"Selene, it's alright... It's alright," Eros softly mumbled, consoling Selene.

'Eh, how can he say that it is just alright? I kissed him... I am already engaged and he knows that!' Selene thought to herself, meeting Eros's gaze with disbelief.

"How can you say that? I have sinned? I kissed you… I am not supposed to do that." Selene mumbled shyly. She felt like hiding because of guilt and embarrassment.

"Selene, it is not your fault. It's my fault," Eros tried his best to comfort her.

She looked at him confusedly. As far as she could remember, she was the one who initiated the kiss so how come he was saying it was his fault?

"What do you mean it was your fault?" Selene probed.

Eros paused for a moment, thinking about the right words to respond to her. After a while, he held her shoulders, looking at her with his intense gaze. His expression was very serious so Selene anticipated his next words.

"Always remember that It's not your fault, okay? It's my fault for being so handsome that you couldn't even resist my charm, thus kissing me on my lips," Eros declared to her shamelessly.

Selene: "?!!!"

*Thud*

*Poink*

"Aww!" Eros grunted.

Selene just hit him hard in the face using her pillow. Selene continued hitting Eros with her pillow.

"Get off my bed now! You shameless guy!"

"Hey, hey hey! Stop, Selene! I am just kidding!" Eros was raising his hands to block Selene's attack.

Selene didn't stop. She just wanted to beat Eros for his shamelessness.

'How could he joke around like that when I was being so serious? He even said that with a serious expression on his face. I felt like vomiting a mouthful of blood when I heard it. This punk is… urghhh!'

Since Selene didn't stop, Eros had to steal the pillow away from her hand. But Selene tightened her grip on her pillow. They looked like they were playing a tug of war where the pillow became their rope.

Eros found a better way to restrain and stop Selene. He used his advantage since he was stronger than her. Eros released the pillow and held her shoulders instead.

Then he pushed her back, pinning her on the bed. Eros was on top of her once again. Selene stopped because of the awkward position they were in.

She was reminded again of the passionate kiss they shared last night. Little did she know, Eros and she had already kissed not only once but thrice.

Oh, it's their fourth time already, to be exact, twice on the hotel's rooftop and twice in her bedroom since Eros stole a kiss from her while she was sleeping.

A pinkish blush had subconsciously overtaken her face as she remembered the intimate kiss she had with Eros. She bit her lower lip, her eyes darted everywhere avoiding Eros's gaze.

Meanwhile, Eros had felt the urge to kiss her again when Selene bit her lower lip. He wanted to be the one biting her lips.

'Argh, stop biting your lips, Selene! You are tempting me again. Oh God, I think I was wrong. It's really not my fault. It's Selene's fault. She is the one who has an irresistible charm that I can't ignore.'

Eros began to lower his head again, his eyes focusing on her lips. He could hear the loud beating of his heart. It was the same rhythm every time he was so close to Selene like this.

'What is this? Why am I feeling this? At the back of my mind, something is telling me, urging me to make you mine.'

Eros's face was just three centimeters away from hers. She could almost feel his hot breath, fanning her skin.

'Eh, what is Gabriel trying to do?' Selene began to panic again just like her heart that was now thumping crazily inside her chest.

She didn't know why she couldn't push him away. Was it really because of his charisma?

When they were about to kiss, they suddenly heard a knock outside her door. The noise triggered Selene, giving her the courage to push Eros away.

*Thud*

"Ouch!"

Eros fell off the bed because of that hard push coming from Selene. She immediately stood up to open the door. She heard her grandmother calling her name.

"Grandma, I'm coming!" She already reached the front door when she realized that Eros was still inside her room.

'Oh No! Grandma must not see Gabriel inside my room. I don't want her to misunderstand.'

With that thought in mind, Selene ran back to Eros, pushing him toward her bathroom.

"Grandma is awake. Hide in my bathroom for now. Don't make any unnecessary noise or else, I will beat you and kick your balls again!" Selene threatened Eros.

Eros zipped his mouth and nodded at Selene. He didn't want to receive another hard kick from Selene or else his most precious might be broken completely.

Eros went inside the bathroom like an obedient child. He even locked it to make sure that no one would enter. He leaned on the door, eavesdropping to Selene's and Grandma Elysa's conversation.

"Good morning, Grandma," Selene greeted her grandmother with an awkward smile. She was anxious because she was hiding something from her.

Her grandmother might misunderstand something between Gabriel and her once she learned that Gabriel stayed in her room. Grandma Elysa had no idea that Eros aka Gabriel didn't leave last night.

"Good morning, my princess. I missed you. I didn't notice last night that you were not beside me. Are you tired of accompanying your grandma in her room?" Grandma Elysa pouted, putting on a pitiful face.

Selene hugged her grandmother tightly while shaking her head. "Of course not, grandma. I will never get tired of you. I just cleaned my room last night but ended up sleeping. Sorry, Grandma. Tonight, I will sleep in your room. Don't be sad."

Selene just made up some alibi because she didn't want her grandma to know that she was not feeling well last night.

"Okay, dear. I understand. I'm not sad. I just pretended so that you would give me a hug. See… it's effective."

Selene giggled because of Grandma Elysa's last remarks.

"Oh, by the way, Selene. I came here to wake you up since Renz is here. He is waiting for us downstairs. He brought breakfast for us."
