Reborn As A Giant Scorpion: Evolution By Consumption Chapter 11

In the center of the palace, there was a massive snake with patterns hundreds of feet long.
The massive snake raised its body high, and its nine giant heads were spitting out black tongues. Its cold eyes were staring at Johnson.
To be more precise, it was staring at the Coiling Snake Pagoda in Johnson's hands.
The surrounding pythons were lying on the ground, obediently. The heads were sticking to the floor, not daring to move a single inch.
"F*ck, what kind of snake is this? It's SO big! I'm afraid it's not easy to deal with." Charles' face was solemn.
"Mate, what should we do?"
"Retreat, hurry up and leave!"
"I'm afraid it's too late."
After saying that, Jack jumped up and grabbed the rope in the air. Using the rebound force, the machete in his hand hacked fiercely at the Hydra King.
But before he could get close to the giant snake, he was flung away by the tail.
With a loud sound, he crashed into a wall in the distance. The machete bounced against the ground and he spat out a mouthful of blood.
Charles' pupils constricted, and he shouted, "Boss, run!"
Then there was a series of "Da da da" gunshots. The bullets hit the giant snake's body, but it was useless. They couldn't even break through its defense. The submachine gun was wholly like a toy gun in front of the Hydra King.
"F*ck!" The mercenary cursed.
Then, the giant python swung its tail. Its thick tail directly swept the mercenary away.
The powerful force instantly split his body into two halves, turning him into pieces of flesh and blood.
The scattered drops landed on Johnson's face. The smell of blood assailed his face. Johnson's pupils suddenly constricted, and he stood dumbfounded on the spot.
He didn't even notice that the Coiling Serpent Pagoda had fallen to the ground.
The giant snake slowly approached him. Its nine huge heads and eighteen eyeballs emitted a murderous aura as if it was a demon from hell.
Johnson's legs couldn't help but tremble.
When had he ever encountered such a scene? He only felt a strong urge to pee, and he was scared sh*tless.

Johnson suppressed his fear and picked up the pagoda on the ground. He slowly raised his hands and said with a trembling voice, "This is yours. I'll return it to you. Can you let me go?"
At this moment, Jack's entire body was exuding a murderous aura. Even his hair was standing on his head. A low growl came out of his mouth, and the muscles on his entire body bulged as if something had stimulated him.
In a short period, he had changed from a skinny man to a strong man.
He raised his machete and stabbed it into the head of the giant snake. A stream of blood spurted out, and the knife penetrated deeply into the snake's head.
The Hydra King felt pain and instantly twisted its body, biting at Jack crazily.
Although Jack had gone berserk and his combat strength had soared, he was still no match for the Hydra King. In the blink of an eye, wounds covered his body.
At this moment, Alex was paying close attention to the battle between the two of them. It was the outcome that he had hoped for.
One man fought one snake. It would be best if both sides suffered heavy losses. It would be better for him to sit back and take advantage of the situation.
Although he could also kill the Hydra King, he could take advantage of the situation without wasting a single bit of energy. Who would not want to do it?
Sometimes, people could not just rely on their courage to battle; they needed a strategy.
Sometimes, people had to take advantage of the right time, the right place, and the right person; they had to seize the opportunity and launch a fatal attack.
That's the key to taking an enemy down quickly.
While he was thinking, the battle had reached its climax.
Superpowered people were indeed violent and had great combat strength. He fought the python with both fists. His fists seemed to have turned into iron hammers, striking the python's head left and right. His fists hit the python's flesh.
"Bang Bang Bang Bang!"
The python shook its mountain-like body. One of its heads was already badly bleeding, revealing its cold white bones.

At this time, Johnson had already climbed up the cliff. Charles followed him.
"Boss, now that you've successfully obtained the Coiling Serpent Pagoda, it's time to pay the rest of the reward!"
Charles urged.
He had suffered heavy losses this time. He almost lost all of his team.
If he had another chance to choose, he would not accept this business deal.
However, mercenaries had a rule. Once they accepted the business deal from their employer, they had to complete the mission. Unless the employer forcefully dismissed it, or they would face the disdain of the entire industry.
"Hehe, of course, I will pay you, but..."
"Bang!"
There was a gunshot. Charles looked at Johnson in disbelief and fell to the ground with a bang.
There was a bloody hole on his forehead. Steam was coming out of it, and a stream of red and white brain matter was flowing out.
Charles' eyes were wide open, and he died that way.
Johnson smiled sinisterly. At this time, the giant snake entangled Jack's body, and he was not far from death.
"It seems that I have saved a large sum of money and obtained the Coiling Serpent Pagoda. With it, I can earn more money." Johnson laughed, feeling that the great future was just there.
However, the moment he turned around, he suddenly felt a pain in his chest and his entire body froze.
A giant pincer pierced through his chest.
At this moment, he felt the power in his body drain rapidly. He fell to the ground unwillingly, and the pagoda in his hand fell out. He muttered, "I want to live forever, I want to live forever, I..."
The Coiling Serpent Pagoda fell into the bottomless abyss. It was not that Alex did not have time to react, but the system had scanned it. This pagoda did not have any effect; it was just an everyday item that somebody worshiped.
Simply said, it was a belief.
And the thing that caused the mutation here should be another factor. As for what it was, it was still uncertain.
At this moment, Alex looked down at the palace. The giant snake still entangled Jack. Blood was gushing out of his mouth, and the bones in his body were being pressed and crushed bit by bit. No matter how angry and unwilling he was, he could only face death step by step.
The show had finally begun.
Alex's claws moved continuously and landed below the palace. His gaze met the Hydra King's.
The king did not expect there to be other creatures here. A look of shock flashed in its eyes, but it immediately reacted. It stuck out his snake tongue and issued a dangerous warning.
However, Alex was fearless. The Hydra King was already riddled with injuries, and its combat strength had dropped significantly.
Even at its peak condition, the Hydra King was not his match. Not to mention now, Alex was the first to launch an attack. His two pincers were like sharp blades, directly striking towards the Hydra King's head.
The Hydra King roared. Its anger immediately surged up to its head, and it became crazy.
It opened its bloody mouth and fiercely bit at Alex.
However, Alex had gone through several evolutions and had become extremely strong.
Whether it was his flexible body or muscular physique, they were all in a perverted strong state.
He quickly cut off the snake's head, inserted his pincers into its head, and swung them down.
Alex tore one of the snake's heads into two, and blood dripped down.
The giant snake rolled around in pain, and the rest of its heads bit at Alex. Its sharp teeth were like two long swords, flashing with a cold white light.
It wanted to bite this detestable scorpion into pieces.
However, Alex easily dodged all of them. When a snakehead charged at him full speed, Alex suddenly released an electric shield. The 200 V strong electric field instantly shook the snakehead, making crackling sounds. Alex once again killed it in an instant.
Following that, a series of consecutive attacks followed. Countless phantoms flashed by. The nine-headed Snake King had five of its heads taken out. It stared at Alex in a sorry state.
A hint of madness flashed in its eyes.
