The Berry family all stared at Nathalia, eyes wide open, shocked by her response. Who's this impudent girl here? How dare she speak to my daughter like that? Mrs. Berry thought.

Amy was enraged and frustrated. Every time she insults me!

She had learned her lesson, though, and knew not to confront Nathalia herself this time. Instead, she grabbed Matt's hand with one hand and pointed at Nathalia with the other, pleading, "Matt, you see, she just insulted me again. She did it last time. Do you remember? She's so rude. You have to help me." She looked pitiful, with tears in her eyes.

Nathalia sneered and looked at Amy disdainfully.

Matt frowned but didn't say anything. He seemed to be feeling awkward.

Why doesn't he say anything?! Amy thought angrily. Why is he helping her? Quickly, she changed her strategy and turned to Curt. "Mr. Davidson, I will be your daughter-in-law soon. You won't allow her to treat me like that, will you?"

"Why? How does she treat you?" Curt was actually curious.

Amy thought she had succeeded in getting Curt's support. Excitedly, she said, "Well, she insulted me in public; she made me lose a lot of money; she always wanted to take what I like from me..." And every time I lost it to her! Huh, this time, I have Mr. Davidson's support. Amy thought confidently. It would be great if she was not allowed to marry the Davidsons.

Nathalia listened with a smile. Then, casually, she went over to the table, picked up a plate of the saucy dish, and poured it over Amy's head. As the sauce wetted Amy's hair, dripped down her head to her face, ruined her make-up, and made her look disgusting, Nathalia gently put the plate down, took out some tissue from the tissue box, and wiped her hand elegantly. "What else can we do to a bitch?"

It all happened so suddenly and so fast that everyone was too shocked to react. They all dropped their chins and stared, unable to utter a word.

They had seen some sort of brutality, but this was too outrageous to believe. Curt looked shocked and thought. She hasn't changed. Unruly as usual.

Mrs. Davidson was surprised but delightfully surprised. That's my girl! I love that.

It went silent for a while till Amy started screaming, "Ahhhhhhhhh. Mum, Dad, Matt, do something! How can she do this to me?!"

She was going mad, frantically wiping her face with a tissue, and it made her look more ridiculous. Mrs. Davidson finally realized what had happened. She quickly helped clean up her daughter while shouting at Nathalia, "Who are you?! How dare you did this to my girl..."

Kelly stood up and pointed at Nathalia, yelling angrily, "Nathalia Carter, you are a barbarian!" Is she an animal?! My god. This is unbelievable—outrage behavior.

Nathalia shrugged her shoulders indifferently and retorted, "I hate it when people accuse me of things I've never done. Well, now that PRETTY Miss Amy Berry said I insulted her, I thought I should prove her right at least once. Why? Do you want revenge? Come on then? I'm up for a fight."

Nathalia looked at them calmly, her chin up, her arms akimbo, as she challenged the Berry family confidently.

It drove them mad.

Vincent recognized Nathalia. He knew she was engaged to Spencer. Everyone was there when Spencer arranged a surprise and proposed to Nathalia. However, he couldn't bear to see his daughter being insulted and not say a word.

"Nathalia Carter, you...you owe my daughter an apology. You have no manners. What you did is barbaric. You disrespected us, and you disrespected Mr. Davidson." He had deliberately mentioned Curt, thinking She's engaged to Spencer Davidson, but Curt Davidson is his father. She should at least know not to displease him.

However, to his disappointment, Curt looked indifferent as if it had nothing to do with him.

Nathalia didn't even take a look at Curt. She defended, "I'm just helping to prove to your daughter that she's right this time. What have I done wrong?" If she didn't accuse me, I wouldn't need to do it. She asked for it, and I offered it.

Savage and absurd. She insulted Amy, yet she sees herself as the victim. Shameless. The Berry family thought furiously.

Absurd she might sound, somehow they couldn't find a word as a retort.

Mrs. Davidson was amazed by Nathalia. Is this the same cheeky girl that's always all smiley to me? She's brilliant! She's got it!

"Exactly. Nathalia, you didn't do anything wrong! That girl asked for it. You are being kind and offered what she wanted."

"Thanks, Mrs. Davidson." Nathalia looked at her with a smile. She almost giggled. Mrs. Davidson just knows what to say at the right time. Ha.

The Berry family looked at each other, speechless, utterly shocked. These two are ridiculous.

"Matt! I'm your fiancée! How can you just sit there and let them treat me like this?"

Matt looked at Amy indifferently. A slight frown appeared between his brows as he saw her messy hair and dirty face. It wasn't a pleasant sight at all.

"What would you like me to do then? Beat them? Shout at them? Take them to the police station? Well, they didn't commit any crime." He sounded so calm and impersonal, which shocked the Berry family again. Aren't they a couple? They are going to get married! This is not normal. He doesn't sound like he cares about Amy at all.

Amy was in tears, clenching her fists, stomping her feet. "You have to do something! This is so insulting, so embarrassing..." How can he still be helping that bitch?! Why am I marrying him? He doesn't care about me. Will I be happy if I marry him? For the first time, she had doubts.

Despite her crying and shouting, Matt didn't respond. Though he didn't say it, it was clear that he didn't care. It worried the Berry family.
