Global Lord: Building A Magical God Realm From Scratch Chapter 28

Countless monsters came ferociously but disappeared quickly. Although they still seemed to know how to set up a strategic formation, they would need to get through the defense towers.
The earth itself was constantly being assaulted by the defense tower's attacks.
This time, Lindsay let out a slight sigh of relief. There were indeed too many of them this time.
He was a little nervous before, but now it seemed that there was no problem and the next battle was much easier.
However, just as Lindsay wanted to chat with Natasha and Harlequin...
Suddenly, he saw a large group of taller and bigger bull-headed bears walking out of the gray fog.
Each of them was bigger and looked even more terrifying.
"Are these...elite bull-headed bears?!"
Lindsay's pupils contracted slightly when he saw these monsters.
There had been elite bull-headed bears before, but now it seemed that there were so many more of them.
It seemed that these monsters were indeed a little cunning. They actually only let the elite monsters appear now. This was obviously because they knew that the defense towers would take out a number of them.
This was obviously to wait until the ordinary monsters had used up all the defense towers' ammunition before their next refresh.
Damn, they were really cunning.
Lindsay wanted to find the commander-level elite monster and kill them.
However, so what? Lindsay had money.
'If I have money, I can replenish my ammunition indefinitely.'
In the meantime, the elite-level monsters rushed over, bathing in all kinds of attacks as they rushed to the poison stinger wall.
However, they still received a lot of damage. In the end, even if they arrived here, they would still be killed or controlled by the poison stinger wall.
Compared to the ordinary monsters that were killed so easily, these elite monsters were obviously much more cunning.

They actually knew how to dodge the attacks.
They rushed forward to a very far distance and dodged the next attack.
Even so, the attack range of these defense towers was very large.
Many elite monsters were killed even if a number had managed to escape.
As a result, the durability of the poison stinger wall began to decrease.
Durability -10.
Durability -10.
Durability -10.
...
Just like that, the monsters attacked the wall crazily.
However...
The poison stinger wall was not easy to deal with. When they were touched by the stinger's curse power, many monsters eyes instantly turned red as they attacked their companions.
However, compared to the Corrosive Arrows and Poison Rain Tower...
The Stinger's power was trash.
They would probably break through the defense soon.
"Natasha, Harlequin, get ready to attack!" Lindsay ordered.
"Yes!"
This time, the two of them answered in unison and got ready for battle.
Lindsay also gave an order to 30 level-4 steel-armored female soldiers.
After that, the female soldiers rushed out abruptly.
At this time, the attributes of the two female heroes had increased by an ungodly level.
[Natasha Romanov
Identity: Hero.

[Harlequin

...
The two girl's attributes had undergone a huge change.

Because Natasha was unable to cast any spells, he had given her the avenue to her unique moves.
Corrosive Stinger and Corrosive Poison Slash.
These two attacks were much better than the previous ones.
As for Harlequin, she had also mastered her own magic skills.
Corrosive Arrow Rain!
As for Fire Stone Bombs, it was an upgraded skill. It was much more powerful than the previous Earth Egg Explosion.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
A deafening sound was heard. Harlequin's Earth Spirit Rod kept shooting out round stone bullets.
These stone bullets were extremely fast. They were many times more powerful than the cannonballs.
Then, one after another, the elite monsters lost their lives.
Harlequin had a wild smile on her face. Harlequin was extremely agile when it came to her innate skill.
On the other hand, Natasha quickly rushed into the monster horde The clothes she was wearing were all basic equipment.
Together with the blue rare-grade mysterious gloves, Natasha's combat strength was even more terrifying.
If Harlequin was a long-range DPS, then Natasha was a close-combat machine, displaying an extremely stunning aesthetics of violence.
This was f*cking good too, it was really too powerful!
Seeing the two girls' performance, Lindsay could not help but praise them in his heart.
Although their bodies were not as large as the defense tower, their combat strength was many times stronger.
The elite monsters had rough skin and thick flesh, but they were like mud in front of the two girls.
At this time, Natasha's speed was so fast that it could not be seen with the naked eyes. She turned into a sweeping black figure and kept flashing among the monsters.
Then, one after another, the elite monsters were taken down by her. They were like wheat being harvested, one after another.
Harlequin was naturally not willing to be outdone. Poisonous arrows were formed in front of her before being shot out.
These poisonous arrows were shot out densely and like the raindrops, they turned the monsters into liquid.
After they had leveled up to level-4, their combat strength was beyond Lindsay's imagination.
Their combat strength was so terrifying!
...
On the other side, seeing the battle between the two girls, Lindsay felt his hands itch.
Thus, he shouted, "Female soldiers, kill them!"
Then, the female soldiers were like the fierce beasts themselves, charging toward the monsters.
They pulled the monsters down like collapsed buses.
Like chickens, they were easily dispersed by the strong steel-armored female soldiers.
The cruel battle began.
[Elite Minotaur
Race: Demon.
Level: 12.
Vitality: 60.
Spirit: 23.
Skills: Wind Blade Breath, Minotaur Sprint.
These monsters were already extremely terrifying. If his steel-armored female soldiers were not blessed by the special properties of the territory and the mysterious necklace, he was afraid that he wouldn't be able to defeat these guys.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

With his parents in shock and his best friend suffering from unbearable guilt, Damien finds himself without much support. Being unable to even take his own life, Damien struggles to get past each day, looking for something to live for. With every passing day, Damien becomes more solemn and impassive. Three months later, Damien has almost given up, but to his surprise something unexpected happens. He is given the chance of a lifetime; to take part in a study focused on researching the effects of VR games on quadriplegic patients. Authors Note: If you find that the dialogue from the prologue to chapter 5 seem to be not that smooth, I apologize for that, it was my first time writing a fanfic so the dialogue was not in a format that is ideal. However, due to reader comments and some research I will try to attempt to improve the dialogue from chapter 6 and onwards. I may or may not come back to edit the first few chapters since I would have to rewrite most of it and I would rather spend that time writing out more of the story.
