The subdued words froze Angelo. Suddenly, Drake closed the door and pressed Angelo against the wall.

Angelo swallowed as she saw the pretty face approaching her. In her heart, she cursed herself for being a fool before muttering, "What are you doing?"

Looking at the petite girl in the arms, Drake didn't want to suppress himself anymore. He lowered himself and whispered in Angelo's ear, "Shut up."

His breath was on her ear, making her feel weak. But still, there was a reason in her mind. She pressed him and made a space with her hands, and then she pretended to look angrily, "Get away from me."

However, Drake's eyes deepened when he heard that. He stared at Angelo and then covered her mouth with his.

When Angelo felt the touch on her lips, she stayed and then started to struggle but couldn't break free from him.

Soon, Angelo lost her mind. She gently held Drake's waist and kissed Drake with her eyes closed.

A few minutes later, Angelo started to feel suffocated when Drake finished the kiss, and she just collapsed in his arms.

Gasped, Angelo finally sobered up. She pushed Drake away at once and cursed, "You bastard!"

But without the support of Drake, she just fell on the ground, which pleased Drake, but he suppressed his smile.

He went up and held her up. Then he picked up the file on the ground and handed it to her. After that, he was back to his usual cold face.

"You've done it. You made a choice."

After saying that, he placed her on the sofa. Angelo was confused and asked, "Where are you going?"

The minute she finished her words, she realized that it sounded like concern and quickly covered her mouth, thinking that she was such a fool.

"To deal with the thing of you and Jeremy."

Angelo didn't expect Drake to answer it. She stayed for a second and then said, "Yeah."

Drake felt much better to hear that, thinking that Jeremy might not be as important as he thought in Angelo's heart.

As for the kiss, Drake knew that he just followed his heart. He knew he loved Angelo, but also, she loved Angeline.

Compared with his brother, he decided to choose Angeline. After all, he had to do that.

Seeing Drake disappear from her sight, Angelo withdrew her eyes and thought of the words he had just said.

She picked up the file and started to read it carefully. When she read the words in it, she couldn't help widening her eyes.

When she reconfirmed the content, she dropped her hand and smiled lamely.

It turned out that Angeline had an engagement with Drake. That was why he kept asking her if she wanted it or not.

When she was about to give up, the destination sent her what she wanted. She thought that might be nature's trick, but somehow, she had some expectation.

Just then, her phone rang. When she saw that it was from Clarence, she answered it right away. An anxious voice sounded, "Angeline, are you engaged with Drake?"

When Clarence heard the news from Drake, he just couldn't believe it, which was why he made the call. But when he finished his words, he realized that it might be inappropriate.

Just then, the door was pushed open. Angelo turned back and found Drake there. She paused and then turned back.

For a while, Clarence heard nothing from Angelo. He hesitated for a second but still asked, "Angeline?"

"Who are you talking with?"

Drake frowned when he heard the voice from the call.

Angelo forced a smile, "It's Director Wilson. He calls to ask me about something." With that, she waved the phone in front of Drake. Then she turned back, put the phone on her ear, covered her mouth with a hand, and said, "It's kind of complicated. I'll talk to you when I go to the shooting site."

After that, she finished the call and put her phone into her pocket. Then she gave a big smile to Drake, who wasn't quite happy now.

"I have to go now. Let's talk later."

With that, she walked out, but Drake blocked the way. Before she could stop, she bumped into Drake, and the file fell on the ground.

Angelo paused and forced a smile, which couldn't please Drake. He was still unhappy, "What did he ask you?"

Angelo rolled her eyes and felt a little guilty.

"Well… it's just something about the movie. You don't want to hear…"

Before she could finish her words, Drake snorted and clenched her chest with his hand. Angelo was forced to look up and met the sharp eyes of Drake.

"How do you know I don't want to hear that?"

His cold voice scared Angelo.

"I'd better remind you. You're my fiancée now. You can tell me anything."

With that, he clenched his hand. Angelo endured the pain and blamed the file in her heart.

In a mess, Angelo suddenly said, "We can… break off the engagement."

Drake was already unhappy. Now he came angry because of her words. His aura seemed to get cold, Angelo then realized what she had just said.

It was an engagement with Drake, she couldn't break it off easily.

"Well…" Angelo stepped back, intent on changing the subject.

"I've got the file. I should go."

Surprised and confused, she looked towards Drake. But suddenly, she lost focus and felt something soft from her lips.

When Angelo realized something, she tried to push him away but felt too weak to make it. Then, she could only take the angry kiss from him.

The weird word struck Angelo's mind, but soon she was undermined by the crazy kiss of Drake and couldn't think of anything else.

After some time, Angelo felt that all the air in her chest was taken away by Drake. Just then, Drake let go of her, and she felt coming back.

Angelo gasped and gently looked at Drake. When she had her senses back, her face blushed.
