I Have A Miniature World Chapter 13

At this moment, in a courtyard in Revere City.
Emerson's entire body trembled, and his eyes flashed with intense light.
Following that, golden energy slowly flowed into his mind.
In an instant, he felt his five senses instantly increase, as if everything around him was within his control.
Not only that.
This golden energy flowed from his mind all the way down, slowly fusing into his muscles, bones, and internal organs.
"This is the power of faith?"
As Emerson felt the changes in his body, the cells in his body became more relaxed under the cleansing of the Golden River.
At this moment, he felt his strength increase rapidly.
At the same time, a series of whispers seemed to travel tens of thousands of miles, resounding in his ears.
"Almighty God, my kingdom of wisdom sincerely prays that God can save my kingdom of wisdom from this famine!"
This voice was like thousands of mosquitoes. The voices mixed.
It did not seem like one voice, but millions of people were speaking at the same time.
"Who is it? Who is speaking?"
Emerson only heard the voice, but he did not see the person.
He did not understand why he would hear such a voice.
Could it be because of the power of faith?
It could allow his hearing to reach such a terrifying level, listening to voices from thousands of miles away.
However, it was quickly rejected.
Although the power of faith was beneficial, it was clearly not that terrifying.
"Master, this is the prayer of the believers!"
The system replied.
"Believers? This is the voice of the miniature world?"
Emerson was stunned.
When Eli became a believer in the wild forest, he had his own plans.
He helped Eli restore his country and absorbed the power of faith.
Now, he had done it.
But he did not expect to hear the voice of a believer.

After all, they were in two different worlds, so the uniqueness of the power of faith was needless to say.
Now, even the voice could break through the limits of the world and reach his ears.
This was a little out of the ordinary.
"Master, they became your believers and built your statue. This is equivalent to building a special spatial tunnel between the two worlds. The prayers of the believers will be attached to the power of faith and transmitted through this special tunnel."
Listening to the system's explanation, Emerson understood.
In layman's terms, the statue was equivalent to a transit battle. He and the believers were like two phones.
The power of faith acted as an electrical pulse.
After the connection was connected, the transmission of sound was no longer a problem.
The power of faith was indeed powerful.
Just by absorbing a little, Emerson felt an indescribable sense of comfort.
All the cells in his body were cheering and jumping up and down. They circled in his meridians like twinkling stars.
At this moment, a clear voice entered her mind once again.
"Great God, your most loyal follower Eli is praying to you, asking the Lord God to send a miracle to solve the problem of famine in the Kingdom of Wisdom.
"We will sacrifice everything. As long as we can get through this crisis, we will not hesitate even if the Kingdom of Wisdom has to go bankrupt."
"Sacrifice?"
Emerson was slightly stunned.
The system explained, "Yes, master. Believers are also one of the ways for you to obtain power. Not only can they bring the power of faith to master, but they can also obtain more treasures for their master. So as long as you have a need, you can ask them for it."
The system explained the basic knowledge for Emerson.
Hearing this, he understood. After all, the heart of wisdom was sacrificed by Eli.

This was his source of power.
As long as he helped them get through this difficult situation, there would be more and more power of faith in the future.
Thinking of this, Emerson did not hesitate at all. Instead, he replied along the lines of the power of faith, "I need world props, all the knowledge of this world, and a large number of ancient books of knowledge."
He wanted to collect the cultivation knowledge of the miniature world. This way, it would save him a lot of trouble on his cultivation path.
After all, cultivation was all connected.
The only difference was that different people cultivated.
At this moment, in the Lilliputian Kingdom, the Kingdom of Wisdom, which was tens of thousands of miles away.
Night fell.
Eli and many important ministers had already knelt in the square for three days and three nights.
During these three days, they kept kneeling and worshiping. They did not even eat any food. They only drank some water.
Praying to god was a serious ceremony.
Before receiving a reply from the god, they could not interrupt. This also represented their pious attitude.
Eli placed his hands on his chest and closed his eyes. Under the strong light, his lips were dry and cracked.
However, he still did not move. His body stood steadily.
The other ministers and citizens were also facing the statue with full concentration.
They did not show any signs of impatience because of the wait.
Three days and three nights, a total of 72 hours. They maintained the same action, and it was under the sun.
If one was not a loyal believer, one couldn't persist.
At this moment, the voice of God finally sounded.
"God has responded. God has responded to us."
The ministers in the wisdom square all cheered enthusiastically.
Prince Eli's face was filled with excitement.
For the past three days, God had ignored them.
Eli's mood was extremely perturbed. He thought that the god had abandoned them.
Without the world's props, if they lost the god's help, they would not be a match for other large countries.
Now, knowing that the gods had not abandoned them, Prince Eli's heart was completely relieved.
"Wait, the gods need world props and a large amount of knowledge?"
At this moment, Prince Eli's expression changed greatly.
The ancient books and knowledge were still fine, but the world props were difficult to deal with.
Every world prop was the foundation of a country and also the guarantee of strength.
Their Heart of Wisdom had already been sacrificed, so it was unrealistic to snatch them from other countries.
This difficult problem was like a basin of cold water, extinguishing the flames in their hearts.
"Your highness, we don't have world props, but we can sacrifice knowledge and martial arts manuals. I believe the gods will understand our difficulties."
"World props are existences that can be encountered but not sought. I believe the gods will understand us."
"Right, sacrifice knowledge. Everyone, go back and sacrifice the books in your homes to the gods."
Prince Eli said to the ministers in the imperial court.
"The gods need the knowledge of this world. Therefore, sacrifice all the ancient books in our library."
Everyone discussed animatedly. Some went back home, some went to the library, and placed all the precious books and all sorts of secret arts in front of the statue.
In any case, these were only replicas, not sacrifices.
On the contrary, they felt that not only would they be able to obtain the help of the gods, but most importantly, their relationship with the gods would be closer.

They know little of what that means, but they have to figure out the rules that are now their lot, for they have little hope to escape their predicament otherwise. They have to become Professionals on their own and rejoin the Empire. They will figure out their new lives one way or another. But will there be an Empire waiting for them when the Gates re-open? Caught in a clash of empires and high tiers, they will do what little they can. They will step up and do their best. One way or another. The Infinite Labyrinth is a slice-of-life litRPG adventure set in a real historical setting. It's a hard, crunchy litrpg. Expect blue boxes everywhere, and the system itself is very mathy. It started life as a serial. I prepared some proper worldbuilding, with enough details and background for lots of different potential story arcs, but as I wrote, I realized the main story needs to have a definitive end. So, there are four books in total, for a bit under 1500 pages, plus additional side stories, and even maybe a sequel one day. The Gore tag was added as a precaution because there are a few scenes with some light gore.

(The Warnings Are just in case, thus far no plans have been made, but if there end up being any you are warned) [Terror Infinity Fanfiction, there was months of planning and thought into this. Left it for a year worked on it for a bit then left it again and back and forth. The Concept was interesting enough in both the Original and Side B, but the World Building for both was such a mess it gave me such a headache I had to restart and scrap entire ideas multiple times before I just gave up and started from almost scratch and got something mildly satisfying. In my opinion even then, it still needs work. Hopefully you guys will enjoy this.] (Cover Image Isn't Mine)
