Harry Potter: Blood Of The Dragon Chapter 168

Magnus immediately collected foam from around him and covered his manhood. "Lady, a little privacy would be appreciated."
"You're the one in the girl's bathroom. This is my bathroom." She declared.
"No, this is a school for all students, so this is OUR bathroom," Magnus argued with her.
She suddenly flew close to his face, "Are you a communist?"
"NO! NEVER!" He sternly denied.
"Then it's my bathroom. Now you may leave." She brushed off.
Magnus agreed, he wanted to leave now. "At least turn around, let me wear the clothes."
"Whatever," she turned.
"No peeping, okay."
Magnus quickly dried himself with fire and used magic to get dressed. In a few seconds, he was fully dressed in robes. Now all that was left was to let his hair dry.
He created fire on his hand and started drying them. Just then Mertle turned around and gasped in shock, "AAA... that's so amazing. How are you doing this?"
"I am Merlin and King Arthur's descendant, this is my special power." He replied and continued.
"WOAH... nobody told me that... wait... nobody visited me in years anyway. So you are some bigshot? You must be very rich. Do you also bully people? I tried to hunt my bully once, but the ministry stopped me and since then I live here." She continuously rambled.
Magnus just nodded and hummed in reply.
"Well, it was nice meeting you." He waved his hand and proceeded to leave, but first, he cleaned his hands with water, as the fire had turned them black.
He turned the tap on the sink and washed them.
*WOOSH*
For no reason, Magnus felt cold air on his feet. "WAIT! Why is there air coming from the pipes? Isn't the pipe supposed to be sealed?"
Myrtle came to his side and warned, "Stay away from there, that's where the monster with shining eyes live. If you see him, you die... at least that's what I remember."
Magnus, in confusion, looked at her, "You were not murdered?"
"No, I was not. I was bullied... then I came here to cry. And that was when it happened. Sad, nobody knows how I really died." She started crying and ran to a toilet booth.
Magnus, in curiosity, looked at the whole multiple sink structure. It was in the middle of the bathroom, different from all the bathrooms in the school.
~Hmmm... suspicious.~ he muttered to himself and started to inspect the whole structure.
He couldn't find anything. But then he got an idea. He lit a fire on the top of his finger and started moving it around the whole structure. He tried to find where the air was coming from.

Then, slowly, he started getting a response. "It seems there is something behind this whole frame. Air is coming from the corners of all sinks."
He extinguished the fire and started to closely check the sinks. If there was something behind this, there must be an entrance.
"AH! FINALLY!"
He felt an engraving on the side of all the taps. He carefully looked, "Hehe... snakes? Why make something so obvious."
~Okay, let's try to push it.~ he put his hand on the mirror and the sink and used all his strength to push.
"HAAAAA... why is this so strong?" He cried. Then he started spewing fire from his elbow and the back of his knee to give more push. From afar, Myrtle watched him with interest. His fire abilities were just so cool.
After wasting a few minutes, in defeat he let it go. ~No use, there must be another way. *Sigh* I don't know Parseltongue. Will Dragontongue work?~
So he decided to try. It was a weird language for which he needed to make sound from deep in the throat, so it sounded like a small roar of a Dragon.
"OPEN SESAME!" He spoke in dragon language. But nothing happened.
"REVEAL! SHOW ME! ENTER! OPEN!"
*BOOM*
Something happened. The top of the whole sink structure flew up, with magic. Then, slowly, one by one, each sink unit started to slide away from each other.
"YES!" he muttered in excitement and quickly went forward.
"NOOOO!" his feet froze as soon as he saw the darkness inside the hole. The more he looked the more endless it seemed. There was no end to it, it was truly terrifying and ominous. But the air was indeed coming from inside.
Interested, Myrtle came closer to look inside. "THAT'S DEEP!"
She said that so close to his ear that Magnus jumped sideways, losing balance. He tried to pull himself back but he was slowly falling towards it.
"NO NO NO! I'M NOT GOING THERE. What if there is no end, what if it leads to the centre of earth... god know which crazy wizard made this hole here..." He blurted so fast Myrtle didn't understand what he said.
*SHHH* Magnus ignited his palm and thrusted himself back onto the ground.
Finally, safe, he glared at Myrtle, "It seems your murderer was hell demon or something."
Myrtle shivered in fear... "NOOO... THAT'S SCARY!" she cried in fear and again hid in the toilet booth.
Magnus was left alone to think about this bottomless pit. "Hmm... Old Merlin should know about it. Considering it had snakes on tap, it must have been made by a Slytherin."

