Renz was so glad that it was just a dream… a nightmare. But he couldn't help but feel bothered by what he had seen in that dream.

Some of the scenes felt so real as if it already happened. He thought this was some kind of a warning since something happened between Micaela and him.

If Selene would find out then he would lose her. Could he handle it? He didn't know when he became so attached to Selene.

Did he just take her for granted before? But now he could feel that his feelings for her were different from before.

Renz continued embracing Selene tightly. He could feel her hand rubbing his back as if she was comforting him. Selene knew that he had a terrifying dream.

The two of them were still hugging each other when Micaela also woke up.

'What are they doing in my room?' Micaela asked herself as she massaged her temples.

She didn't remember what happened to her. The last thing she remembered was she came to the comfort room. But after that, her memory stopped.

'What happened to me? Did I just suddenly pass out?'

Micaela cleared her throat to catch the attention of Selene and Renz. The two broke the hug and gazed in Micaela's direction.

"Micaela, you are now awake. How do you feel?" Selene approached her.

"I feel better. What happened to me?" Micaela asked her in confusion.

"You fainted inside the comfort room," Selene replied.

Micaela just blinked her eyes several times. She couldn't remember anything.

"Ah alright," she said, simply glancing at Renz who was not even looking at her.

She was annoyed since her plan was ruined tonight. She was supposed to meet Renz in her room alone but now, Selene was also there.

"Selene, let's go back to our room. I think Micaela is already fine," Renz suggested.

He didn't want to stay longer in that room. He could still vividly remember his nightmare and it involved Micaela.

Selene nodded her head. She was worried about Renz. He didn't have a good sleep yet. She knew he was tired from watching over them.

"Micaela, if you are not feeling well just call me, okay?"

"Ok, best. Good night!"

Renz and Selene left Micaela's room. Renz accompanied Selene in her room first. They were already standing in front of her door when Renz had spoken again.

"Selene… can I… can I stay in your room tonight?" Renz asked her.

Selene was stunned for a moment after hearing Renz's request. She was not able to respond right away.

"I'm sorry. If you don't want, it's okay. It's just that I don't like to stay alone. I am afraid to have that nightmare again," Renz explained to Selene.

Renz was about to leave when Selene grabbed his arm.

"It's alright. Come inside. Stay with me tonight," Selene shyly said to Renz, not looking at him.

Renz smiled upon hearing that.

"Don't worry, Selene. I'm not planning to do anything. I will just sleep beside you, I promise!"

Renz's words made Selene blush more.

"I know. I didn't say anything," Selene said, biting her lips.

Renz let out a soft chuckle before pinching her cheeks. "I know! I am just making it clear just in case you misunderstand."

Selene just nodded her head, still pouting her lips.

After a while, Renz took the key from Selene and opened the door. He excitedly pulled her inside the room.

Selene changed into her comfy clothes. Renz was already lying on her bed. She paused on her track as her heart was pounding so hard. She was so nervous. This was the first time they would sleep together in one bed.

She took a deep breath before tracing her steps toward the bed.

'You can do this, Selene. There's nothing wrong with this. He is your fiancee,' Selene mumbled to herself.

When Selene lay on the bed, Renz turned to face her. He slid his arm under Selene's head, making it as her pillow. Then Renz pulled Selene closer to him as he hugged her.

Selene also wrapped her arm around his body as she settled in his arm.

"Good night, Selene…"

"Good night, Renz."

The two of them closed their eyes while hugging each other.

Renz felt comfortable. Selene was safe and sound. Nothing bad happened to her. She was in his arms right now. He could now sleep without worrying about that nightmare.

He promised that he would protect Selene. He would do his best to fulfill it.

'I need to talk to Micaela. I hope she will not cause any conflict between Selene and me.' Renz thought to himself.

'When the right time comes, I will tell Selene about my mistake. But not now. I don't want her to hate me. She might back out on our wedding.'

Renz tightened his grip on her body. He already thought of asking forgiveness from Selene once they got married.

He would do anything just to get her forgiveness. Renz would try to make things right this time.

Meanwhile, if Renz, Selene, and others were already resting in their respective rooms, Azrael and Eros were still roaming around the area, searching for the Dark Soul.

The grim reapers split up to cover a large area. They already moved away from the resort since they already cleared the vicinity. The Dark Soul was no longer inside the resort.

Azrael and Eros got separated from the other grim reapers. After several hours of searching, they finally cornered the dark soul.

The dark soul chose the forests and mountainous near the resort as its escaped route.

However, Eros and Azrael were still able to track him. Now they were in the middle of the forests.

"Stop! Don't run further or else, I will be forced to use my scythe against you. This is going to destroy you!" Azrael warned the dark soul.

The dark soul stopped and turned around to face Eros and Azrael. The dark soul was no form right now as if he was just a dark mist moving around the area.

"Who are you?" Eros asked the dark soul again.

But they only heard a peal of sinister laughter as a response.
