Into The Zombie World Chapter 36

Seeing that the man was ready to get up, Nile immediately dashed towards his location and planted a considerable punch towards his face.
This time, the man blacked out immediately.
Before he could rejoice, though, a shout resounded from the entrance of the large door.
"What's happening?"
Nile glanced towards the location of the door and saw a foot flying towards him.
He immediately leaned backwards and before the leg could get past him, he grabbed the ankle and smashed the newly arrived man towards the haughty man earlier.
As the commotion they caused was quite thunderous, people emerged or peek from the large door. Nile could see four people holding shotguns.
As the two men from earlier are already knocked out, Nile passes his attention towards the crowd of people.
He picked up the sledgehammer he used to throw earlier and turned around, intending to leave.
He does not have any business here. He thought that just like Malibo Village, the Village Hall of Compud must also have a strong Level One° zombie.
But seeing the situation and the over-crowded people at the large door, Nile already knew where the situation was going.
Birds of the same feather flocks together after all.
And Nile is right. Before he could even take five steps away, he heard someone shout behind him. It was one of the people on the large door.
"Hey cutie, where are you going? Can I come with you?" A high pitch coquettish voice sounded behind him.
Nile only stopped a little before he continued his steps. He did not answer the coquettish voice.
When he was 30 meters away from the Barangay Hall, Nile could not take it anymore and turned his body around.
His angry expression is apparent as he stared at the crowd of people following him shamelessly, 15 meters away.
"What do you want?" Said Nile angrily. Although Nile already knew the answer to the question, he still asked regardless.
"Cutie, you are so strong. Let me follow you and I can be yours day and night." The lady who had a coquettish voice earlier emerges from the crowd.
She had long white hair, and her back was a little slouch. Her face was full of wrinkled skin.

Seeing the old lady, Nile cursed under his breath.
'Shit.'
"Sorry! I'm not a gerontophile!" Nile shouted before bursting away, not intending to listen or talk any longer.
...
The sun is setting again on the west, marking the start of Nile's third night on this Apocalypse world.
Nile searched for a house where he could stay and sleep for the night. He specially chooses a house that has a well on it.
After searching for almost 35 minutes, Nile found his preferred house in the West area of Compud.
The house was half-concrete, half ply-wood type house. It was rather small, it only had two rooms and a spacious living room. The kitchen and comfort room was separated from the house itself. The bathroom was at the back, and besides it is the deep well.
He estimated and determined that the depth of the well must be 12 meters or more.
Nile fetched himself some water and took a bath.
How many days had it already been since this body tasted water?
Nile no longer knows and doesn't have the heart to recall either. What's important is that he already had a bath now.
Nile took off his clothes and stored them inside his Storage Space. The only remaining cotton on his body is the undergarment.
As he poured the water in his head, he could see the brown water sliding on his body. At the ground, the color of the water is already dark red, possibly from the blood that had dried up in his arms.
After taking a bath, he bought an underwear from the System Store and put on his Level One° clothes along with the Level One° underwear that he just bought. Nile then made an appointment in the comfort room.
He eats a simple dinner and imagines certain things before falling asleep.
...
Morning came and Nile had already finished his breakfast with bread as the main course.
As the Village Hall doesn't have the Strong Zombie that Nile desired, he could only turn his eyes towards other locations.
The System Map is like a geographical map, Nile could see the map in an 'Bird's-eye' point of view. The living things and or the zombies will only be registered in the map the moment Nile sees them. Besides, having the map always laid out on his mind is quite a hassle.

