?"

Duoduo gasps and stares at him like he just defied nature. "Are you making fun of me? That is a silk tree. I guess mom was being romantic when she got you these. Dress up, I want to go tease mom. And dont change anything. Just wear what we decided on."

Gu Bojing gave a little bow. "Yes ma'am. What! I mean ok kid." Duoduo chuckles and raises her head before arrogantly walking out. "That child? How is she so..."

Xiao Ai was a little quiet with the styling crew. Perhaps because she could see the logo of the Gu Corporation on their clothes. They were surly from Gu Beauty house.

She was about to make small talks when Duoduo rushed in. "Mom...are you ready?"

The man doing the make up smiles at the little kid. He is also the one that styled the young ones hair. "Just a few more minutes Young Miss."

Duoduo nods and takes a seat. "Mom is very beautiful. She is alway beautiful, even when she walks around without washing her hair in the afternoons."

The styling crew stares at Xiao ai. Ahhh.. so even Mrs Gu can be like that sometimes.

"Ahahah...dearest duaghter, what are you saying?"

Duoduo walks to the mirror stand and smiles lovingly at her mom. "I see why dad fell for you. Love is really strange. Even the most ugly ones will look pretty once you are in love with them."

Xiao Ai awkwardly smiles and the make up artist asks. "That...Mrs gu, how old is your daughter?"

Xiao Ai scratches her head and only replies with a smile. "She will be five soon. Why do you ask?"

The make up artist had to look at Duoduo all over again to be sure he was seeing all of her. "Ah...she speaks so well for a five year old."

Xiao Ai proudly smiles and adjusts her hair.. "About that, she takes after me. I was quite the smart kid when I was little."

"You look like the troublesome type mom." Before her mother could reply Duoduo quickly adds. "I wont tease you anymore, I should go check how dad is doing."

As she was about to walk out, Gu Bojing walks in.

"Oh...you changed." Xiao Ai noticed surprised at the new change in outfit.

"Well darling duoduo gave me some tips." He lowered himself a bit and gave his daughter a forehead kiss. "How do I look now?"

Duoduo pats her head. "I did well. Now you dont look like you will be arrested by the fashion police."

The styling crew chuckled but could not dare to laugh loud. Their family was really a fun one. And seeing how they all got along well unlike some rich families who would always force their kids to be too upright and stiff even at a young age, this Gu family was a good food to their eyes.

"We are done now. Let me know if you like it."

Xiao AI looks in the mirror and a smile blooms on her face. The make up wasnt too heavy and the lip gloss was her perfect shade. Nude color. She doesn't look too over the top like she is sure some ladies will tonight. "It is perfect.. thank you."

The make up artist heaves a sigh of relief..

"You must have been worried that my mom wont like it. But it's perfect like she said. Mom looks even more beautiful." Duoduo commented.

Xiao Ai blushes and avoids eye contact with Gu Bojing through the mirror.

The styling crew packs up and leaves not wanting to disturb their family moment.
