The Rise Of Nathalia Carter Chapter 747

Then she wiped her mouth with her hand, which stunned Abby. After that, she realized what she had done.
Lamely, she gave the glass back to Drake, then cut her steak with her head low. She blushed with regret.
Drinking other people's wine was quite rude, let alone the wine of Drake. She was humiliating.
Drake, however, looked at the glass and thought of something, smiling. He was in a good mood now.
"I can ask Hale to prepare some for you if you like, Angelo," said Drake.
He looked at Angelo with coddling, but the cold tone made Angelo feel that she was being blamed.
She sprouted and looked quite unconvinced. She took the wine and said angrily, "It must not be as good as this one. I have to drink this."
Soon, she finished the whole bottle and felt dizzy. She stood up and looked at Drake with a big smile.
"You are so cute, Drake."
"Oh, drunk again!" Drake thought inside. Then he pushed Angelo's hand away with an unhappy face.
Suddenly, Angelo fell on the table and said in a weak voice, "Drake, there is…"
Before she could finish her words, she closed her eyes. Drake was panicked and hurriedly reached out to feel "his" breath.
At this point, he saw Angelo's eyes move. Instantly, he came to understand something and was relieved.
"You drugged the wine, Abby," said Drake firmly.
Sensing his indifference, Abby shivered and hurried to Angelo, muttering, "That's impossible… I didn't drug the wine. That's impossible…"
She looked anxious. While she reached Angelo's nose, Drake kicked her aside.
"Last time, you changed my food and poisoned it. I haven't got even with you. Now you do this again?"
With that, Drake took out a USB flash drive and put it on the table, looking coldly at Abby.

When Abby saw his eyes, she despaired. She thought no one would find it out, but Drake had got the proof.
Looking at the USB flash drive, she stood up with her hand covering her belly. She stumbled to Drake and secretly took the USB flash drive.
Tears falling from her eyes, she cautiously stuffed the flash drive into her bag and then said in a pitiful voice, "I didn't mean to do it, Mr. Drake. I was happy when I learned you were all right. But believe me, I didn't do anything to the wine, and I don't know what is wrong with Mr. Angelo."
All she wanted to do now was to take the flash drive away. Without proof, Drake couldn't do anything about her. But Drake noticed her moves and got angrier.
Abby sensed his anger and tried to flee when the door of the room was suddenly pushed open, and a crowd of reporters rushed in. Abby was shocked by the scene. Then she hurriedly put up her bag to cover her face.
The cameras kept flashing, and she couldn't even open her eyes. Meanwhile, the reporters asked her questions.
Drake then slowly stood up and made his suite, looking quite calm.
He used the flash drive as bait to get the truth from Abby. And the reporters were also arranged by him. The only variable in his plan was Angelo, who helped to make the plan go well.
Looking at Abby being surrounded by the reporters, Drake had no sympathy for her at all. Since she set him up, she should bear the result of being discovered.
"What's this, Drake?"
Angelo woke up at this point. She looked at the reporters with confusion. Just now, she just fell asleep after being drunk.
"Don't worry. You did well," Drake complimented.

He didn't know the truth and thought Angelo had pretended to faint after seeing through his plan.
Angelo scratched her head and smiled sheepishly.
"Drake, the wine has a floral fragrance. I like it," she continued with innocence in her eyes.
Drake was surprised when he heard that and walked to her.
Abby was frightened when she heard Angelo. Was the wine drugged? But then she gave a wry smile, remembering that the wine was opened under an osmanthus tree. Yes, she thought too much.
At this moment, Drake was sure that Angelo was drunk, and there was some resignation in his eyes.
He finally understood that Angelo was drunk and helped him by accident.
Then he pulled her out, leaving Abby being surrounded by the reporters.
In the breeze, Drake looked at Angelo, his eyes were closed, and his face was blushing. Somehow, he felt pretty satisfied.
When he realized his feeling now, his eyes became complicated, and he tried to drop things in his mind.
Suddenly, there was a touch on his face. He turned to see Angelo pinching his face.
"You are so handsome, Drake," said Angelo, giving a happy smile.

Drake looked weirder when he heard Angelo. He knocked "his" hand off and walked away.
He knew his feelings for Angelo now and felt agitated. He was not like himself now.
He walked to the car and opened the door, saying, "Get in."
However, he didn't hear the reply. He thought Angelo would follow, but he turned around and saw nobody.
"Angelo?" He sounded worried.
He ran to the hotel and didn't see Angelo there.
He was worried and started to look for Angelo around.
At this point, Angelo looked at the woman who held her with confusion.
"Why are you holding me?" she asked drunkenly.
"Don't ask, honey."
The woman touched Angelo's face as she spoke, sighing that this man did have fair skin and even she was jealous of "him."
"Let go of me."
Angelo felt sick of her touch. Weakly, she pushed the woman's hand away. Then she started to vomit.
Hurriedly, several girls backed and covered their mouth and nose in disgust.
After vomiting, Angelo woke up. She looked at the woman standing beside her and thought of Stella, who wanted to have sex with her.
Thinking of Stella, she got goosebumps.
"No, no…" she muttered.
When the woman saw Angelo got better, she came up to drag her.
"I'll sober you up, honey."

Overseer (Dwarf Fortress x Worm)
A young woman gains the power to make elements of a saved game real. She must then survive the assault of a coordinated attack by some of the deadliest parahumans on the planet - he same group of murderhobos that caused her the mental trauma that resulted in her gaining her powers to begin with. This is a crossover fiction between the most complicated game ever created, 'Dwarf Fortress' by Toady One, and an extensive grimdark superpower genre serial fiction called 'Worm' by Wildbow. It is violent and there are some references to sex in it, so it's probably not fit for young children to read, and persons not familiar with Dwarf Fortress or Worm might be confused by some elements, but I feel confident that it stands reasonably well on it's own. This crossover is complete. I posted it here in it's entirety all at once. I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