He got up and again used the dragontongue, "Close!"
The whole magical process repeated backwards and the entrance once again got closed. Then he quickly ran to his dorm room.
...
*BAM*
He slammed open the door and entered his room. He spooked Ragnar and Severus who were studying and Summer and Chad who were wrestling, and from the looks of it, Summer was winning.
"GO GIRL!" Magnus cheered for her and turned to his friends.
"You won't believe what I just saw." he restlessly said.
"A living walking Pancake?" Ragnar blurted.
"Hmm?" Magnus's face turned plain and he looked at him.
"Was it? A living pancake?" Severus repeated.
Magnus facepalmed himself, "What is wrong with you? Why would I see something so crazy? God, now what I was going to tell feels not so amazing."
"Because your whole life is so unpredictable. Anything can happen at any time." Severus reasoned.
~Dammit... they are right.~ Magnus couldn't deny.
"Forget all this, I found a secret place. Do you two know about the Chamber of Secrets? I found its entrance. It's really scary, it's like a bottomless hole in the ground." He revealed.
This was indeed a big thing.
Ragnar asked, "Why were you looking for it?"
"I wasn't. I found it by mistake." Magnus replied, but then he realised that he just proved what Severus had guessed. His life was too unpredictable.
"Did you go inside?" They asked him.
"Hell no, it was scary. I would never go in there, and there is supposed to be a dangerous being inside. I came here to ask Merlin about it. Since it was meant to be opened with Parseltongue." Magnus said and went to the portrait.
Arthur and Merlin had already heard him, but they were playing chess right now. They had probably taken it from some other portrait.
"Merlin, do you know about the Chamber of Secrets? I just found it." Magnus asked.
Without bothering to stop playing he answered, "Of course, I was here when that crazy old man Salazar started to build it. I helped him make it actually, but I was a kid, so he mostly used me as free labour."
"What's so dangerous inside it?" Magnus inquired.
Merlin shrugged, "Nothing much, just a baby Basilisk. Well, it was a baby a thousand years ago."
(⊙_⊙;)(⊙o⊙)( ̄▽ ̄)"
Severus, Ragnar and Magnus' faces turned black with a hint of shock.
*BOOM*
"WHY WOULD HE LEAVE A BASILISK IN SCHOOL? Was he crazy?" Magnus questioned him aloud.
Merlin sighed, "Salazar was too paranoid, he wanted to keep his research and inheritance safe. The snake will only listen to those of Slytherin Blood. I was too weak at that time to stop it... when I got strong, I forgot."
"A student actually died because of Salazar. What kind of messed up person do you have to be to leave such a creature in a school." Magnus muttered.
"Well, he had gone crazy at the end of his lifetime. He left the snake so it could be controlled only by his own true heir, and use it to rid the school of all those he considered unworthy to study magic, which as you may know are the muggle-borns." Merlin explained.
"Can I talk to it?" Magnus inquired.
"Sure, it's a reptile in the end. Our Dragontongue can talk to snakes, lizards and dragons. But, that snake must be crazy by now, so it's a matter of doubt if it'll listen to you." Merlin advised him.
"Let's go and get it. Maybe we can use its venom to make amazing potions." Ragnar had a crazy idea.
"Yes, maybe we can," Severus added.
Magnus looked at his two crazy friends, "Are you crazy? We can not even look at it without dying. We need proper planning if we want to catch it."
"Take Duck with you, he can intimidate the snake. While you can talk." Merlin advised them and went back to play.
Then Arthur cheered them, "GO, my descendant, slay some beasts like I used to. Basilisks are nothing to us Pendragons."
"Huh, you were turned to stone the last time you fought. if it was not me you would have died." Merlin reminded Arthur and they started bickering like a newly married couple.
Meanwhile, Magnus was discussing with his friends, "Maybe I have a way to neutralise its eyes. Let's go there tomorrow night. Prepare for war, you two."
