The touching message coming from Grandma Elysa brought tears to everyone who was listening to her inside that venue. The lively atmosphere was replaced by an emotional scene.

Even though Selene and Samantha were the only ones who knew about Grandma Elysa's illness, other people inside could feel the heaviness of Grandma Elysa's words.

Selene could no longer stay quiet. She stood up from her seat and dashed in Grandma Elysa's direction.

Upon reaching her spot, Selene hugged her grandmother tightly.

"Grandma, why are you saying this to me as if you are going to leave me soon? Please don't! You're gonna stay longer with me, right? You still have to see your great-grandchild from me."

Selene knew that it would never happen. She was just lying to herself. She already knew that Grandma Elysa would not make it this year.

Selene started crying, her eyes burned with tears.

"Hey, why are you crying. I just told you that I hate seeing you cry," Grandma Elysa stroked her hair, sighing deeply. Her eyes also became teary now.

"Selene, life is unpredictable. I just want to tell you what I have in mind and my feelings. I don't want to regret not telling you this sooner." Grandma Elysa tried her best to explain and console her granddaughter.

"I'm sorry for making you cry. You are supposed to enjoy this party. I think I ruined it… Gosh, this old woman is really old for parties." she giggled, trying to lighten the atmosphere.

The grandmother and granddaughter duo were still hugging at the center of the venue when suddenly the lights were turned off.

After a few seconds, they heard an instrumental playing. Then a soft voice echoed in the entire venue.

Selene's heart skipped a beat after hearing that familiar voice.

'He is also here?!' She mumbled in her thoughts.

Eros was singing a song changing the sad atmosphere inside the venue.

Then a light near the secret door turned on, spotting Eros who was holding the microphone. He continued singing.

Everyone gasped upon seeing the handsome silver-gray-haired man with clear blue eyes. He was wearing a casual red shirt and white pants.

His eyes lingered on Selene who was now gazing at him with amusement and admiration. Who would have thought that Eros could sing well?

Aside from the fact that he was an angel, Eros possessed an angelic sweet voice when singing. Eros's lips curled up into a charming smile upon meeting Selene's gaze.

Selene was hypnotized by his enchanting eyes and mesmerizing smile matched with his angelic voice. She couldn't take her eyes off him.

Now, everyone's attention was focused on him. Now, he was singing the chorus of the song, his eyes never left Selene's face.

Eros started walking towards Selene. Her heart raced even faster when Eros grabbed her hand. He was still looking straight into her eyes.

Selene forgot that there were other people inside the venue. All she could see right now was Eros. She gulped hard. She felt like her hand became sweaty.

'Damn! Gabriel… Why is he so handsome… and talented?'

Before she knew it, she and Eros were already dancing along with the song. Her hands were placed on Eros's shoulders while Eros's free hand was holding her waist.

Samantha, Grandma Elysa, and others were just watching them with wide smiles on their faces.

If they didn't know that Renz Chou was the groom, they would think that Eros was Selene's fiancee.

The way they looked at each other right now… they might mistake them as lovers.

Even Samantha and Grandma Elysa could also feel the romantic vibe and the chemistry between the two, even though they thought Eros was gay.

She could see different emotions in his eyes. She didn't want to name them. She couldn't identify them or explain but she was certain she saw something in those blue orbs.

Eros gave her a bittersweet smile when he was done singing the song.

He didn't want to admit it but deep inside, the song represented his current feelings right now for Selene.

'Now that Selene is about to get married, am I really afraid since I feel like I am going to lose her?'

'But Selene is never mine to begin with. I am just here to help her get her man and her happiness…' Eros thought to himself while looking down at Selene. His face was covered by complex emotions.

'I should be happy since she is one step closer to getting her man's heart. But why is it that my heart is clenching inside my chest just thinking about it?'

Eros had the urge to kiss and hug her right now. If only they were alone, he would not restrict himself from doing it.

Unfortunately, he couldn't do it. Grandma Elysa and Selene's friends were just around them.

"Surprise, my dear friend!" Eros said, snapping Selene out of her trance.

"Ladies… I hope you didn't mind my intrusion even though I am the only gal here," Eros jokingly said, lightening the mood.

Eros didn't plan on making that grand entrance. It's just that he saw Selene and Grandma Elysa becoming emotional.

Everyone in the venue became sad and gloomy. He wanted to do something for them. He knew that this party was made for Selene to enjoy.

But he could understand Grandma Elysa and Selene. They just loved and cared about each other so much.

Knowing that Selene was in pain right now because of the thought of her grandma leaving her behind, Eros decided to divert her attention and change the mood inside the room.

Who would have thought that even he, himself, would become emotional and sentimental after offering that song for Selene?

His suppressed emotions just kept pouring out of his heart while he was singing the song. He didn't realize that he already gave out his feelings for Selene at those moments.

"Do you like my surprise, my dear friend?" Eros asked her again.

Selene gazed up, still speechless. She couldn't utter some words. She just bobbed her head as a response. She was definitely overwhelmed by Eros's surprise.

Samantha didn't also expect that Eros would sing for Selene.

"Aww, I'm so jealous. Can you sing for me too at my Bachelor Party, Gabriel?" Samantha finally spoke up, joining their conversation.

One of Selene's classmates also shared her thoughts.

"Ahem, If I were you, I would prefer if he would be my groom. So I don't need you to sing for me. Just be my groom, Mr. Handsome."

"Hey! How dare you indirectly propose to him? You didn't even know his name yet. Mr. Handsome, may we know your name? You can also give us your phone number," Another Selene's classmate butted in, winking at Eros.

"Samantha said his name is Gabriel! Are you deaf?" The other girl spat back at her.

Selene just shook her head helplessly. Eros was too handsome so it was expected that her friends would have a crush on him right away.

Eros just scratched his face while smiling awkwardly at them.

"Hey girls! Stop fighting over Gabriel. He is already off-limits!" Samantha finally intervened.

"What?!"

"Does he have a girlfriend already?"

Samantha rolled her eyes. She hoped it was really a girlfriend

"No! It's a B.O.Y.F.R.I.E.N.D! Boyfriend!"

"Whatttttt? Boyfriend? He is gay!!!" The two women screamed in disbelief. Their other classmates also had the same reaction as them.

Samantha just sighed deeply before nodding her head to confirm it. A hint of disappointment could be seen on her face.

Grandma Elysa giggled after seeing the interactions of the young ones. She was so grateful to Eros. He brought the cheerful and lively atmosphere back to that venue.