Aside from giving directions, the map doesn't have any 'System-Like' function.
Nile studied the map of Compud and found the location of the market. Aside from the Barangay Hall, the next place that should have a Level One° zombie is the market. At Malibo, he killed one of the three remaining Level One° zombies at the market area.
Nile walked outside the house and proceeded towards the supermarket area.
The market is like a bazaar; it consists of rows of shops and stalls depending on the category.
A row for chicken meats, a row for pig meats, a row for miscellaneous goods, etc.
As he was getting near the market, a terrible smell entered his nose.
The idea of wearing a mask pops up in his mind again.
He directly browses through the System Store and finds a mask that he likes.
Level One° Face Mask (Black)- a multipurpose Face Mask that can purify the air you breathe in and out. Putrid smell coming off from your mouth? This is what you need. Can withstand attacks coming from Level One° zombie's for a few times. Can clean itself.
/8.0 A.P
He bought the face mask, and it fits perfectly on his face.
Nile glanced at the window of the house near him and saw his own reflection. He was wearing the red hoodie hat, half of his face starting from the bridge of his nose towards his chin is covered with the black face mask.
Nile is satisfied with his current appearance. He looks like a ninja, he only lacks a forehead protector, some jutsu and he is ready to become a full-fledged ninja.
With the face mask on, he could not see his 'always angry' and ordinary face, Nile liked it.
Seeing his brow that also seems to always have the function of being knitted, Nile thought of buying goggles too, this way, his eyebrows could be hidden.
'Hmm, it's unnecessary, I shall prepare some Apocalypse Points for my Level Two° spendings.'
Yesterday, when Nile arrived here at the center area of Compud, he noticed that Level Zero° zombies were already few. He had high hopes that there will be more Level One° zombie's here than Malibo.
Nile entered the market. At the ground he saw scattered meats that already had squirming maggots on them. As for what kind of meat they are, it's already indiscernible. Chicken meat? Beef? Pig? Or Human? Who knows.
Nile noticed the maggots. They were one inch wide and five inches in length.
Their sizes vary, but Nile is a little bothered.
'Are maggots always this big?'
Nile searched the memory of the previous 'Nile'. He recalled that maggots on this 'Earth' had the same size as the maggots on his previous 'Earth'.
Nile also noticed that the flies also look a lot bigger than normal.
Nile thought that this might be another species of maggots and flies. He could not determine what species they are exactly as he is not some maggots or flies expert.
One thing is for sure though, looking at the squirming maggots, Nile's entire body shivered in disgust.
...
Stepping over on the maggot filled meat on the ground, Nile arrived at the center of the market.
The market is eerily quiet. At this area, Nile could see zombie bodies being eaten by the maggots.
The dead zombie bodies that he saw at Malibo and Compud's two hamlets also have maggots on them. But those maggots are not this fierce, leaving only a little meat and some intact bones.
Nile is carrying the sledgehammer over his shoulder as he searches for the Level One° zombie.
Searching for the Level One° zombie is hard as the market area is full of tables that measure up to his waist, these are tables used to display the goods in the market.
He already checked under these tables and still nothing. After a few minutes of searching, Nile did not find any trace of the Level One° zombie.
'Did the Level One° zombie already move away?' Nile pondered, he was about to exit the market area and go towards another location when he felt a droplet of water dripping on his shoulder.
Nile touches the droplet and notices that it was colored black. No, it was dark red!
It was blood!

She did just enough to keep up with her studies but never found the motivation to apply herself and “reach her potential,” as her instructors often said. It was not that Miguela was uninterested in the arts. Rather, she knew her time at the Academy ultimately did not matter. Whenever Miguela returned home, she would become an Orator, and that would be that. Or so she believed until, one day, an opportunity appeared that would change her life. Miguela was offered the chance to join a research team tasked with a mission of the utmost importance to the future of the Five Kingdoms. She could not turn down the prospect of regaining control of her life and finally finding a purpose for herself. Of course, Miguela might soon discover that offers that appear too good to be true are usually fraught with lies. Welcome to Five Kingdoms of Cordizal! Question: What is the Five Kingdoms of Cordizal? I often get asked this type of question about my stories by friends, bloggers, and potential readers. The Five Kingdoms of Cordizal is a high-fantasy epic universe that is the setting for most of my stories. The foundation of the universe is its multicultural, multiracial setting with several sentient races attempting to carve their legacy and survive. The world is fully fleshed out and vibrant with a rich and mysterious history not based on Tolkien mythology. This brings me to magic. To me, magic is an essential part of the fantasy genre, so, of course, there is magic in the Five Kingdoms universe. However, one critical part of the Five Kingdoms universe is that magic is an abundant commodity that is a part of everyday life and not some plot device used to drive the story. In short, the Five Kingdoms universe is the setting of epic fantasy stories with deep characters and world-building. I try to tell as many different types of stories as possible in the universe, and hopefully, you can find something for you in it.
